Localizarea este foarte bună, aproape de Marină Alimos. Zona este foarte bine luminata seara și plină de cafenele și restaurante. Camera are un design simplu și modern și a fost curată. Am avut o comunicare foarte bună cu proprietarii și am primit toate informațiile necesare pentru a ne caza în bune condiții, seara, la ora 23.

Camera este situată la etajul 1 și nu are lift. Dacă ai bagaje grele este dificil sa le urci. Baia deși arata bine are un miros ușor neplăcut.

Apartment was neat, very tidy, clean, and presented well. Geographical location, closeness to bars, cafes, newsagents, and local transport options. The building was quiet (indeed, apart from observing someone returning to their own apartment once at the beginning of our stay we did not hear / observe any other visitors to the apartment block.) Efficient communication from the vendor, by email, with directions to entrance door, door lock code, apartment code. Local restaurants I’m the immediate are were excellent. Would recommend O Canto pub (Irish bar, one street south-west), or President (approximately 8 mins casual walk away.) Used Uber which is partnered with local taxi company (for at least the next year), which were all the same vehicle model - we chose standard vehicle - and the drivers were prompt, and willing to engage in conversation.

No welcome pack in the apartment - recommendations for pubs, local transport options, etc. We didn’t raise these items with the vendor regarding apartment 104, as we were on a tight schedule of activities. 1. Clothes rail missing. 2. Fridge was working but appeared to stop working (defrost) occasionally. 3. Toilet door handle mechanism was a little loose and meant we had to learn how to close the bathroom door to ensure the door remained closed. 4. Blinds across the main door to the balcony were loose (the bracket mechanisms need to be a little closer, and additional screws added).

Stairs , I had a back pain and I didn’t know that I have to lift up my luggage

La struttura era in un ottima posizione per la spiaggia , ideale per una vacanza all insegna del solo relax . All arrivo abbiamo trovato la stanza climatizzata , c erano capsule per il caffe , bollitore e the ,due bibite fredde e due bottiglie d acqua , asciugamani, ciabatte spazzolino dentifricio saponi e anche il kit dischetti struccante e lima unghie . La stanza vanta un bel balconcino con tavolino e sedie . La pulizia merita un 8, peccato per porta bagno, vetro del balcone e doccia che non erano molto puliti come il resto della stanza , se migliorasse questi due punti sarebbe veramente da 10 anche sulla pulizia . L host è stato disponibile , siamo usciti con 40 min di ritardo dalla stanza , lasciato i bagagli in struttura avendo l aereo in tarda sera . Hanno pulito la camera dopo tre giorni rifornendola di tutto come se fossimo appena arrivati . Peccato non aver mai incontrato l host al quale non abbiamo neanche fornito i nostri documenti , ogni comunicazione poteva però avvenire tramite chat booking dove le risposte erano veramente super rapide . In camera anche phon e ferro da stiro , cose da non sottovalutare . Tutto sommato il soggiorno è stato davvero ottimo , consiglierei questo posto e assolutamente ci ritornerei con piacere .

The location is great. It's within walking distance from the beach. There are a bunch of restaurants in the area. Very lovely and quiet area.

Not like the picture in booking and the owner give me a key of small room and trying to connect with hem with no reply I'm so sorry

The room. So small when you get out to balcony you will smell the fish cause the fish shop under it the street very noisy

The shower was excellent and bed was comfortable though oversized for the room, the air conditioning was quiet.

It was not 25m 2, it was barely 20. There was no drawer space at all we had to live out of our suitcases. There was no shelf space in the shower room and no towel rails, the toilet leaked the whole time we were there. The ceiling mounted reading lights were badly placed and a head banger, no balcony furniture was supplied, the bottom bed sheets did not fit the bed. No lift.

Känns inte färdigt! Dörrhantaget till badrummet inte monterat. Något fel på avloppet, luktar skit i badrummet! Rullgardin till balkongdörr felmonterad, går inte att öppna riktigt… etc.

