We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. Everything was exactly as described: the apartment was modern, spotless, comfortable, and very well equipped. The location is outstanding, right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly easy to explore all the main attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shops on foot. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They were always friendly, responsive, and helpful, making our stay completely stress-free. The only small downside, in our opinion, is the staircase leading to the apartment. It is quite narrow and rather steep, which may be a little challenging if you are travelling with large or heavy luggage. However, this was only a minor inconvenience and certainly did not affect our overall experience. Overall, everything was perfect, and we would be very happy to stay here again.

היה קושי לאתר את הכניסה למקום. גם לנהג המונית. עלייה במדרגות עץ צרות עם מזוודות לקומה ראשונה הייתה מאד לא נוחה (מזל שלא קיבלנו חדר בקומה השנייה). חדר אמבטיה מאד צר ולא נוח אם כי נקי. רעש רציני בלילה מהרחוב עד שעה מאוחרת.

Within close walking distance to metro and major attractions. Surrounded by restaurants. Property was very clean.

The pillow options were not great. The property is in a busy area and therefore a bit noisy at night. The name on the main entrance door showed Athinaidos not Lofus rooms, which was a bit confusing.

La ubicación es inmejorable en una zona muy top y llena de lugares para comer, una esquina realmente increible. La cama es muy blanda pero se duerme fantastico, el baño es moderno y limpio. Tiene calentador de agua para tomar te o cafe y un frigobar. un pequeño living también. las habitaciones son altas y tienen sistema de aire y calor. Buenas cortinas para bloquear las luces de afuera. Es perfecto para dos noches como hicimos.

La zona es muy ruidosa y se escuchaba musica de fiesta hasta las 3 am, llevar tapones si te molesta eso. Las escaleras son fabulosas pero no apta movilidad reducida. Hay que encender el agua caliente al llegar.

The location was great. We were within walking distance to most of the areas we wished to explore. Restaurants were right outside so great for early morning breakfasts or late night dinner and/or drinks. The room was nice but I think still a little under construction (open cutouts in ceiling - some loose fixtures). Our room was cleaned/straightened up when we were out (did not realize this was going to happen) and somehow this caused our room code not to work when we returned. We contacted the owner on Whatsapp and they were able to have the combo electronically reset within 15 minutes. Their quick response was truly appreciated.

If you are not strong, I would suggest you NOT bring large pieces of luggage here. We were two flights up and it took both of us to carry our large suitcases up and then back down the narrow spiral staircase. It was truly a workout. This was our only negative take way and that was truly on us for bringing large bags.

Nous avions demandé un check-in plus tôt dès notre réservation Laissé sans suite et difficile ensuite sur place Il manque un coin bagages pour pouvoir laisser les bagages et visiter la ville avant le check-in à 15h L'emplacement en plein centre-ville est très appréciable mais c'est très bruyant la nuit car beaucoup de bars autour de l'appartement. Bruit jusqu'à 6h du matin le samedi soir

Appartamento vicino a piazza Monastiraki comodo per spostarsi con la metro e nel cuore del centro città pieno di negozi e ristoranti.. appartamento molto grande e comodo, arredato a nuovo con stile e luminoso. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, da consigliare a tutti per soggiornare e visitare la splendida Atene.

Edit: The property has changed management since my last stay. I look forward to returning and providing an updated review! My favourite property in Athens! A part of me selfishly does not want to share this lovely property because I want to be able to book it when needed; however, I need to be fair and share my appreciation for being able to stay at such a lovely property!The communication with the Host was seamless, the location was ideal and the interior design is very nice! I travel to Athens at least once a year and this is my go to place every time! I'm looking forward to returning for the second time this year... ohpohpohpohpoh! See you soon!!!💖

Not a criticism; rather an FYI if someone has heavy luggage, be prepared to take your luggage up a small winding staircase. Also, might I suggest the installation of a small light near the key lock box in case the guest arrives in the evening and the provision of a bottle of water in the refrigerator upon arrival.☺️

Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική, το δωμάτιο και το μπάνιο καθαρά, ενώ το μέγεθος ήταν πολύ ικανοποιητικό για δύο άτομα. Το μόνο σχόλιο για βελτίωση που θα ήθελα να προσθέσω είναι πως χρειάζεται ένας ολόσωμος καθρέφτης και μια καφετιέρα

Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι το δωμάτιό μας βρισκόταν στον δεύτερο όροφο και δεν υπήρχε ασανσέρ, οπότε τα σκαλιά ήταν πολλά.

Posizione eccellente, era tutto comodo e raggiungibile a piedi. Camera moderna, pulita e poco rumorosa nonostante si trovasse nella via centrale. Letto molto comodo e i servizi offerti comodi per una breve colazione mattutina.

Camera al secondo piano con scale a chiocciola molto ripide e assenza di ascensore (scomodo per i bagagli) Assenza di armadi (erano presenti solo 3 appendini). Presente solo un grande asciugamano a testa per la doccia. L'indirizzo presente su booking, se copiato e incollato su maps, riporta a un bar poco distante invece che direttamente alla porta di ingresso. È necessario scrivere L'indirizzo manualmente per arrivare alla giusta posizione lungo la via principale.

Ni hit water in the shower and bed just too soft. Not great for sleeping for 2 people. Very bad internet.

