struttura molto vicina al centro, dipendenti cordiali e gentili… abbiamo noleggiato con loro un motorino che ci ha permesso di spostarci in autonomia. Stanze pulite… colazione prettamente intercontinentale, di dolce e’ possibile trovare solo latte e cereali.

Огромные кровати с огромным одеялом 4. Просто шикарный кондиционер Дайкин. Наверно это впервые, когда он не мешает спать ни звуком, ни холодом We chose this hotel because of the view from the balcony of the suite. And he's really amazing. On this, in general, it is unlikely that good people can be found. Positive: 1. View from the balcony 2. Indoor cleanliness 3. Huge beds with a huge blanket 4. Simply gorgeous Daikin air conditioner. This is probably the first time when he does not disturb sleep with either sound or cold.

Полностью и тотально отсутствует шумоизоляция. В самых простых номерах нет окон, зато есть решетка в двери, что еще больше усугубляет положение. 4. В самых недорогих номерах нет окна и не проветривается - присутствует запах сырости 5. Безумные постояльцы просыпаются в 4 утра и начинают орать. Слышно все, как под ухом. Спать просто не возможно! И их никто не успокаивает. Ложатся они за полночь. 6. Нет москитных сеток и фумигаторов, а в этом районе это необходимо. 7. Нет спа, сауны. 8. Номера люкс находятся прямо под столовой. Двигать столы начинают часов с 3 утра. Это просто бешенство. Cons: 1. This is a remote hotel and a taxi to the center is twice as expensive as from there 2. Breakfast is clearly overrated. It's especially terrible that it's before 10.00, but by 9.30 there's nothing there anymore. 3. There is no complete and total noise insulation. The simplest rooms do not have windows, but there is a grille in the door, which further aggravates the situation. 4. The most inexpensive rooms do not have windows and are not ventilated - there is a smell of dampness. 5. Crazy guests wake up at 4 a.m. and start yelling. You can hear everything right under your ear. It's just not possible to sleep! And no one calms them down. They go to bed after midnight. 6. There are no mosquito nets and fumigators, and in this area it is necessary. 7. There is no spa or sauna. 8. The suites are located directly under the dining room. Tables start moving around 3 a.m. It's just rabies.

Dịch vụ rất tốt, lễ tân cực kỳ dễ thương và thân thiện. Mình thật sự rất biết ơn. Trải nghiệm xứng đáng 5 sao ở mọi mặt.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and professional, always happy to help. The towels were really nice and soft, and the white bedding made the room feel extra clean and fresh. Speaking of clean, the whole place was spotless. They also have motorcycle rentals right there, which made getting around really easy. The view from the hotel is beautiful and added a nice touch to the stay. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting the area!

Tuve una estancia maravillosa en Da Lat en este hotel. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y bien preparada cuando llegué. El personal fue muy amable y servicial. También me gustó el ambiente tranquilo, que hizo fácil relajarse. La ubicación era conveniente para explorar la zona. En general, fue una experiencia muy agradable.

Không gian yên tĩnh, tách biệt khỏi sự ồn ào bên ngoài nên buổi tối nghỉ ngơi rất dễ chịu. Bàn làm việc bố trí hợp lý, mạng ổn định nên xử lý công việc online không gặp trở ngại nào. Phòng được giữ gìn sạch sẽ, tạo cảm giác thoải mái như ở nhà. Nhìn chung, rất phù hợp cho ai vừa cần làm việc vừa muốn có thời gian thư giãn.

Ich war beruflich hier und die WLAN-Verbindung war stabil. Es war sehr einfach, online zu arbeiten. Das Zimmer war ruhig und komfortabel, was mir geholfen hat, mich gut auszuruhen.

L'hôtel offre une vue incroyable sur Dalat , La chambre est spacieuse , les lits sont confortables L'accueil et le service de l'hôtel sont irréprochables , service de navette très pratique .

-Contrairement aux autres établissements au Vietnam , ici aucuns renseignements ( publicité , conseils ...) sur les attractions du secteur , peut être est ce un établissement d'attirer et non de tourisme ? -Problème de conception des salles de bains , impossible ici de ne pas inonder la pièce à chaque douche . -contrairement a certains commentaires lus , l'emplacement est assez excentré de la rue du marché et des autres attractions , l'utilisation de Grab est indispensable . -nous avons eu une chambre en rez de chaussée , outre la vue bien moins exceptionnelle que dans les étages supérieurs , nos fenêtres donnaient sur une terrasse sur laquelle les clients viennent fumer ( étant non fumeur avec des enfants ... ) et surtout sur cette terrasse se trouve un générateur électrique qui démarre de temps à autre dans un bruit pas vraiment agréable pour la chambre occupée .

