The coach could be more confortable to match the comfort of the rest of the apartment . An additional pot is really necessary to enjoy the kitchen

Tout est payant dans cet hôtel. Il fallait payer un supplément pour que la chambre soit faite, et également payer pour accéder à la piscine, alors que cela n’était pas indiqué dans la réservation.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Ocean view yet sound proof, good sized space, good location very close to bus terminal and beach, also good food nearby including local delicacies and specialty cafes. I liked having a laundry drying rack.
No bidet, toilet paper unable to be flushed, having to throw soiled toilet paper into a dustbin instead (a consistent issue in Sokcho public toilets too). Cleaning service and fresh towels come at an extra cost.

Reviewed May 29, 2026location was great, 5 min from the express bus station and by the beach. I got an email with the check-in procedure and codes for the room. They have a room to leave your luggage if you arrive early. Plenty of konbinis, coffee shops and restaurants around. Also 5 min from the bus station to Sokcho Mountain and to the city centre (10min on the bus for this one).
The room was very compact, and it got really hot during the night! We could hear everything from the other rooms. No cleaning or towels change during the stay.

Reviewed May 23, 2026Amazing location (5 mins walk to both beach and bus stop to get to Seoraksan National Park), affordable and comfortable. Coffee pod machine and balcony were nice features of the room. It was modern and simple. We'd stay again.
Were were here late May and the pool area (which looked amazing) didn't open until 1 June - the start of summer and peak season. Seems crazy given it was 26-29 degrees, so would have been nice to be able to use that facility.

Reviewed May 22, 2026La struttura si trova sulla spiaggia di Sokcho, a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei bus. Molto facile arrivare da Seoul e spostarsi verso il centro e il parco Seoraksan. La camera era molto spaziosa e pulita, dotata di cucinino e letto comodissimo. È stata una parentesi davvero piacevole nel nostro viaggio in Corea, con un rapporto qualità prezzo davvero invidiabile.

Il y a peu à faire dans cette localisation. Il faut savoir que même s’il fait 28celcius a l’extérieur, la piscine n’est pas ouverte avant le mois de juillet. Donc pour ceux qui commme moi pensait pouvoir en profiter alors ils seront déçu. Il y avait une forte senteur dans la chambre. Je soupçonne que c’est des produits chimiques utilisé pour nettoyer. Il a fallu que je laisse aérer la chambre pendant 5-6 heures avant que ça diminue.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026Das Studio ist modern und sauber eingerichtet und hat eine gute Größe. Der Self-Check-In hat super funktioniert. Im Erdgeschoß wären aber auch Mitarbeiter, die einem bei Problemen helfen. Die Lage ist super, Wanderbus in den Seoraksan Nationalpark, Expressbus nach Seoul, Supermärkte (großer emart), Restaurants, Strand - alles ist zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Wir können dieses Studio wirklich zu 100 % empfehlen.

Reviewed Apr 24, 2026Alles was geweldig! Het was een enorm appartement, super schoon en dat voor 30 euro per nacht. Alles was van alle luxe voorzien.
Er was geen personeel, het was zelf inchecken met een code via de mail. Ging opzich prima. Hierdoor kunnen ze de prijs laaghouden. Er is namelijk ook geen schoonmaak tussendoor, of alleen tegen extra betaling. Dit was ook niet nodig, want het was super schoon toen we aankwamen.

coin toilettes est un peu décevant, surtout après avoir connu le confort et l’hygiène des toilettes japonaises des autres villes coréennes où nous avons séjourné, le chauffage peut être légèrement bruyant

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Gute Lage direkt am Strand und die Bushaltestelle für den Nationalpark war gut in ca. 5-10 Minuten zu ereichen. Auch der Busbahnhof war sehr nah. Die Ausstattung war gut und es war sauber. Personal sahen wir vor Ort keines, es lief alles elektronisch ab, es hat aber alles bestens geklappt, daher hat uns dies nicht gestört.

Reviewed Oct 24, 2025The value for the price is great. Painless check-in and check-out procedure. You get very detailed instructions no how you can do everything by yourself. But there is some helpful staff if you need them. The location was great, right next to the beach, and there are a lot of good restaurants and cafes nearby. The bus terminal is nearby, and also plenty of public buses pass by there. The room was clean and comfortable. The partial ocean view was not even that partial.
The only thing I can think of is the 4pm check-in. But they do offer luggage storage and an early check-in option, too, so no big deal.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2025Wunderbare Meersicht und gut ausgestattete Zimmer. Hatte ein Oceanview Zimmer. Grosszügiges Parking und die Lokalität neben dem Riesenrad ist einfach zu finden. Der Strand (auch zum Surfen) liegt direkt vor dem Gebäude. Diverse Restaurants und kleinere Lebensmittelgeschäfte neben der Lokalität. Freundliches und sehr bemühtes Personal.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2025La chambre est très grande, la salle de bain également, la vue sur la mer est agréable, la kitchenette nous convient. Situé à 20 minutes du parc national, on a pu aller à la plage à pied et en centre-ville aussi pour faire les courses.
En tant que Français, nous avons l'habitude que lorsqu'il y a une kitchenette, il y a du produit pour faire la vaisselle ainsi qu'une éponge! Mais nous sommes peut-être trop exigeants 🤣

Reviewed Aug 31, 20251) 5-minute walk from the express bus terminal in one direction and a five minute walk to the beach in the other. 2) Comfortable beds and quiet rooms. We didn't hear any noise from the hallway, surrounding rooms, or outside. 3) Beautiful view from the pool on the 21st floor. You can see the beach from one direction and the mountains from the other. 4) Balcony with a bit of a view. We moved the cafe-style table and chairs on to it to enjoy breakfast each morning. 5) While you do have to pay for the pool, they give you a wristband so you can come and go throughout the day.
1) The rooms are very small. With two people, we were frequently having to move out of the way for each other to move from one side of the room to the other. 2) In addition to paying for the pool entrance, they also charge to use a lounge chair and a towel.
