Le personnel etait tres accueillant et serviable. Le petit dejeuner sont delicieux. Une vue qui permet de se connecter avec la nature. J'ai pu louer un scooter facilement pour explorer Da Lat et ses environs.

Il manque peut-etre la climatisation, mais les fenetres ouvertes avec le ventilateur etait suffisant.

Khách sạn nằm tựa ngay trên sườn núi nên có tầm nhìn về thung lũng rất đẹp. Bên cạnh đó, cơ sở vật chất mới mẻ, thiết kế hiện đại nhưng vẫn ấm cúng với tông màu gỗ...

Tôi ở vào dịp kế bên khách sạn đang sửa chữa nên rất ồn ào vào ban ngày, thêm nữa là bụi bặm.

Buổi tối ngồi ban công ngắm thung lũng, vào những ngày có mưa sương mù kéo dày đặc, đẹp như tranh. Nhân viên thân thiện, dễ thương. Nếu có dịp tôi sẽ quay lại ks này.

Tôi hài lòng mọt thứ.

The hotel is very beautiful and the view is absolutely beautiful. The staff were very helpful and nice.

We took the biggest room which is on the 4th floor, which you don't have an elevator to. The elevator goes only to the 3rd floor. The bath in the room is a safety hazard, it is so tall that you cannot go in without risking yourself. My wife fell because of it and got injured. The hotel location can be tricky to get to and it's not a walking distance from the city center or other attractions. Breakfast was fine but very simple, mainly local dishes.

Small cosy boutique hotel. Only 10 rooms and very quiet and peaceful but close to many eateries and cafes. Such a special experience! Staff are amazing, so helpful and gave great recommendations on where to eat. One day, we had missed breakfast because we went on a sunrise tour but they rustled up something for us even though the kitchen was closed. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. Simple but very tasty. The lounge area is open 24 hours and offers coffee, tea and snacks. It’s a great place to hang out and drink in the gorgeous views.

As other users have mentioned, the water flows out of the shower onto the floor. Bathtub might be too high for seniors or young children.

Khách sạn tuyệt cà là vời, chắc chắn sẽ là nơi duy nhất mình quay lại Đà Lạt nếu vẫn giữ được giá tốt. Giá cả rất hợp lý, và điểm đặc biệt là mọi phòng đều có view siêu đẹp, thích hợp để check-in sống ảo luôn. Một điểm cộng cực lớn là đồ ăn sáng, đặc biệt là tô bún bò, cực kỳ oke, + vài món buffet. Mình nói thật, nếu khách sạn này giá 1 củ thì tô bún này cũng phải 800k ;)))). Bò nạm nhiều, nước dùng đậm đà, mà tô bún thì siêu đầy đặn, ăn xong thấy cực kỳ đã 🥰 Trong tầm giá này, phòng lại có cả bồn tắm, view đẹp, đầy đủ tiện nghi nữa, chưa kể là còn có 2 chai nước suối miễn phí nữa. Với giá này mà có được một trải nghiệm tuyệt vời như thế thì thật sự đáng đồng tiền bát gạo. Nếu ai đang tìm một khách sạn với giá hợp lý nhưng chất lượng tốt thì đây chính là lựa chọn lý tưởng.

Đường vào hẻm khá nhỏ, xe trung chuyển phải đậu ngoài đường chứ k đi vào, có thể cân nhắc. Nhưng bù lại khách sạn giá tiền + view có thể nói là tốt nhất Đà Lạt

The shower head is to low for a taller person . No way to adjust it 😕 The bath tube is not for a tall person as well. Only a few rooms have air con. The rest have only a fan.

とても丁寧な対応のスタッフが良かったです。ニャチャン行きバスも調べて頂き、チケット予約もしてくれました。朝食もダラット野菜を使ったサラダなど美味しくて満足でした。

隣が工事をしている時はたまに音が聞こえる点。

Clean, quiet and so fresh with the environment. One more thing is staff are so friendly, kind and welcoming.