The biggest highlight of the hotel is the extremely friendly and professional staff. All my requests were handled promptly. The room was clean, with fresh bedding, and the bathroom was spotless. The free Wi-Fi had a very good speed, suitable for business travelers. I would rate this hotel as having good service quality and worth returning to.

Our room had a really damp and musty smell. The walls are paper thin that you can hear absolutely everything through them. Breakfast is not catered at all towards western food, limited options even if you are not a fussy eater. “Deluxe double” room was too tiny to even suggest the word “deluxe”

À quelques pas du marché nocturne et de la plupart des sites touristiques. Le lit était vraiment douillet et la chambre était agréable et propre. Le seul problème était la mauvaise isolation phonique : j'entendais les gens parler dans le couloir la nuit.

The staff were kind and attentive, assisting us with our luggage and offering great dining tips nearby. There’s parking on-site, slightly limited in space but convenient overall.

Terrible experience. Will not revisit First the cons: 1) POOR CARPENTRY: Toilet door does not close at all due to faulty carpentry. Highlighted this to counter staff on first night and third night, they said they would check but nothing was done. 2) LEAKY FITTINGS On rainy days, the balcony would leak water into the room. We asked for a towel to soak up the puddle. It almost got into my luggage had I not noticed earlier. Again, management did not do anything, which was fine since I only asked for a towel. But if they were proactive, they would have offered to see if they could make our stay better 3) NO TISSUE No tissues provided, only toilet paper. Had to use our own tissues 4) POOR HYGIENE CONSCIOUSNESS When first leading us to our room, counter staff walked into our room with shoes. He did not take them off 5) RUDE NIGHT COUNTER STAFF The counter staff managing the night shift was rude. When I could not understand his English when he said breakfast buffet was opened till 10am, he rolled his eyes at me. I only got him to repeat twice and he’s already annoyed. What’s the point of standing and greeting customers when they enter the hotel if you don’t even have basic social skills? 6) POOR SECURITY AND AVERAGE HOUSEKEEPING The room we got shares a balcony with another room, separated by only potted plants, one of which fell over during the windy night and wasn’t picked up by the staff during housekeeping. We picked it up ourselves and arranged it back. Anyway, not very good security there because if you don’t lock your balcony door, technically your neighbour can pay you visits 😂 also I walked past some rooms and I saw that some of their main door don’t even close properly due to poor fittings. We were at least fortunate that our main door closed properly 7) SHOWER POOLS INTO A FLOOD No separator between the shower and the toilet bowl, causing the floor to be wet when one showers. Water at the shower pools quickly due to slow drainage. You find yourself stepping in flooded water after 5 mins of showering. 8) MESSED UP OUR TRANSFER TO AIRPORT On the first night, we told the staff we need a transfer to the airport for our last day. They said to inform them again on our last day. One day before our last, we told the counter staff again we need to set off at 7.50am. The counter staff confirmed with us and even said the taxi will be here early at 7.30am. All was good until the day itself, where the taxi was nowhere in sight at 7.50am. We checked with the counter, and apparently, our cab was somehow scheduled at 8.15am instead of the agreed 7.30am. The staff said she would call the cab to come now, and that was it. No apology nothing. It was like as if it was so natural to have such mishaps. Only when I confronted her later at 8.05am, then did she give another call to the cab and apologised and admitted their mistake. In the end, we boarded the cab at 8.13am, with no difference to the 8.15am timing that they have mistakenly scheduled for us. Bad service and extremely bad service recovery. 9) POOR BREAKFAST QUALITY AND HYGIENE firstly, I noticed they keep their leftover serving sauces overnight in the same serving bowl out in the open, covered with cling wrap. Chili, thousand island dressing, salad spreads should be kept refrigerated. Moreover, there could be contamination from customers in the day. It seems they just reuse the same serving sauces. I know this because I walked by at night and see the sauces there. One could only imagine they might not have washed the bowls often or changed out the sauces. I don’t claim to know how they operate, but it’s a reasonable speculation. While this could be normal for a street side vendor or even an eatery or restaurant to have, it’s certainly not normal for a hotel to do so, especially when the sauces are in an exposed bowl and handled by customers everyday. I don’t have words for their breakfast variety, let’s just say it’s a chore to eat breakfast at the hotel. Now the pros: 1) GOOD VIEW The hotel is propped on a hill, with a stunning backdrop of the city.

The staff made us feel at home they greeted us warmly every time we came back and always asked if we needed help. It’s rare to find such kindness when traveling.

