Lack of storage, mildew from water damage needs renovation, occasionally difficult to get a taxi

Location itself is good enough not far from all the shops. They have a mini market downstairs that shuts until 12 midnight.

The place was very quiet and away from city noise yet it is accessible. It would just be better if the place has more power outlet.

- We booked thinking there was 3 beds but there was only 2, the 3rd may have been a mattress under the bed but this was not made clear, nor was there room for the 3rd bed. - No information was provided about check out and no wifi was given.

1. The decoration needs to be refreshed and a bit of maintenance check on the plumbing and locks. 2. Needs added features to the bathroom to prevent slippage. 3. Added lock or safety feature to the door is appreciated.

I liked the free wifi (Yt & Netflix ready), the room is spacious, kitchen, and the very comfortable bed & beddings.

The location is the little issue. It was hard finding transportation. I walk almost half km just then I was able to ride a taxi. And also the door of the CR is defective.

There were people at the room who seems to be drunk who were so rowdy and very very noise in the middle of the night I had to go and complain at the security. We were unable to have a good night rest.

I like the location. Quiet place. The place is fully ventilated no smell of food in the hallway.

It would be better if the unit owner invest on luxurious thick mattress and bed linens soft pillows for comfortable night sleep. The room is perfect size for a couple. Two Day beds one in the bedroom and one in the sala makes the room really tight too much for such a small condo unit. The wifi is very weak. I paid for 4 nights but stayed only for 3 nights.

the area is quiet.. the room is clean. i wish there was a washing machine and drier and guest could provide complimentaries like free condiments or coffee. when we arrive the thermal heater had water in it which we found weird but overall we got our moneys worth and we’re very thankful to have stayed at luxury suites.. it was also nice that the host called in to make sure we had checked in

Overall, our stay was okay, but there were a few disappointments that affected the experience. We chose to book here because it was advertised as having a kitchenette, but there wasn't even a stove to cook. When we asked about it, they brought us a broken one, so we ended up eating out every day, which wasn't ideal. Additionally, we mentioned that we had five children, but there were only three blankets provided. 😛 We had to make do with what we had. Another issue was with the bathroom, the toilet would flood every time we took a bath, which was quite frustrating. To top it off, the sheets in our room were obviously dirty when we arrived. I had to contact the owner, who said there was no one available to change them, but promised to bring clean sheets the next day. It felt a bit unprofessional, honestly. All in all, while the hotel was okay, it didn’t meet our expectations, and there were several things that could have been handled better.

Wrong directions given to me during check-in on how to get the keycard, took me about 30mins to check in since I have to contact them and coordinate with guards and another person. No toilet paper provided in the room.

When we are instructed upon checking in to go to the mailbox to get the room keys, keys were not there. They said the keys were at the room and already unlocked, we went to the room and the room is locked. We need to wait for 30 mins or more to wait for the host to unlock the door. We requested a room with balcony, they got us a room without a blacony and the reason was the pictures on the ads of the room was randomized. I do not know if that is the right reason to not get us a room with a balcony. Lastly. When we requested a stove top becausenit was not on our room, the host instructed us to get the stove top to the other room. Tensnts might think i’m a thief.

The location and the space is quite huge for 2 pax. Easy to follow the self check in guide.

If you like big loud barking dogs all night and loud crowing roosters at 3am- you will love this place. 3 sleepless nights into an 8 day booking I found another hotel. Horrible. Nice little apartment setup ruined by the noise.

Mark was awesome and accommodated us even though we came in a few hours earlier. The location is really travel friendly. The stay was worthwhile since the place is really quiet and peaceful. The unit is really spacious and has your basic needs. Not to mention the bathroom's really clean and the shower's working perfectly. Overall, I enjoyed my few-days stay and I'll definitely consider coming back!

I booked at 4pm and I arrived at the hotel at 11pm the staff didn't even take care or give us our endorsement to show to the security guard. 30mins before we went up to our room. Inside our room, there were no guest kits like toothbrush, soap, and toiletries. I made a request to the staff, but they just made us wait. We didn't receive anything until we checked out. There are also no trashbags for our garbage, nothing provided. we can say lack of service because the staff didn't even take care of us properly

To start with, the check in took almost 40mins. I reserved 2 car park slots but we were only given 1. I would've understood but to be notified only upon checking in was pretty annoying... Room descriptions were 3 beds + 1 futon but the 2 units we were in only had 1 double bed, 1 mattress & a miserable sofa bed. 6 towels provided for 9 guests... Toilet clogged. They tried to fix but did not succeeded 100%. We had to deal having that rubber pump in case the toilet gets totally clogged again. It was disgusting... Too much compensation for staying in a so called “luxury suites“. Will never come back!

I liked the location of the property

The sofa bed and futon provided were not comfortable, as the cushions were too thin to sleep on. There was no air conditioning, which is essential since the small window did not provide adequate ventilation. On top of that, the toilet’s flush was not working. With all these issues, we decided not to stay in the unit. I requested a 50% refund as agreed upon, but I have yet to receive a response. This lack of communication and resolution has been very disappointing.

