Gepai Executive Apartment

Ottima posizione vicino ai grandi centri commerciali dell'elettronica

Rapport qualité/prix nickel

Personnel parle très peu l’anglais

Had a lot of Amenities

Bathroom door was stuck. And shower was not separated from the toilet

Comfortable room, easy 5 min range to the subway and plenty places to have a dinner. 24h shop downstairs. Reception staff is open to help with any information you may need about services and planning your logistics. Clean and quiet floor.

A relatively new and secure apartment, walking distance to Huaqiang North electronic markets, room cleaning and refreshing everyday, friendly staff

No microwave oven

Well situated

Nothing

Spacious and comfortable apartment

Really close to the electronic market, clean and comfortable. Cleaning, water and paper napkins provided everyday.

The shower gets all the bathroom floor wet, needs a delimiter for the water

todocambio

For what we needed, it was pretty much perfect for the situation. It is not a hotel. Needed separate space and 2 beds without the cost of 2 hotel rooms. Spacious and central, near Yannan tube station. Loads of food everywhere at a price that meant cooking is not an option (in a good way). Staff really helpful if you work a bit to bridge the language barrier - then you will see how their effort to help comes to the forefront of any communications.

Air con could have been a bit better, given the double height ceilings - but I am writing this because I have been asked.

Location, clean,

Amazing!!!!

I love the 2-floor apartment, it is luxurious and the view is amazing, the location is also very convenient. I also love that it has a washing machine.

Excellent central location, with the subway only a short 5-minute walk away. The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was spotless and spacious

It would be a good idea to install a small splash guard, otherwise water splashes everywhere when you take a shower.

Overall is very good. Near to train station. Everyday clean room. Reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

……

Location

It was extremely cold and they had no carpets. It’s an apartment so I Also requested for an iron or steamer and couldn’t get any for 3 days.

Muy bien ubicado, cerca del metro

The staff were extremely courteous, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. Their prompt responses and warm hospitality made my stay very comfortable. The property itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and all the amenities required for a business traveler. The location is also perfect—just minutes away from metro station and Electronic market, making it very convenient..

Speed of Wifi some time in evening was not good..

Local was very centralised and the rooms were generally quite spacious for a loft. Had all the basic amenities you will need + the bed is quite comfortable. Security is good and the front desk lobby is helpful. Clear that a lot of foreigners stay here. There was also a fridge / freezer which is a bonus!

Entrance is a little hard to find because it is an apartment with a front help desk but not like a hotel lobby. The loft is definitely not the most convenient keep that in mind if you dislike having to constantly walk up and down the stairs. Also not the cleanest rooms as in the cabinets needed a wipe cause it was quite dusty.

Good location, easy access to the nearest MTR to CBD and Hong Kong room is acceptably clean room service is prompt and support available almost immediately via Wechat when required

place looks older than shown in pics (stains on wall etc) wifi was not working during my stay hot water runs out in 10 mins

Really convenient, the manager "Miao" was extremely helpful with tips and location finding. She went above and beyond

Make sure you bring your own chargers

Zentrum nah, Metro in 150 m Entfernung, gute Restaurants

Von 1 Uhr bis 5 Uhr Lärm aus dem Nachbarzimmer

It was quite comfortable because it’s a bit small so it shows sense of security. The staffs are very likely to help out even some out of accommodation questions. They offer washing and drying machine so that you will be in peace of mind of nothing to wear if you’re in a long trip.

Building is a bit old so it’s reasonable to have some stains but overall it’s good.

Bon emplacement, a côté du marché d'électronique.

Manque d'entretien

There is no breakfast, but there are many restaurants around.

NO，Everything is very good.

I have lived there many times. The room is very clean and the staff is very polite.

NO

The bathroom was small, has no shower screen it was all wet and flooded every time we took shower. The hall was converted to a bed area, the gap between bed and TV is not even a foot in length. Too narrow to walk and to bring the luggages over the other side.

The apartment was nice and the location great. It’s close to metro stations and to the electronics market.

I booked it because it has a kitchen and that was important for me. Unfortunately the kitchen was equipped with absolutely nothing. No glass, no fork, no pan, no plate. Why investing into a kitchen and then making it impossible to use it? Besides that the staff unfortunately didn’t speak a word English. It was hard to communicate.

The location is very convenient. It is just few minutes from two metro station

Only shortcoming is the bathroom and there is no curtain to block off the water which made the floor all time wet

Convinient to all sort of restaurants. Also within walking distance to subway train station. Love the provision of washing machine in the room. There was a guard and security gates in the building lobby to ensure basic level of security.

Not all the rooms that provide washing machine have dryer. Although my room has washing machine, there was no dryer, I have to use my daughter's room's dryer. People smoked in the elavator and seemed there were no proper measures to prevent it.

Central, I chose a large room, clean, very close to metro station (Yannan, exit C) as it is walking distance. (see my photo attached as google map is confusing)

Bathroom is small, lacks a shower tent. It was not my interest, but no tableware is not available, so be aware if you are interested.

Clean nice apartment

The room has an electric heater, but when we asked for spoons, forks, plates, and something to store and warm food, they said they don’t provide such items! So why is there an electric heater?

Good value apartment, located close to electronics district

Location, staff, room service were all exceptional for the price. Close to all electronic outlets if that what you are after. Close to metro, restaurants and neighbouring shopping malls. Highly recommend.

Awesome stay. Even though I cannot speak Mandarin, the staff were excellent, supportive and used a translator for language. Location to restaurants, bars, supermarket and stores etc is excellent. Room is quiet, spacious, has all I needed in good condition and clean. The only challenge is finding the place, although the taxi driver was right outside the entrance, but did not know he was there until speaking with the staff. Everything is walkable including access to the large electronic malls.

The entrance is a little dated.

- close to metro, electronic market, shops and restaurants - friendly and helpful staff (though not sure about English speaking) - spacious cosy and clean apartment

The girls at reception are really gentle ❤️ also got a big fridge, a washing machine.

Nothing, is really good

Great views and location. Bathroom was great. Washing machine a real plus

A bit hard to locate but the staff were very helpful. Also the elevator may take awhile.

Attentiveness. Staff

It’s old but still well maintained

The location is very nice. Three min walk from 燕南 station. Easy to find food with several restaurants nearby. A supermarket, Walmart, is also around. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. The room is largely good. The bed mattress is extraordinarily great. My only concern goes for the toilet——once u take a shower, the whole room goes wet. Not that friendly when two people stay there.

Everything. The check in process was super smooth, the location is easy to find, staff are extremely friendly. This is my first time coming back to China after 6 years, the staff helped me set up my Wechat wallet, helped me shipped a document, borrowed me an umbrella when they saw I didn't have one and answered every questions I have about the city (and I was able to check in with my Chinese passport). They upgraded me to a loft with (I think) ~100 RMB extra for my entire stay, it's very spacious, clean and quiet. Not to mention that the location is very convenient and safe, there is a security guard at the door 24*7, metro station is just a block away. I'd definitely stay here again for my next trip.

Nothing.

Vary Nice and clean near by city centre

The place was convenient, very close to the subway stop and the overall experience was simply just plausible.

They must really consider adding cubicles to their bathrooms. Foreigners love cubicles as we are used to it.

Very clean well maintained
