Location of the apartment was great.

The location of the apartment was great, but unfortunately we were not fully satisfied with our stay due to both the condition of the apartment upon arrival and the lack of flexibility and hospitality from the host. When we first entered the apartment, it felt stuffy and had clearly not been aired out properly. The bed sheets also had an unpleasant smell, which made us uncomfortable regarding the overall cleanliness. We were travelling with our 2-year-old daughter, a stroller and a large suitcase. Before check-in, we explained our situation and politely asked whether it would be possible to check in just one hour earlier, at 2 pm instead of 3 pm, but no flexibility was offered. On the day of check-out, it was raining heavily and our flight was not until later in the afternoon. Since check-out was at 10 am, we asked if we could leave the apartment at 10 and simply leave our suitcase inside for just one additional hour while we went out for breakfast. We explained that we would return at 11 am to collect it and that managing a toddler, a stroller and a large suitcase in the heavy rain would be very difficult. The only response we received was that they did not offer luggage storage. At exactly 10 am, the cleaner arrived as we were leaving. Of course, we understand that check-in and check-out times are the property’s rules, and we did not expect the host to change those rules for us. What disappointed us was that, despite knowing we were travelling with a very young child, there was no effort to show even a little flexibility or suggest any alternative solution. Combined with the stuffy apartment and the unpleasant smell of the bed sheets, this unfortunately made our overall experience less enjoyable than we had expected. I think families travelling with small children should be aware of these points before booking.

Lo que más me gustó que estaba a una calle de la catedral de Viena, cerca del centro. El apartamento con 3 habitaciones muy amplias, una cocina grande con todo lo necesario incluyendo lavavajillas y microondas y un salón comedor muy bonito. Solo un aseo, pero con la ducha separada del retrete muy práctico para las 6 que íbamos. Si vuelvo a Viena en grupo sin duda volveré a reservar el apartamento.

The apartment with 3 bedrooms is very large. It is set up a bit uniquely, but we all had room. This apartment was in a killer spot to see all the great sights right outside your window. Train access and walking access to everything make up for its faults

This downtown apartment was hard to originally find. The instructions were there, but when you are new to a city, it’s just hard and not very clear. They did attach a photo so when we found the nook entrance off a side street after walking around a bit we did know we were in the right spot. The elevator (again understandable its old city) was iffy. The sheets were pilly and the shower (probably like most in the heart of Vienna) was practically unusable as everyone got iced out within a minute or two on any given day/time.

Location was perfect, right in the centre of Vienna with a view of the cathedral from the living room window. The property was light, airy and modern.

Great location and easy to find. Plenty of space for a central location

It was noisy on a couple of the nights when we stayed there but that was understandable as it is so close to the centre of the city

Beste Lage, die man sich vorstellen kann!

Für unsere Gruppe wäre es günstig gewesen, wenn es wenigstens 2 Einzelbetten gegeben hätte. Die WiFi-Anlage neben dem Bett fand ich etwas "ungesund", habe sie einfach nachts ausgeschaltet. Aber ansonsten war alles top.

La localisation est parfaite pour se promener en centre-ville. Le logement est très confortable et agréablement aménagé.

We loved the location and the large rooms. It's at the steps of the main square yet it's very quiet!!! It's clean and has 3 separate large bedrooms with a separate kitchen and separate living room (that could be a 4th bedroom.)

We didn't love that it it was one bathroom (one shower and one toilet in the same room) , that it didn't have air conditioning and we didn't love the layout of the apartment-a long hallway with 4 doors-3 doors being bedrooms and the last door being a room with living room furniture. On the opposite hall was a door that opened to the kitchen.

Amazing location and very big rooms. Hosts were very helpful whenever we needed them.

Very small bathroom and our shower flooded as it was not cleaned adequately to remove hair from previous guests who had stayed.

The apartment was even better in person than the pictures. We're a family of four who'd travelled round Europe for a month and this apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Its in a great location, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and of course the cathedral.

Perfect in terms of location and capacity. You can watch the cathedral in the city center through the living room windows. There are three double bedrooms in total. One of the bedrooms also has a sofa that can accommodate one person. In the living room, there is an L-shaped sofa where two people can comfortably sleep. We stayed as a group of five and felt very comfortable. There is one bathroom/toilet, so it may become inconvenient as the number of guests increases; however, once you enter, the shower area and the toilet are separated by different doors. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. They do not offer any flexibility for check-in; you can only enter after 3:00 PM. Overall, the cleanliness of the apartment was excellent.

I was so amazed at how responsive when I sent a text. When you travel and you arrive it’s so important to have someone text you quickly. It’s not like a person onsite so get a reply to a text quickly is so important, and this was really great.

Location, but also basic things like kitchen towels, brush, paper towels. And the small things like that. All was there and greatly appreciated.

