Teníamos una plaga de cucarachas en la casa, la única respuesta del alojamiento fue tirar espray. Nos habríamos contentado si hubiera tenido algún efecto, pero no fue así. La misma tarde después de desinfectar aparecieron 3 cucarachas en el baño principal, en suite con nuestra habitación, les pedimos un cambio de alojamiento y nos lo negaron. Salimos de allí ese mismo día a las 22:00 de la noche buscándonos un alojamiento a última hora y su pésima atención al cliente decide no devolvernos ni un euro por nuestra truncada estancia en su apartamento, negando lo ocurrido frente a esta plataforma, a pesar de las fotos y conversaciones que lo confirmaban. Estábamos de luna de miel y fue una experiencia horrible. Ojalá haber sabido esto antes y no haber reservado nunca en este sitio. Esperábamos algún tipo de comprensión por parte del alojamiento, pero dejaron de contestar a nuestros mensajes y no quisieron hacer frente al problema que tienen allí.

Reviewed Oct 18, 2025Beautiful, spacious home. Very clean and with great maintenance. Friendly host and helper, both easy to communicate with. The area has surveillance, so feels very safe. Very nice view on the river from the garden.
The couch facing the tv is not very comfy. The master bedroom gets bright in the morning, despite the black-out curtains.

L'accès à la résidence n'est pas toujours évident avec les véhicules des riverains qui restent dans la rue.

Sans voiture impossible de faire des courses pour les petits déjeuners par exemple.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2025Het appartement ligt op een heerlijk rustige locatie. Het is ruim en zeer goed uitgerust. Het uitzicht is fantastisch. Het terrein is keurig onderhouden. De tuin is gelegen aan de rivier-kant waardoor de regelmatig de boten langs ziet varen. Het uitzicht vanuit het douche raam is betoverend! De locatie is een prima uitvalsbasis voor de zuidwestkant van het eiland.
Het zwembad ligt in de schaduw, waardoor deze in de winter erg koud blijft.

I thought i would have been given a beachfront villa as per the pictures on booking.com but on arrival it wasn't as per my expectation. I had a another villa with another view. (not beachfront)

Reviewed Aug 28, 2024WOW! We really enjoyed our stay here. - Modern, clean, in a gated residence complex. Its a very upmarket residential area. - 3 bedrooms all ensuite. - 5-7 minute walk from the whale/ dolphin tour departure. - Short walk to Padrino Italian Restaurant for the best Neapolitan pizzas and a nice view. - owner will meet you up to 4pm. After this, the security guy will hand over the keys. - 1/2 minute drive from the big “London Way” supermarket. Everything was perfect. Don’t let the minimal reviews put you off, don’t hesitate and just book your stay here!