Veel geluidsoverlast, slechte isolatie van ik denk het dak. En vervelende lampjes die constant branden. Warm water was uitgezet en geen uitleg dus na contact gelukkig duidelijk. Het was een echt flink hoog, smal trappenhuis voor koffers.

Alojamiento super céntrico con todo lo necesario para pasar un par de días. La cama te atrapa y se dierme genial. Buena comunicación con el casero. Sin duda repetiriamos.

Tiene unas escaleras de caracol un poco estrechas que para subir con la maleta es un poco molesto, pero nada grave. Tienes que estar subiendo y bajando el diferencial del cuadro de luces para que salga el agua caliente (30 mins antes) pero sabiéndolo, lo puedes encender al llegar por la tarde a la habitación.

Das Zimmer war sehr ordentlich, auch die Möbel waren sehr gut und modern. Auch mit der Schlüsselübergabe hat es gut geklappt.

Summer summarum war alles gut. Nicht informiert war ich allerdings in der Frage wie man das Wasser fürs Duschen anwärmen konnte. Der Vermieter hat mich diesbezüglich bei einem Telefonat aufgeklärt

Well positioned for tourist sites, shops, bars, and restaurants. Very clean. Double glazing reduced noise.

Access via very steep spiral staircase. No information about using heating. Fridge didn’t work. No mattress topper and sheets not big enough. Some crockery and cutlery provided but no cleaning materials. WiFi very slow

This was my second time staying in these apartments, and overall I am satisfied, especially considering the value for money. The room was clean and the facilities were good.

The apartment was on the second floor and there is no elevator, which made it difficult to carry a large suitcase. Also, the bed and pillows were not very comfortable.

Our room and bathroom were clean.Every necessary detail had been thoughtfully considered.The location is very central.I can stay it s in the heart of Athens.When we visit Athens again we will definitely stay at this place.I highly recommend it.

Excellent location. You can walk everywhere in 10-15 minutes. The room is well decorated. The bed is really comfortable.

The Wifi wasn’t working when we were there. Also we were not able to use the dryer since the socket in the bathroom was broken. Cleaning could have been better.

Mieszkanie w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji umożliwiające zwiedzanie Aten. Wysoki standard obiektu pozwala na komfortowe spędzenie urlopu. Polecam.

A great place to stay. Definitely recommend!! The location is ideal for the city centre, since everything is in walking distance. A well cleaned and spacious room with all the facilities you may need. One of the most important things is the comfy bed, and the responsive staff.

We stayed on the second floor and since there is no elevator the stairs are a bit too much.

Highly recommend this apartment. Amazing location and very comfortable.

Stanza ben arredata e pulita.

Lenzuola troppo piccole per il letto che si è disfatto subito. Nessun caffè o tè per il bollitore.

Lo que nos gustó fue la ubicación muy céntrico y todo lo tienes a mano, super moderno y limpio, personal muy atento.

Las dos cosas que no nos gustaron: muchas escaleras para subir ya que nos tocó en el segundo piso y teníamos dos maletas y dos bolsos, y son muchas escaleras. Y otro punto la cama era muy incomoda, se hundía en el centro y no pudimos dormir casi nada porque era incomoda, por lo demás todo bien. Recomiendo también que pongan una pegatina en la parte del cuadro de luz que sea visible para que los huéspedes la vean y puedan activar el tema del agua caliente aunque no ponen en las instrucciones.

Central location in lively area. We enjoyed walking from the rooms and exploring locally.

Rooms were smaller than expected. Just a double bedroom with bathroom, really. Bed was fine but one pair of curtains was hanging off its rails. It was too tall for us to try and fix so we had to use hairgrips to keep it together. Bit surprised that it was left like that. Also, no top sheet on the bed. We found a duvet and were assured by the owner that the duvet is laundered between guests. We thought it would be easier to launder a sheet. Also, the bottom (only) sheet was not fitted and kept coming adrift. Shame, because the bed itself was comfortable. With a little more attention to detail, we would have given a higher rating because the apartment is in a great spot.

Bardzo ładny, czysty i schludny apartament w samym sercu Aten. Idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania miasta. Polecam gorąco 😀

Shower was leaking water and had to sweep off the floor after every shower, didn’t supply towels as frequent as should have and no sheets changing.

Στο μπάνιο δεν υπήρχαν σαμπουάν και υγρό σαπούνι. Ύστερα από επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες , ενώ μας είπαν ότι θα μας φέρουν την επόμενη μέρα και σαμπουάν και υγρό σαπούνι, δεν μας δωθηκε τίποτα από τα παραπάνω. Αναγκαστήκαμε να τα αγοράσουμε μόνοι μας. Η σκάλα είναι λίγο απότομη. Αρκετή φασαρία απέξω. Και καλό θα ήταν, να μπουν και πατζουρια.

Η τοποθεσία του διαμερίσματος ήταν εξαιρετική, πολύ κοντά σε όλα, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή μας ιδιαίτερα άνετη. Ο χώρος ήταν πλήρως ανακαινισμένος, πεντακάθαρος και πολύ προσεγμένος, με όμορφη αισθητική και άνετο εσωτερικό. Γενικά, μας άφησε πολύ καλές εντυπώσεις. Πολύ καλή τιμή!!!