The hotel has a stunning valley view, and the staff made it even better. They were attentive, polite, and shared a lot of tips about where to go for coffee or dinner.

I loved how the hotel was tucked in a spot that made everything easy — just minutes from the center, but also close to scenic cafés and tourist areas surrounded by mountains and greenery.

Restaurants, cafes, and places to chill were all just a short walk away — no need to travel far for anything.

Tôi ấn tượng các bạn ở đây vì mọi người rất hiền lành và gần gũi từ lễ tân, buồng phòng và nhà hàng. Trang thiết bị mới được cải tạo và thêm mới hạng phòng, tôi lựa chọn phòng trên tầng cao nhất, không khí thật sự bình yên. Buổi sáng trong lành , chiều mưa ngắm thành phố còn đẹp hơn về đêm nữa Chỉ ở vỏn vẹn có 1 đêm do phải bận rời đi nhưng sẽ hẹn New Life vào 1 ngày gần nhất. Cảm ơn sự hiếu khách của các bạn

Enjoying breakfast in the dining room with its large glass windows, while taking in the scenery, is truly delightful. It would be even better if the breakfast spread were a bit more varied.

I was here for two days and appreciated the clean, well-organized room and soft bed. The hotel’s proximity to Da Lat Flower Garden made exploring hassle-free. The curtains seemed a bit outdated, so I hope they get replaced.

This hotel’s central location is ideal for exploring the night market and Xuan Huong Lake without hassle. The room was clean and featured a lovely city view. The only minor drawback was the thin walls, which meant noise traveled through more than expected

Just a quick Grab trip away from lots of famous coffee shops. The staff were warm and attentive. Breakfast didn’t have many choices, but it was satisfactory.

The breakfast room also has large windows overlooking the city. Great location, we could easily reach coffee shops and sightseeing spots. Just wish the coffee at breakfast was stronger.

The location is strategic – not right in the crowded center, but still very close. The room was comfortable, although the hair dryer could be stronger.

The hotel is near many local eateries, so it’s easy to find dinner after a long day. The staff were polite and helped us book a tour. The only downside was that the curtains in our room were old.

Breakfast spread can improve..

The reason we chose this hotel was for the location and city views, both of which were exactly as we had expected / hoped! The hotel is very close to the cable car and bus station, and so not far from most of the major attractions in the city. As you walk in the hotel, you are met by a pretty fantastic view over the city, and we chose a room facing the same way, so that was always nice to come back to. The room was pretty much as described and comfortable enough, and the staff were generally helpful with any small requests we had for things like extra clothes hangars or bottles of water. I can't remember if it was in the room description or not, but our room didn't have any AC or fans, although the weather was cool enough that we didn't need them. There is an on-site restaurant with similar city views to the lobby that provides room service to hotel guests, but there are so many great food options in Da Lat that we didn't try it. When we checked out, we were also offered a small discount if we booked again in the future, which was a nice touch!

The main disappointment for me was the breakfast. We were told that it was available from around 6-10am, but when we went down at around 8.30am on our first morning (Sunday), there was very little food left and seemingly no rush to restock. Even if there had been any food, there was also no clean crockery, cutlery or glassware! We thought about asking the staff, but no one greeted us as we came in or even checked if we were staying at the hotel, and it just felt like no one was interested in helping out. Luckily there are lots of good breakfast spots nearby, so we just left. We finally ate breakfast at the hotel on our last morning, and it was a similar story. I was fine with the selection of food that was left, but I know other people would have struggled, especially those with any dietary restrictions. What I had was mostly cold and exceedingly average, and there was still no interaction with any staff. Besides that, I would say that the hotel just needed a little more attention to detail. Our stay was definitely comfortable enough, but some features of the room were just annoying (e.g. cabinets that opened into doorways, windows that couldn't be closed, flickering lightbulbs, the unavoidable view into the bathroom) and there were issues with cleanliness throughout (dirty blinds in the room, dusty furnishings, alive and dead insects in the lobby / restaurant).

Very noisy! Was full house and doors shattered everywhere. Breakfast room needed a few cleaner more to keep up with the crowd. Buffet was okay. Space for improvement.

픽업 요청을 했는데 의사소통의 잘못인지 나오지 않았어요. 조식은 볼품없었고 난방이 안되어 추웠어요. 근처에 꽤 큰 한식당있고 케이블카 근처이며 시외버스터미널이 가까워요. 시내는 택시타고 다녔는데 저렴해요.

Great view of Da Lat and close to the Market. Easy to get anywhere in the city with a taxi. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet is okay and there is an evening hot pot buffet available for purchase.