The property was super clean and super close to everything. It was great to have a washer in the facility. It was quiet I'm very nice!

Huge apartment right in the center with view to St. Stephan cathedral from the living room, comfortable double beds in 3 seperate bedrooms, easy self check-in.

Everything was great

Beliggenheden var fuldstændig fantastisk - midt i byen. Fra vores stue var der udsigt til Stephansplads og kirken. Stor rummelig lejlighed med gode køkkenfaciliteter. Meget venlig og imødekommende host.

Die Wohnung könnte nicht zentraler liegen. Man ist mitten im Geschehen und das mit viel Platz! Der Kontakt ist sehr freundlich und antwortet sehr schnell und hilft wo er kann. Der Self Check in geht reibungslos!

Nachts ist es bei offenen Fenstern etwas laut. Aber das nimmt man bei der Lage gerne in Kauf. Wir waren im Herbst da, da war es natürlich auch kein Problem mal schnell zu lüften und dann einfach wieder die Fenster zu schließen. Im Sommer könnte es sehr heiß werden und da ist das mit dem Lüften dann natürlich schwieriger!

The overall feeling is generally good. Fantastic location, close to the most of famous places. All walking distance. The room is big enough for 4 people., brilliant window sight. We can cook by ourselves. 整體居住環境很好，地段絕佳，走路可直接到大部分景點。房間很大，客廳窗外即可見大教堂，我們四個人居住很舒適方便，還可以自己做飯。適合居家旅行。

The beds are too soft and no lockers for luggages. We have to spend time to send luggages to train stations due to the gap of departure vs check out time, which is not convenient at all. 床墊有點軟，公寓沒有存放行李的地方，如果出發和到達時間不合適，對於行李多的有點不方便。

Amazing location, couldn't ask for more central. Within walking distance of many sights and 2 minutes from Stephansplatz U-Bahn station if needed. Huge apartment, perfect for our family of 4. Our teenagers were thrilled to have their own bedroom. Worth every penny.

We loved everything about the place. Family of 5 and more than enough room. View was outstanding. Clean and spacious place to stay. You wont be disappointed if you book this accommodation. And so so close to st Stephen’s and everything else. One of our best stays in Europe. Thank you

The location if great. the facilities are clean and comfortable.

The wifi does not work in the bathroom .

Great location, very big apartment. Kitchen, coffee machine, washer-dryer. Everything you want and need in a vacation apartment.

Water pressure and hot water in the shower were a bit of an issue. Owner sent a technician to fix it but it did not solve the problem completely.

Excellent location at the center. Very commode beds.

Super clean, all furniture is new, feeling that you rarely getting from your short term rent - so very well done in running this property so neatly! And of course, probably the best location we ever had during our trips- right in the heart of Vienna.

The space was just incredible for such a central location. The apartment is true to its description. It is modern and secure with a digital doorman and digital lock on the apartment door itself. There is absolutely no need to worry about security once in the building. The apartment is very clean and well maintained with modern amenities. It is a wonderful home away from home with amenities one would have at home. The wood flooring is a plus for us. There are heaters at every window and they kept the apartment well heated. Living room has a generous size and an incredible corner view of the St Stephen’s Cathedral. Huge mounted TV with Netflix! We didnt even need to log into our own account! The bathroom has shower and toilet separated cubicles, which was very convenient. Plenty of hot water. Kitchen is well ventilated with all amenities needed for a holiday home. There are 2 Billas less than 10 minutes walk away for groceries. Plenty of pharmacies around too. Major attractions are within walking distance and there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and eateries. We were able to walk easily to museums and top attractions within the radius of 2km easily.

1. The location, just a stone’s throw from the subway. 2. Very close to various places of interest so we can explore by walking. 3. Owner is friendly 4. Place is clean with sufficient space for 9 people. Love the communal living area where everyone can sit, eat and watch TV together.

1. The light outside the apartment is frequently not working so it can be dark when we come back. 2. There is only one bathroom for an apartment that is so big. 3. May like to include kitchen rags (there is paper kitchen towels though) and plastic bags for the toilet. :) 4. Due to the location, can be pretty noisy at night.

Perfect spot for a citytrip to the beautiful city of Vienna / Wien. Big appartement with large bedrooms, a nice living area, a kitchen fully equiped. Very good beds, almost better then at home:)

No air conditioning and Vienna was in a heat wave of 33 plus. Would have liked to have had option to drop bags off early.

Location, cleanliness and modern field Internet and TV were perfect

The shower drain was blocked. This flooded the bathroom after two people had showered. I removed the shower trap and a handful of hair which sorted out the problem . We visited in August and the temperature didn’t really fall below 34° C - the fans were appreciated but Aircon would have been so much better. we did notice that Vienna generally has a lack of Aircon in shops and restaurants so perhaps this is a cultural thing.
