Very new and clean rooms. Close to main bus stop

The location and view is amazing. Room is very clean! And everything seems new :)

Check in timing can be more flexible instead of just from 3pm onwards. However, they do allow free storage of luggages.

Muy buena ubicación y la habitación muy grande y cómoda. Las vistas muy bonitas desde lo alto de este edificio. El parking es gratuito y está justo enfrente del hotel.

Very convenient location right next to the bus terminal. We were on a high floor and had a great view. Room was large and comfortable. Helpful staff.

There were dirty footprint marks on both our beds - this was quickly rectified by the staff giving us replacement bedsheets. There are only 3 lifts serving 28 floors - be prepared to wait.

바다뷰이고..일출보러 어딜 가지않아도 호텔서 볼수있다는거! 바다랑도 가깝고 걸어서 왠만하면 여행지 갈수있어요!

L’hôtel était très bien et très facile à trouver. Le parking était pratique, avec de nombreuses places, et il a été très simple de garer notre voiture. À la réception, la personne ne parlait pas très bien anglais, ce qui a rendu la communication un peu compliquée. En revanche, notre chambre était située au 20ᵉ étage d’une tour, avec une vue magnifique sur la ville. Nous sommes arrivés assez tard et avons trouvé un excellent restaurant de barbecue juste à côté de l’hôtel, ce qui était très appréciable. Nous n’y sommes restés qu’une seule nuit, je ne peux donc pas juger si l’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville ou les principaux sites touristiques. En revanche, pour une étape d’une nuit, c’était un excellent choix : pratique, confortable et facile d’accès.

방이 넓고 쾌적하며 호수뷰가 아름다왔다. 버스터미널 과 비치가 가까왔고 설악산 가기도 좋았다.

침대가 좀불편하였다.

La ubicación es muy buena, al lado de la express bus terminal del Sokcho y de la parada donde se toma el autobús para ir al parque nacional Seoraksan. A 5 minutos andando de la playa de Sokcho. La habitación es grande y las vistas son espectaculares.

En el baño falta algún colgador para poder colgar las toallas mojadas.

Hôtel idéalement placé à côté du terminal de bus et à 500m de la plage de Sokcho. Tous les bus à portée de main.

Manque d'un peu de rangement et il n'y avait pas le changement de serviettes tous les jours.

Gute Lage in der Nähe des Bus Terminals und dem Sokcho Beach.

Aufzüge brauchen manchmal relativ lange.

Die Lage ist perfekt, nah am Strand und direkt an einer Bushaltestelle, von der man schnell in den Seoraksan Nationalpark kommt. Die Ausstattung war ebenfalls sehr gut, zum Beispiel mit Föhn, sauberen Handtüchern und bequemen Betten.

Das Personal spricht mäßig Englisch, sodass wir bis heute nicht wissen, was wir hätten tun sollen, damit unser Zimmer aufgeräumt wird.

Big room. Comfortable beds. Big windows. Close to major express bus station. Walking distance to beach and restuarants. We had problems with a toilet but they moved us straight away to another room. Staff were friendly enough and when language became.a barrier we used papago.

Bathroom area was open to main room. So when you stepped out of the shower you were in the kitchen basically. And the toilet was in another door. The toilet broke and the hotel asked me to fix it first with a tool they provided. When I was unable to fix it they sent a maintenance person who was also unable to fix. I didnt think asking a customer to fix something was ideal. We were then moved rooms. There is no restuarant for the hotel for meals or breakfast. There was however a GS24 (7/11 type shop) attached.

나름 합리적인 가격에 잘 지내고 나왔습니다 주차장도 바로 옆이라서 편리하도 자리도 많아요 입구에 GS25 있습니다

The location is perfect, near express bus terminal and local buses. Within walking distance to the beach and the lake park. The room is spacius and beds were good.

In our room (2012) the toilet kept getting blocked and almost floded (we had to call maintenence 3 times) and the water temp. In the shower was not consistent. Also, the T.V. is to the side of the bed...

Spacious and modern room. Right next to the Express bus station. Beds were comfortable and view was amazing.

Location was great, right nearby to express bus station which was our mode of transport from and back to Seoul. Also very close to bus stop to go to and return from national park.

Hallways were very loud (no soft furnishing or carpet), so all noise carried through the hallway easily.

Super central, near the sea, I loved the view!

4인 가족이 이용하기 편했고 숙소 위치가 좋았습니다.

