The neighbourhood is very nice, the staff was very helpful and nice. We had a great stay, thank you for everything. The room was also clean and nice. The loft style is impressive.

the industrial design is great. i also like there is restaurant within the stay, and the food is great as well. it is also very near to multiple locations like shanghai expo and the huangpu river.

The staff were fantastic. The second room we rented was spacious and very comfortable. Food was delicious.

The first room we rented had no windows and smelt a bit damp. Lack of tea and coffee in rooms. Toilet doors are thin and include a large layer of opaque glass. Coffee tastes pretty good but was like warm.

I booked a stay here for my wife. The staff was exceptionally friendly to her and made her feel welcomed and comfortable. She’d been extremely distressed and exhausted after her flight, but the people in the hotel helped out and made things a bit better for her. She had to check out earlier than the booked date, but the hotel staff helpfully refunded a portion of the remaining days that she ended up not staying for. Also, the receptionist was helpful when she needed to call a taxi, the restaurant personnel were exceptional (and the food was delicious).

El trato recibido siempre fue muy amable en la recepción, aunque en ciertos momentos nos tocó usar el traductor debido a errores de comunicación. El lugar en sí estaba muy bien y era acogedor, y el desayuno estaba muy bueno y era bastante completo. Por otro lado, el hotel no estaba muy lejos del centro o del Bund, por lo que su ubicación era muy buena si deseas visitar la ciudad.

En general llevé un poco mal la cuestión de los espacios. Al tratarse de cubículos, no había mucho disponible, y si llevas equipaje, puede resultar bastante agobiante en ocasiones, porque no sabes donde dejar las cosas. Además, si eres una persona alta, la cama se puede quedar un poco pequeña. Y en cuanto, al baño, aunque estaba bastante limpio, sin embargo creo recordar que no era muy fácil de cerrar desde el interior, y tenías que pelearte con el candado o con el cerrojo de turno hasta que dabas con la solución.

Amazing service. Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped me book a driver to the airport and even held up an umbrella for me to get to the car. Loved the room (small, with little extra’s and comfy). The Chinese breakfast in their café was delicious. They also serve Continental and full Australian breakfast. Included in the room booking.

It quite clean, the environment was great and really good value. The staff were very friendly too. I live close to Shanghai and just needed a bed for the night, if I travel alone again to Shanghai I’d definitely would like to come back to this hotel.

The hospitality of the staff. Even though I am a frequent traveler, this is the very first time I write a review. The staff went above and beyond to ensure comfort and offered services that you would only get in five star hotels. To me the location was perfect for the purpose of my trip. It’s close to an exhibition center and many business buildings so people in the area were quiet trendy. I took DIDI to everywhere and that wasn’t an issue at all as the stay was very comfortable. The hotel also had a very nice Bistro, excellent coffee and the lounge area is very cozy and feels like a coworking space.

Nothing really, I booked two stays there and if I go again to Shanghai I would still book the same hotel.

the cafe, staffs are helpful even when they don't speak english. they even gave me a free bfast even the room isn't cool because of the central A/C is used rather than individual room A/C.

The view of room is limited, it's too small for a one big luggage room.

Everything was perfect the attention the staff the breakfast was to die for, the room super comfortable and clean, also the position is really convenient, also one of the staff members really helped me out when I had a problem with a taxi she stayed with me called the customer service and was so kind, truly thank you if I ever come back to Shanghai I will definitely stay here again

Everything was amazing. Super cool aesthetic. The room with the mezzanine was stylish and awesome. Breakfast was great and included. Quiet room. Surrounding areas were nice.

Fabulous boutique hotel, definitely come back. Lovely staff and super accommodating, great quiet area not far from the Bund.

Just be aware the basic rooms don't have windows but can choose other rooms.

Sommige kamers hebben geen venster, wat het soms een beetje oncomfortabel maakt. Het werd wel aangegeven bij de boeking in kleine letters (we zagen het achteraf pas) dus opzich hadden we het beter moeten nakijken. Toch vind ik het gek dat er een kamer verhuurd mag worden zonder venster, maar al bij al was het een goed verblijf.

Great place to sleep a night at if you are on a tight budget (very much a capsule hotel)... as you long as you dont need luxury and just want a base to sleep at, it is perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to make our trip comfortable and stress-free. As international travelers, we did not have a local phone number in China, but the staff kindly helped us arrange transportation whenever needed. They also assisted with having our clothes dry-cleaned and were always ready to help with any inconvenience or request throughout our stay. We were traveling with a toddler, and the team was incredibly accommodating of our special requests, which made a huge difference for our family. Their kindness, patience, and attention to detail truly reflected outstanding hospitality. We greatly appreciated all the care and support we received during our stay. Thanks to the wonderful staff, we had a fantastic time in Shanghai and felt genuinely welcomed from start to finish. We would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The only minor area for improvement would be the lighting in the guest room. As someone who works in design and hospitality, I noticed that the room featured several different lighting color temperatures, which made the overall lighting feel somewhat inconsistent. In particular, the bedside reading lights felt cooler than expected. In many hotels, reading lights are typically around 2700K, which creates a warmer and more relaxing residential atmosphere. It may be worth reviewing the lighting specification and consistency throughout the room. This is a very small observation and did not impact our overall experience. Other than that, everything was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Location is a definite plus, also good food.

Level of service and amenities is of a hostel, not really a hotel. Staff barely speaks English, breakfast starts at 8am, kind of late if you plan early starts of the day. Rooms have charm but are really not sound-proofed well, we woke up multiple times hearing people above and outside. Bathrooms don’t have doors.

Facilities were clean and staff was exceptionally friendly Room layout is pretty cool and gives a nice flair. Didn’t try breakfast but stayed in the restaurant area in the evenings which was quite nice. Mattress was firm and WiFi worked well (with VPN)

Even though it’s advertised as “The bund” expect location to be a bit far from major attractions. Roughly 30min (15min walk to metro, 15min metro ride) to Nanjing road Walls can be a little thin if you are sensible for that kind of thing

Nagyon hangulatos szobák, nagyon kényelmes ágyak. Jól felszerelt szobák, a recepciós hölgy pedig szuper segítőkész volt.

Nem volt a fürdőszobán ajtó/nem sikerült megtalálni s mivel az ikerbáttyámmal utaztam, kicsit mókás volt.

We chose this place specifically for its loft design, which made the space feel much larger. The layout was well thought out, with a separate sitting area and shower room on the lower level, and the sleeping area upstairs. That said, if having windows is a must for you, this might not be the best fit. The ground floor houses a very cosy, bistro-like café where breakfast is served. It’s a set meal that needs to be ordered the night before, but the food was delicious and generously portioned—we didn’t even manage to finish everything. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating; they even allowed us to customise our breakfast slightly on the second morning. My husband especially enjoyed unwinding there in the evenings with a beer. One night, we ordered the creamy truffle pasta along with some finger food, and it turned out to be one of the best pastas we’ve ever had. The chef was exceptionally warm and treated us like old friends, even spoiling us with extra dishes. The accommodation is nestled in a quiet, industrial-style area, about 10–15 minutes by taxi from the Bund (up to 20 minutes in heavier traffic). Considering the price, food, and service, it’s definitely worth the stay.