Airco unit maakte geluid. Graag laten repareren en er mist een blind voor het rechterraam.

Το δωμάτιο ωραίο καθαρό ευρύχωρο σε κεντρικό σημείο με μαγαζιά σούπες μάρκετ ταβέρνες κτλπ.

Χρειάζονται σήτες γιατί δεν μπορείς αλλιώς να ανοίξεις την πόρτα η το παράθυρο χρειάζεται επίσης μια κουρτίνα στην πόρτα και όχι στορι καρφωμένο πάνω στην πόρτα με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορείς να ανοίξεις την πόρτα γιατί οι γείτονες είναι πολύ κοντά που φαίνεσαι όπου κ να βρίσκεσαι μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Από ίντερνετ μόνο σήμα είχε δεν μπορούσες να κάνεις τίποτα δεν άνοιγε καμία σελίδα. Δεν είχε δεύτερο σεντόνι να στρώσουμε στον καναπέ να μπορέσει να κοιμηθεί το παιδί.

Room is nice and comfy. The location is great.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία , καθαρό , άνετο ,καλό κρεβάτι , καφετιέρα με κάψουλες για καφέ . Μεγάλη τηλεόραση . Καλής ποιότητας παράθυρα που περιόριζαν την φασαρία από τον πολυσύχναστο δρόμο . Θα μπορούσαν να υπάρχουν σίτες γιατί τα κουνούπια ήταν αρκετά . Σε γενικές γραμμές πολύ καλό. λίγο προσοχή στις λεπτομέρειες

Δυσκολευτήκαμε κατά την άφιξη ,γιατί δεν μας είχαν δωθεί οι κωδικοί ,παρόλα αυτά ήταν άμεση η ανταπόκριση από τον υπεύθυνο στο τηλέφωνο. Στείλαμε να κάνουμε τσεκ ιν λίγο νωρίτερα από το προκαθορισμένο , είχαμε απάντηση ότι θα μας ενημερώσουν κάτι που δεν έγινε ποτέ. Μεγάλο μειονέκτημα το ότι δεν υπάρχουν κουρτίνες απόλυτης σκίασης. Μπαίνει πολύ φως στο δωμάτιο ,δύσκολο να ξεκουραστεί κάποιος κατα την διάρκεια της ημέρας αλλά και την νύχτα από τα φώτα της περιοχής Δεν υπήρχε ούτε μια κρεμαστρα στην ντουλάπα να μπορέσεις να κρεμάσεις ρούχα. Μεγάλο μπαλκόνι αλλά δυστυχώς χωρίς μια καρέκλα να μπορέσεις να καθίσεις. Στις φωτογραφίες έδειχνε χώρος εργασίας (γραφείο) κάτι που δεν υπήρχε και δυσκολευτήκαμε να εργαστούμε στον υπολογιστή Μικρές λεπτομέρειες που αν διορθωθούν θα είναι άψογο

Die Unterkunft war ansprechend, relativ neu mit ein paar kleinen Mängeln. Keine Sitzmöglichkeit auf dem Balkon, kein Spiegel im Bad.

Close to the Alimos Beach Clubs (Bolivar etc). A clean property, with very good communication from the hosts.

The hairdryer and the air conditioning were perfect, there was an iron in the room, and the windows had excellent sound insulation. A coffee machine with coffee, and a mini bar setup. Fresh towels every day, both small and large. The room was cleaned every day. Each room had a separate luggage cabinet in the staircase. The location of the accommodation was brilliant – right in the center. The beach, the best restaurants, cafés, bars, as well as the bus stop and tram stop are only 1–5 minutes on foot.

Onpersoonlijk: geen zichtbaar personeel. Koffie thee niet bijgevuld en nogal lawaaiig.

C’était très calme, on n’entendait aucun bruit. La chambre était très propre et confortable. Le personnel était très aimable.

