We had a great stay! The hotel was very nice, clean, and definitely good value for money. The location was excellent — only a 5-minute walk from the beach. There are plenty of shops nearby, including places for souvlaki and gyros, a hair salon right next door, and within a few minutes’ walk you can find cafés, pharmacies, and supermarkets. The location was perfect for us, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy a holiday by the coast of Athens. We would happily stay here again!

Excellent location with convenient transport connections, restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. We also really appreciated the luggage storage facility. Overall, we were very satisfied and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

The bathroom was small and not very comfortable to use.

Nagyon jó helyen van és ár érték arányba nagyon jó volt. Tágas nagy szoba, nagy kényelmes ágy. A szállás előterében kellemes kert.

Foglalás után jött egy üzent hogy nem minden szobához tartozik erkély, üzent váltás után megígérték az erkélyes szobát, viszont érkezéskor még sem azt kaptuk.

W Celia Residence nocowałam tylko jedną noc w pokoju z balkonem. W pokoju jest łóżko, szafa, biurko i krzesło. Na balkonie jest stolik z dwoma krzesłami. Pokój był czysty. Hotel znajduje się w cichej uliczce, obok jest restauracja, kawiarnie. Można wypożyczyć ręcznik plażowy (depozyt 5€).

Brak czajnika w pokoju oraz jakiekolwiek miejsca w hotelu z czajnikiem, choć przy recepcji jest szafka z kubkami, talerzykami, sztućcami. Słabe wyciszenie między pokojami- słychać każde słowo. Godziny pracy recepcji czasem są krótsze, (do 18.00) niż ustalone (8.00-24.00).

When you do not have an emergency the room is fine, with comfortable beds. I would however not recommend going here, see below.

We visited in summer, when Athens is sweltering hot. It was 35 degrees on the days we were there. The second night we arrived to our room after midnight and found all electricity to be off. No lights and no airconditioning. The hotel did not answer the phone number they give for emergencies after reception hours nor the did anyone come when we rang the buzzer for the same purpose. We tried both multiple times. We had to stay in a dark, much too hot room all night. We’ve asked for our money back for the second night and they’ve refused. They to this date have never replied to the texts I also sent them about our problem and no-one from management has called back.

Location and beds are fine

Arrived after midnight to our room with no electricity so no airconditioning in super hot Athens summer. Hotel did not reply to their emergency number or the buzzer for reaching them in the lobby. No lights and no AC until the first staff arrived in the morning. They gave us a late checkout because we hadn’t slept a wink but heard via booking that management refused to give us a refund for a botched night. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. There was also a problem with a fire alarm going off while we were there. Communication and upkeep are not in order here.

Hotel with a good location to beach and some restaurants in a quiet neightbourhood, good air condition.

Check in didnt go quite as planned and we had some problems with room code due to bad communication. Luggage storage is very small. Very basic room with no kettle or coffee options, no breakfast or food available. We didnt get the TV work either and Wifi could have been faster.

The hygiene, AC, bed, security and staff were perfect! We really like the place, the location and the reception. Would stay again there!

Too noisy!!! Ceiling steps/scratching, door was like paper, middle wall with other room was like cardboard. We could not sleep because of other stupid guests, buyed ear plugs to survive.

Perfect location, friendly staff, clean room. The code lock is a perfect choice because you don't have to worry about keys at the beach. There is a nice shaded terrace where you can relax and communicate.

Extremely small shower; thus, water is everywhere around. It is difficult to wash long hair because the sprayer is fixed low, and there is no room to move. The TV is connected only to the internet, but even that is unstable. The connection to Netflix and YouTube is only with your own account. It would be nice to have at least two glasses in the room.

All was perfect...clean, air conditioning, reception and housekeeping....3 min to Metro tram...excellent host and property.

It was super clean...there were small ants in the bathroom...You can borrow cups, plates from rhe reception area. Super close to the beach, and market stores and the best restaurants!