We stayed from 01 Dec to 05 Dec. The location, the view, the interior of the lobby and the rooms, the breakfast and above all the staffs were just wonderful. Our family of 4 adults and 3 kids booked 3 rooms together with a family friend and her family who booked 2 rooms and we really just enjoyed our stay a lot and for sure we will be coming back again. To give a more detailed summary, the location was just about 8 mins drive from the city centre, and the view was unblocked for all rooms, the interiors were new and very well maintained, breakfast was delicious every day with a choice of 4 main options and a mini buffet line and the staffs were so nice and welcoming. We had to catch a early flight out of dalat and we were leaving for the airport before breakfast operations hours, the staffs went the extra mile to pack us granola to go so that we could take our breakfast when we reach the airport. For a family with aging parents and kids, small gestures like these makes a lot of difference and we really appreciated the effort.

Nothing. Usually water pressure and temperature not being hot enough is a common problem at past hotels I stayed in but no issues at all at this hotel.

Phòng sạch đẹp. Rất hợp gu mình. Phòng không quá lớn cũng ko quá nhỏ tạo cảm giác ấm cúng vừa đủ. Nhân viên cực kì thân thiện và có tâm. Mình cũng làm ngành dịch vụ nên đánh giá rất cao về 2 bạn lễ tân. Mình đi rất nhiều nhưng ko bao giờ viết đánh giá về dịch vụ nhưng lần này thật sự rất muốn khen các bạn và khách sạn. Lần sau sẽ tiếp tục ở HLS

Nhược điểm duy nhất là đường đang sửa hơi bất tiện khi ra vào

Absolutely love the view from our room's balcony. Staffs are really friendly and helpful, they promptly attended to all our needs and questions. Our room has pretty good space for 2pax, clean and comfortable. It was low season during our stay and we enjoy the peace and quietness throughout our stay at HLS. Also love the dining space at the lobby area, we enjoyed an incredibly good view and fresh air each morning at breakfast. We get to select one main for breakfast every morning - loved the pho, served piping hot with a good amount of fresh greens (lettuces, basils, mints, coriander), sprouts and lemon at the side - perfect for the cool morning weather! Salads and fruits are great too. Location is fantastic too, only a short 10-15 mins Grab car ride to the town area, the cable car station and to most great eateries places.

The bathtub in the bathroom is slightly high for an elderly to climb in-out for shower. And the floor wets easily due to the construct, even with the shower curtain fully pulled in. We finally figured a way to prevent water from flowing onto the floor on Day 2. Would have much preferred an enclosed stand shower area with glass door to keep the bathroom floor dry and clean. That said, we love the hot shower with good amount of water pressure. Toiletries are also promptly replenished during our stay.

This is one of the cleanest hotels in Vietnam that I have seen so that is super appreciated. Staff is very nice. I liked having a balcony, a good television, bath tub and comfy pillows. Breakfast is standard. I asked for a late check out and they were able to help me with that which I really appreciated. They even tried to give me some soy milk on the way out.

The beds are a little hard, and you can’t stand up and shower so that is to be noted. You have to take a bath or sit down with the hand shower. There is a stated no smoking policy, but I did have issues with Neighbor smoking that I had to deal with. I suggest they implement fines for smokers to discourage it. One of the best parts of about the room is the balcony and if you have an open door, you will get all the smoke. I did have an item missing from my room that I noticed at about 9 PM one night. Apparently my very old and precious stuffed animal had been taken out with the laundry and so that was a little upsetting, but I did get it back in the morning.

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Da Lat — everything is new, stylish, and beautifully designed. The room had amazing lighting, lots of conveniently placed outlets, and overall the whole hotel felt super thoughtful and comfortable. Hot water works perfectly and doesn't run out like in some other places. The view from the room was absolutely stunning! We could even see floating clouds in the morning The staff are so kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious — everything was just perfect. I will definitely stay in this hotel next time

The staff was wonderful

Bathroom was tight and tub was too small

The hotel is clean, room was comfortable including the bed. I really appreciated the bath as it was quite cold. Staff was friendly and there was no noise at night.

The breakfast selection could be more international, the meatballs were very tasty but it gets a bit boring eating them for 5 days in a row. I appreciate the extra available food. Most of the time there were no mugs or glasses available.
