Casa bellissima e pulitissima, come riportato nella recensione.

Generally clean and welcoming, but with some concerns regarding laundry scent.

Molto pulita e spaziosa.

Generally praised as clean and tidy in many reviews (rooms/apartments described as 'siisti', 'clean'), but recurring mentions of sandy corridors, lack of visible cleaning during a week and missing trash bins lowered this slightly.

Razionale perché non troppo lontano dalla città, in una bella zona di foresta.

Perfect location, tranquil yet near attractions.

Sijainti hyvällä paikalla, lyhyt kävely keskustaan.

Excellent location for activities and resorts (close to sport/activities, good views including reindeer, near shopping and nature paths). A few guests noted it is a little outside central town or a few kilometres from Santa's Village, but overall location is a strong positive for the target audience.

Proprietari super gentili e disponibili, come menzionato.

Owner is described as nice and helpful.

Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja tavoitettavissa, reagoi palautteeseemme asianmukaisesti ja ammattitaitoisesti.

Staff frequently described as friendly and helpful; reception assistance mentioned positively. Some service issues (late check-in, unanswered phone calls, little apology/explanation) were reported but overall service sentiment is strong.

Well-equipped kitchen and good beds; great for families.

Le sauna est vraiment un plus.

In-room saunas, on-site activities and family-friendly amenities are repeatedly praised. However, several guests reported the pool/spa was closed or under renovation and not always communicated in advance, which reduced this score slightly.

Great value given the spaciousness and amenities.

Many find the property good value (free parking, well-equipped apartments) but some consider it pricey especially when breakfast is not included or when facilities (spa/pool) are unavailable.