Not about the facility but the dogs were barking nearby, and people smashing their doors was not nice. Woke up several times because of that...

Celia Residence, Alimos Initially, I booked a single room, despite being small with a single bed, it was adequate for a short stay. On my return stay I booked a double room, with a balcony. The room features a comfortable double bed, air-conditioning and a mini bar fridge...highly recommended. The property and rooms are well maintained. Reception and housekeeping staff were extremely helpful and curtious. No in-room safety deposit box. Check-in opens promptly at 3pm...using security codes sent via Whatsapp. The surrounding area is very nice, walking distance to the beach and shops. The No7 tram stop Kalamaki is 3min walk and takes 40min to reach  Piraeus port...if you need to travel to Athens, Syntagma, catch the No7 tram then change at Pikrodafni to the No 6 tram. All up a great location and property.

This was a lovely place to stay. The room was very clean and had everything I needed, with a large bathroom, balcony, and outdoor communal garden patio. It is conveniently located near restaurants, and just blocks from the beach and transportation. I enjoyed my stay, and will definitely stay at Celia Residence again.

The only thing this hotel has is a good location and staff, thin walls, when we closed the door to our room everything was shaking, it is elementary that there was a simple coffee maker in the room, the room is the smallest, I paid 500 euros for 5 days 😬, and most importantly, terrible internet

Unfortunatly the room we got had no Balcony. In the specification of the booking at booking.com there was clearly specified a balcony (As well as a common/shared Terrass at the groundlevel). This made the rating go down since a balcony was important since my parent who are in there 80's lived in the room. The staff fixed a new room with a balcony after a couple of days so that was good.

O quarto era grande, o, banheiro ventilado e enorme. A varanda muito boa para um pós praia assim como a cama confortável.

O ar condicionado era barulhento e não refrescava o quarto o suficiente. Sinto falta de uma cafeteira/bollitore para um breve café/chá.

Nous avions 5 chambres très inégales en confort et prestations. Certaines salles de bain sont extrêmement extrêmement petites, attention aux personnes hors normes! Pas d éclairage indirect dans certaines chambres.

Temiz gelen havluda ruj izi vardı. İnternet hiç çekmedi. Kendi internetimizi bile kullanamadık o kadar kötü bir internet ağı vardı.

A szemben lévő étterem, minden pénzt megér. (Nagyon olcsó ígyis). Mennyei gyros, burgerek, szendvicsek. A szálláson a személyzet rendkívűl kedves, segítőkész, a szoba modern tiszta, működő, hideg klíma. Check-in bármikor elvégezhető a linken, a kódos belépés nagyon kényelmes, rendszeres takarítás.

Az erkély nem annyira nagy, illetve a szobánkban egy másik lakóház udvarára nézett. A füstjelző pittyogott folyamatosan éjjel (lemerülőben volt), hiába hívtam a megadott számot a recepción, nem volt hívható szám. Volt egy törött parketta de annyira nem volt zavaró.

Not too clean, you can hear everything and stuff at reception very unfriendly. Had booked a deluxe room with a balcony but didn’t get a balcony, others had this problems too.

Purtroppo il nostro balcone si affacciava su una balconata abbandonata e ci vivevano i piccioni! Era pieno di feci, abbiamo trovato anche le feci sul nostro balcone.

Very close to the beach and clean apartments. Nice couple restaurants around for breakfast or lunch or dinner.

Very small room and looks like with paper walls- you can hear every single word outside the door. We witnessed the incident with another person who booked the room- she couldn’t get a hold of nobody for at least couple hours when her room door locked. That was big red flag for the rest of stay, because she got her door open to room only after she called the police.

