Reviewed Apr 28, 2026My stay was amazing! I was traveling for work and needed to rest before a long drive back the next day. The staff looked after me like i was royalty and the food was absolutely amazing! Hearing the lions roar was definitely a bonus! Everything about my stay felt magical, the bed, the room. the shower, i can go on and on!
I did not like packing up and leaving to come back home :-(

Reviewed Jan 27, 2025Patsi is by far the best asset of the place. Such a wonderful crowd of people. Literally "sleeping" with the lions was an experience. The pool was so warm and enjoyed the pool bar. Definitely coming back.
Getting a hold of the place was a hussle. All contacts given were unavailable. Stood st the gate for 2 hours trying to search the net for contact numbers, and they would go to staff that no longer worked there.

Reviewed Jul 30, 2024Rina and her team went out of their way to make our stay, and other guests stay, exceptional. Nothing we asked for was to much effort. There was even room service. The rooms are clean and neat. The bathroom was huge. The shower was exceptional. The lions roaring was amazing. They were beautiful as well as the giraffe and the nyalas. The food at the restaurant was amazing. I can strongly recommend the fillet snails.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2024The wildlife was beautiful. Lions and giraffes. Specifically the lions roar in the mornings and evenings was worth it. The outdoor shower was nice, and the bed was comfortable.
Incomplete braai stand and no canopy for outdoor if it rains. Not much lighting if you enter the property at night, or the walkways to the room requires more lighting.

The unit we stayed it did not have a microwave or a toaster. The unit only had a kettle and a fridge. This was not a big problem for us, until we wanted to order food and the chef was not there. We did ask for a microwave to heat up food, but never received the microwave.

I was booked in room 2. I wasn’t happy with the following: - Old dirty toilet brush. - No microwave in the room. -On day 2, they cleaned though the bathtub was not cleaned, towels were not changed.