The staffs are very polite and approachable. My seven month old baby enjoyed watching teacher Rachel and cocomelon, thanks for the very good WiFi connection. Taxis are always available.

We have to walk for 20 minutes to the night market but it's okay, at least we got an exercise and if walking is not your stuff, there are taxis available right outside the property.

Toilet is clogged..it won't flush. They have a toilet pump but that is not why you went there.

The room is clean, and the vicinity is quiet. Ideal for those who would like to have peaceful rest, away from the noise of the City.

There were no rags for wet floors. Also, 11 AM was the check-out time, we thought it was 12 NN. We had to rush our way out so as not to pay charges for overstaying. Considering that we checked in around 11 PM, we were not able to maximize what we paid for in terms of stay.

The place was good and the location was wise.

Overall it was a good experience but there was a little bit of misunderstanding; we have lots of baggage because our kids are with us, we are asking if he knows where we can leave our bags. He called us and he offered us the other unit, but unfortunately he gave us the wrong room number. He called and even vibed us the room number. We knocked on the room and the room was locked, we waited and even called but he was not responding. He called us a few minutes ago after we left and told us the right room number that as if we were wrong 😁 But it's okay, the next time please make sure the details, it was really difficult for us since we have kids. There are guests in the future that will also have kids please be mindful of this.

Location was good

It had no air conditioning and it was not mentioned during the booking. Had I known there was no AC I wouldn’t have selected this. In the middle of the night I had to open the door and the balcony window to let the wind in to cool ourselves so we can sleep. but because of this the kids had colds the following.

I love the location (secluded yet accessible). The unit was clean as well. Very few people/residents around. I feel very safe. Added bonus that its near pink sisters convent and Mt Cloud Bookshop!

Free parking (in front) is on a first-come-first-serve basis. There usually is a vacant slot, especially at night.

Great location for us. Our daughter was in a three day upper school football tournament at Brent Baguio which was across the street from the condo. The owners daughter was most helpful during our stay. She was in constant communication with us during our stay, and was always available to us if we had any concerns.

Nothing to do with the condo, but this was my first time in Baguio. did not enjoy Marcos Highway to get to Baguio from Subic. Baguio is a congested very hilly city, which I do not like. The weather was the only redeeming factor. The only negative attached to the condo was the parking. We had to pay 400 pesos a day for a four day stay to park in the basement. I thought this was way too high. Outside free parking was very limited. As a westerner, I rarely had paid for condo or hotel parking during my hotel or condo vacations.

Situated in a quiet location. The place was clean and has a security 24/7. Not so far from session road and SM city. The amenities was fairly provided.

The cooker can be changed, it can be 2 as 1 for rice and 1 for 1 course or else hotplate and 2 pots..the sofa i understand its convertible to sofa bed but too soft for a sofa if you have only 2 person inhouse..i prefer to get an option of cleaner charges if you stay long

No aircon. Fan won't sustain you if warm day. Tile become very very slippery when showering, so you really need shower shoes.

The location is great. Away from the busy streets but still near Session Road. The room is spacious and has a nice view of the mountains.

There was no bath mat inside the bathroom because the tiles can get slippery after taking a bath and this might cause and accident. We asked for a rug, we were advised that it was relayed to the housekeeping but no one from housekeeping came.

There is no place to keep your luggage if you arrive early, we were lucky to meet a nice guard when we arrived he was hesitant at first then agreed to keep it next to him , the room is almost empty there was no kettle coffee tea or anything it’s just a place to rest and shower

Expectation vs. Reality. The room was not I expected it to be like in the pictures. It was a bit smaller compared to what they’re advertising. Location is a bit far also from main road.

Location TV with Netflix WiFi Secured Place Clean Unit

Didn’t meet expectations. We booked a queen suite to fit 6 people. But what was given to us was a studio-like room with 1 bed, 1 (stained sofa bed) and a thin mattress (of which we think was provided to accommodate additional people). We understand that we have confirmed that there will be only be 4 of us. But we have paid for 6, so should have gotten a room that was fit for 6 people just like in the advertised photos. Room is also not air-conditioned. We were only provided with a medium-sized thin turbo fan that is only focused on one direction. We actually had to open the balcony door and window to let the cold air inside (it’s hot outside sometimes, so, you would like to get cooled inside your rented room since it’s a place for you to rest). Reservation was also not properly coordinated with the Security Guard (to think we already checked-in a few minutes late). It didn’t actually meet the term “Luxury”. Room was not worth the price.

1. No division or divider between shower and toilet. This resulted to dirty and slippery floor. 2. Not even a single hook/hanger in shower/toilet where you can place your towel and clothes etc 3. No extra pillows given though extra guest was charged on us 4. NO RESPONSE by the owner when I referred my concerns, inspite of our 3days/2 nights stay 5. Need to advise the owner in advanced if you want to use the gym. 6. Sauna is not operational 7. Need taxi ride for any place including a convenience store Definitely we'll NOT return for stay again

Quiet and condusive for rest after going around the busy city. I like that it is so close to the tourist destinations and the transpo is so accessible. The guards on duty are polite and ready to assist.