L’air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas dans une des chambres loués pour le groupe. Les poignées de porte n’ étaient pas biens fixées, en effet, après peu de temps elles tombaient. Mais dans l’ensemble, cette chambre était très confortable et agréable.

Hotel staff was amazing, we had a hiccup the first day with the bedding and they came immediately over and fixed it. The second day we left a cell phone and they came immediately to help so we wouldn’t miss out boat. It was clean and next to shops and restaurants without being noisy. I would absolutely stay here again. Really appreciated the storage lockers as well.

Very clear entry instructions emailed in advance.

Need to pay very careful attention to emailed address instructions to find it but pics of outside provided which helped. Nothing more could have been done in this respect as there’s a lot of properties there. Not a criticism, just an observation especially if you’re tired and with bags.

It’s a great location. Close to all stores, close to transportation and close to a beautiful beach. Close to all transportation that takes you directly to the center of Athens!!

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation was ideally located to enjoy the beaches of Alimos and had easy access to the center of Athens by public transport. The suite was clean, new, well-equipped, well-insulated, and had a large balcony. Lorene is a welcoming host. She was very accommodating with our check-in and check-out times. A great stay overall.. I highly recommend it!

Unfortunately this establishment was not ideal. Check in was 3pm and I was not able to check in until after 6pm. Because a guest was still inside the unit. The unit was cleaned in a rush and was not fully clean , when asking for another unit . It was claimed they had no more . This unit came with no wash clothes , no tissue , no beach towels , no outside seating for porch , this was not a suite this was more like a fancy motel. One thing I liked was the storage area you can leave your items before checking in (if you can). I would not recommend this particular place , but I would recommend the location. This is just a room with a bathroom , I didn’t even have a way to heat up my food as there is no microwave in the unit. I would not recommend. The owner tried to accommodate however , he just didn’t seem capable of doing much and often told me to contact the woman who handles reservations. They over charged me for transportation as well, I was able to get a uber back to the airport for less. Overpriced for what is offered

In the evening, the walls do not do what they are supposed to do as it is written, either very noisy from outside but also as soon as neighbours are in the corridor or have their door open it gives a lot of noise (now this morning again (0815) yelling en hard talking as they are alone , apartment 101 & 103) Blackout curtains would be recommended though now very very early light in the room Only one place to hang a towel to dry

After a few days in Psiri, we moved to this part of the city and fell in love with the quiet and authenticity. The apartment is completely renovated and new. The location is in the local center of shops and cafes, the sea is within walking distance. In short, it is perfect. The owner of the apartment is very kind and answered all our requests. I have no doubt that we will return

One point for improvement: the curtains on the bedroom windows should be completely opaque to the sun

The location to the beach and quick access to the metro.

The jacuzzi hot tub in the room I found a little strange, it just looks weird and has left black mold marks on the walls. If we run the air conditioning at night then the following morning there would be a huge pool of water on the balcony, I did manage to find a mop and bucket outside of the room in a store room but it took ten minutes to clear the amount of water that was sat on the balcony and not running towards the drain. Also we were suppose to have a complimentary room freshen apparently which we thought would have been bedding and new towels but that didn’t happen either. A spoon would also be nice for making a cup of tea etc but we did make do with a fork.

Staff were very nice and helpful when accessing the building and the room. Great communication and was able to let me check-in early and later. Place is conveniently located to the coast, walking areas, plenty of food options, it's in the middle of residential neighborhood, and very calm. Room was clean, only recommendation is if there was a bottle of water or coffee, but other than that it was perfect.

Modern and comfortable room in a great location, I would stay again.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beach is just a short walk away, making it perfect for morning walks and sunset views. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional location.

Amazing location, flawless in all aspects (cleanliness, communication value ) in a great neighborhood where you can find everything. Very close to the beach where I had the chance to walk on the promenade. Highly recommend.