주차장이 협소해서 야외 주차장을 이용 했습니다. 야외 주차장 입구가 너무 초입에 있어 지나치기 쉽습니다. 수압이 약한편입니다.

일단 터미널 옆이라는 위치가 가장 좋았구요. 청결이나 뷰도 너무 좋았어요! 다음에 속초 올때도 오고싶습니다!

Great location next to the bus terminal (bus to Seoraksan National park & Seoul) and the beach. Very comfortable and spacious room with amazing view. CU convenience store on the groundfloor of the hotel building.

The view was excellent, room price was very competitive and the room was clean/well appointed.

The staff on check in were good. When I asked for help calling a taxi the lady on checkout pointed to the lobby sign for the cab company number. That is totally unhelpful for an international tourist given the lack of language options for the cab company.

세면대 물이 너무 안내려가요; 거울 위치가 좀 별로라 독립이 안되고 화장실 문이 전혀 방음이 안돼요 제공되는 바스타월이 소재가 가려워요

Zeer kleine koelkast. Kookplaat mag niet gebruikt worden. In principe heb je niks aan de keuken. Geen blackout gordijnen.

房間很大，設備滿新的。窗外就可以看到海，夜景也不錯。地點很好，走路到束草高速巴士站只要5分鐘，很方便。

想詢問是否可以午夜check-in，但透過booking.com訊息或email到官方的mail都沒有回應，只能透過電話聯繫。

Close to the express bus terminal and beach. Window opened for fresh air.

Hot plate for cooking but no pans or utensils. Smelled like the linen hadn’t been fully dried before folding and delivery. Unsafe areas as had my wallet stolen. Overpriced compared to Seoul accommodation. Said was part of the Best Western chain but not on Best Western website and calls to Best Western said not part of chain.

주차가 매우 어려웠음 화장실 수건 걸이가 없어서 매우 불편했음

While the room was large the the bed was very firm and the air conditioning was set to 19 degrees so the room was very cold, i attempted to adjust the control panel on the wall but this did not change anything, i didn't find the air conditioning remote until the second day. Also they have long daily announcements at 8PM in Korean i had to go down to the lobby to see what it was about, apparently its a announcement about fire safety.

The room was huge. We never had this much space. We could put our stuff somewhere without it being an issue. The bed was very nice. It was modern and very clean. The view from the room was stunning.

The hotel is close to the beach and the national park but that's it. It was quite far away from the real city center of Sokcho. If you are there to visit the park and the beach it's okay but not if you want to see Sokcho. There is a busstop closeby though. The staff also didn't speak English that well.

신축이라 깨끗하고 트윈룸에 묵었는데 방이 넓고 전망도 좋았습니다!! 가성비 굿!!

환풍기를 켜면 화장실.샤워실에 팬 돌아가는 소리가 너무나 웅장(?)해서 머리가 울릴 지경이었습니다. 하자가 아닌지 점검 필요해 보입니다. 그렇게 웅장한 환풍기 소리와 울림은 첨 인것 같아요.

청결하고 바다가 바라보는 전경이 곳이라 좋았다 해변에서 느낄 수 있는 많은 것들 (아름다운 카페와 해수욕장. 해산물 식당)을 느낄 수 있는 시간이라서 좋았다

주차장 입구가 너무 협소하여 출입이 어렵고 건물내 주차 공간이 아주 부족하다 아침식사는 걸어서 10분 거리에 위치한 작은 식당을 이용해야 하고 선택의 여지가 없다 깨끗하기는 하지만 다시 찾고 싶은 의향은 없다

Les ascenseurs pas coordonnés, on peut mettre longtemps à pouvoir en avoir un. La literie n'est pas au niveau du standing de l'hôtel, matelas à ressorts peu adaptés à deux personnes. Le parking minuscule sans le parking provisoire extérieur c'est dommage.

Great location, sea view, and value for money. The room and bathroom were quite spacious. If you are looking for nice, clean and simple room, this is it. They stored our luggage when needed and had a spare umbrella to borrow when needed.

when i check in, hotel told me my room already got sold out by mistake, i had to wait for an hour to get my room

Convenient location. Only one block from the express bus terminal and two blocks from the beach. This is a new hotel and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. There is a GS-25 convenience store on the first floor.

Inside of our room was a strange accordian type glass door with a sticker that says do not use. It has a track on the floor which goes all the way across the room. I tripped over the track once and my wife tripped over it two times. I don't understand why they have a tripping hazard on the floor like that.