It was our second time at this place and I absolutely loved it. The location is great if you want to be somewhere close to the sea (just 5-7 minutes and you're at the beach). City center is pretty far but you can get on tram or bus and in 35 minutes you'll be there. Area is nice and safe with a 24/7 supermarket really close. Highly recommended. Rooms are fine as well, bed is comfy, everything is simple but nice. There are plates and glasses on the first floor so you can easily use them for the breakfast which is also nice. And there was a luggage room there. Check in is very simple, you get a code for the front door and your room, reception works from morning till late evening. Thanks!

The only thing I'm sad that we didn't have is a kettle.

Nice, beautiful room. Clean nice bed, nice mattress. I really liked the electronic door. Which requires no keys and no locks. Just enter the code and in.

A very beautiful and arrogant girl at the front desk. Who clearly doesn't like her job. The second disadvantage is the very thin cardboard door,( since I was staying at the bottom of the hotel) so everything in the hallway was in the hallway and all the conversations at the reception could be heard. If there was a normal good door, then there would be an ideal room.

Located in an ideal location for the centre of Athens, the beach and also some fabulous restaurants - top as well is always the outdoor cinema located next to the sea. There is a good outside space at the hotel for guests to use to eat, seat etc.

The rooms are tired. But mainly other guests need to understand that though they might be in groups and staying in multiple rooms, slapping doors, shouting and behaving as if they are the only ones there is not acceptable behaviour.

Der Toilettensitz ist wirklich extrem problematisch !!🤒 der Sitz ist so schmal zwischen der Wand und dem Scharfkannrigen Lavabotisch mit einer spitzen Ecke dass mann nich seinen Hintertelil Reinigen kann. Ich binn kein Dicker Mensch und auch sehr beweglich. Ich ritzte mir die Haut auf meiner Hüfte beim aufstehen von der Toilette auf. Den Po kann man nur reinigen wenn man aufsteht. Ich hatte das Zimmer Nr.9. Ich weis nicht ob das in allen Toiletten so ist oder nur im Zimmer Nr. 9 ! Ich meldete das Problem an 2 verschiedenen Personen. Die eine antwortete mir : "Und was er nun tun soll ?" Ich wollte ihm das Problem zeigen es interessierte ihn aber nicht er wollte nicht aufstehen und mit mir die nahe Toilette in Nr 9 ansehen. Es ist nicht nur ein bisschen eng das Problem ist richtig problematisch ! Die Reaktion des Perso als dieses Herrn ist schlecht !

pavimento bucato, puzza di pipì di gatto nella stanza, ho richiesto la sostituzione di un phon che mandava solo aria fredda, per ben due volte e non sono stata accontentata .Prezzo elevato per i servizi offerti e per la stanza davvero piccola.

We loved Celia's residence premises, their friendly staff and the location is great. It's only few minutes away to the tram, the beach, restaurants and bars. If we come back, we would definitely stay there.

Οι φωτογραφίες είναι misleading και δεν αντικατροπτίζουν τον τύπο δωματίου που διαλέγεις. Είχαμε κλείσει junior suite που στις φωτογραφίες απεικονίζεται ότι έχει ξεχωριστό ύπνοδωμάτιο και σαλόνι έξω που μπορεί να μείνει τρίτο άτομο, όμως μας δόθηκε ένα ενιαίο δωμάτιο που σε καμία περίπτωση δεν αντικατοπτρίζει την πραγματικότητα και την περιγραφή του τύπου δωματίου και ούτε και τις φωτογραφίες. Οταν απευθυνθήκαμε στην ρεσεψιόν και τονίσαμε την διαφορά και ζητήσαμε να αλλαχθεί το δωμάτιο, υπογραμμίζοντας ότι είχαμε μαζί μας ένα μωράκι 2 μηνών που είχε ήδη ταλαιπωρηθεί μας είπε ο αγενέστατος υπαλληλακος στην ρεσεψιόν ότι δεν τον ενδιαφέρει, δεν έχει άλλο διαθέσιμο δωμάτιο γιατί του τα έκλεισαν για γάμο! Κρίμα που πηγαίναμε και τόσα χρόνια στο ξενοδοχείο και αφήναμε τα λεφτά μας. ΜΑΚΡΙΑ.

