Reviewed Sep 9, 2026朝食が豊富で、美味しい ベッドの寝心地が良い ヘアードライヤーが 使い心地が良い バスタオルが 柔らかくて最高！ 部屋の掃除、ベッドメーキングも綺麗でした！ 帰りに、チェクアウトの時、綺麗なスタッフの若い女性の2人から、ミネラルウォーターと紅茶のパックのお土産を頂き 気持ちよくタクシーに乗って出発することが出来た点も良かった！
Wi-Fiの 接続が難しい 隣の部屋の服ハンガーをかける音などが 音漏れが 大きい感じで 壁が薄いのかも？ 水の流れる音も 大きい感じで気になる 点が 良くない感じでした。

Facilities provided at hotel was not matched with price. hotel price was according to five stars hotel but facilities present was for three-stars hotel. Hotel Wifi was also not so good. There was no safe for documents and even no cabinet in room for clothing.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026Convenient location. I came to attend WAIC. The hotel is located close to subway line 13 and 7. Also 30 min walking distance to the conference and exhibition centre.
lack of luggage storage. Only a small cloth rack jammed with 6 hangers. The exhaust fan might not work in the shower as my wet clothes hung on the extendible cloth line remained wet overnight.

Some managers at the reception are not polite, rude and antipathic. Those which are wearing simple t-shirt are more willing to help and accommodate you. Wifi very bad

When i was asking to prepare invoice. They told me, they can’t print it. Then they figured out that they can. Something like this stuff. Nothing special. The location is not very good, but because it was near expo convention centre, it was very convenient for me

Their kindness and dedication truly made my stay special. The rooms were spotless, and the daily housekeeping service was excellent. Everything was maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness and comfort. The breakfast was also outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options suitable for different tastes and preferences. The laundry facilities were very convenient and well-organized. In addition, the hotel provided excellent amenities, including slippers, toothbrushes, a hair dryer, and high-quality toiletries and shampoos, which made the stay even more comfortable. One of the things I appreciated most was the location. The hotel is very close to the metro station, making transportation extremely easy and convenient. It was simple to reach all major attractions and destinations. I have stayed in many hotels, but I have rarely encountered such a helpful and attentive team. I would especially like to thank the hotel management for assembling such an outstanding staff. Their professionalism, warmth, and commitment to guest satisfaction are truly commendable. I highly recommend this hotel and would be delighted to stay here again in the future.

Cutlery could have been provided in the room, e.g. fork, knife, spoons. The temperature of the tap water could not be adjusted (seemed there was only one temp setting).

Reviewed Nov 20, 2025We enjoyed our first stay at Atour. The staffs were really friendly and helpful, the room and the bathroom are big enough and clean. We like the nice ambience and simplicity of the overall deco of the hotel. Last but not least, we love their breakfast! Lots of variety, and they were all well prepared and delicious!
Overall it was really good. Just a few suggestions to make it even better: 1. to fix a few hangers on the wall next to the basin, 2) a slightly bigger table in the room (the round table is abit too small), 3) to have two luggage racks (foldable type) in the room.