Özellikle otel yorumu için doğal İngilizceyle şöyle ifade edebilirsin: We arrived early, left our luggage in the luggage room, and went out for breakfast. When we returned at 3:00 PM, our apartment was ready for check-in. You are given a code that works for both the main garden gate and your apartment door, which makes access very convenient. A nice extra feature was that the bedside tables on both sides of the bed had built-in wireless chargers. We were able to charge our phones without needing to use a power outlet, which was very convenient. The young receptionist (I believe his name was Philip) was extremely helpful. He answered all of our questions with genuine kindness and professionalism, and we’d like to thank him for his excellent service. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and we had a very pleasant stay.

The bathroom was very small, and the shower didn’t have a curtain or a door. As a result, every time we showered, the bathroom floor was covered with water creating a mess. It wasn’t what we expected based on the photos shown for the ‘standard room’. If I had known the bathroom was like this, I probably wouldn’t have booked this hotel.

Sengen var meget hård, det ene af vores opladningsborde virkede ikke og blev ikke lavet eller udskiftet under vores ophold. Der er MEGET lydt på værelserne, man kan høre alt hvad der sker ude på gangen fra værelserne og på de andre værelser.

Все было хорошо. Удобное расположение, просторный, чистый номер. Были только одну ночь - поэтому сложно оценить по остальным пунктам. Автоматическое заселение - ну нужно лишний раз ни с кем контактировать

Единственное: нехватка места для хранения багажа во время ожидания заселения. Но это было в субботу, когда заканчивается чартер яхт в марине, расположенной рядом. Думаю, это только по субботам. Но не критично

the location is perfect, walking distance from all the beaches around alimos plus there are nearby Restaurants and convenient stores and most of all very near to public transport stations such as bus stop and trams. The place is very clean, they change the bed linens,pillow cases and towels atleast every two days. This accomodation is more than perfect because the surroundings seems very safe as a solo traveler.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, εξαιρετικά άνετο και βολικό κρεβάτι και μαξιλάρια, το κομοδίνο με την ασύρματη φόρτιση ήταν πολύ βολικό, είχε διαθέσιμα πάρκινγκ η περιοχή. Ότι πρέπει για μια σύντομη διαμονή.

Ο φωτισμός του δωματίου δεν ήταν κατάλληλος θα μπορούσε να μπει πιο θερμό φως. Θα ήταν επίσης ιδανικό να προστεθούν περισσότερα hangers για στέγνωμα των πετσετών.

Location is great! Lots of restaurants, cafes, stores. The hotel is clean, stuff is very polite and friendly. Our room had a terrace sorrounded by pretty trees. 5-7 minutes by foot to the beach and marina :)

Since the hotel is small, our room was very close to the reception desk and it could be uncomfortable at night if there were people in the lobby or some conversations, it would wake us up. Another thing is wifi - very vad connection that would affect tv as well.

Удобное расположение относительно остановок общественного транспорта и пляжа. Рядом магазин и кофейня с пекарней. Свежий ремонт в номере, уборка по заявленному графику.

Очень плохая звукоизоляция и отсутствие контроля за соблюдением тишины в ночное время: одну ночь было безудержное веселье до 3 ночи под окном на территории отеля, вторую ночь было ощущение, что мы в борделе (было ощущение, что орущая от удовольствия женщина у нас под кроватью). Санузел для миниатюрных!

Großes Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Gute Lage für Urlaub am Strand (10 min Fussweg). Sehr schöne Terrasse und Roof-Top Terrasse.

Das WLAN war instabil. Mobilfunk (Vodofone) funktionierte nicht im Hotel. Fahrt mit dem ÖVP zur Akropolis dauert über 45 min. Keine Parkplätze am Hotel verfügbar.
