Very nice room, with a lot of space.

Location is good. Seg electronic market is 5mins away. Indian restaurant is 2mins away from this place.

Room size small. Only one bathroom for two rooms.

I liked almost everything. its like a new construction apartment. Bed are awesome and comfortable. One in the living room and one upstairs. There are 2 AC to keep apartment cool and fresh. Kitchen was okay we only stayed 1 night so we didn't really use it. Location is good and safe. The Staff are very kind, helpful and responsive. Nothing was missing amenities wise in the room. And wifi was good but be aware in China lot of western website are blocked. Apartment very clean and lovely. I recommend it.

The Sink for the kitchen and bathroom are a bit clogged. Wash your hand in the kitchen for 30 second and wait 2-3 minute for water to go down the drain. Bathroom sink to wash hand is find but the drain on the floor for the shower is clogged same thing take a shower for 30 second and wait for water to go down before you continue with the shower. Otherwise, you will flood the apartment. Also whoever build that bathroom clearly never went to construction school. Yes very very beautiful bathroom but the drain is higher elevation than the rest of the floor so you have to push with your feet the water to the drain. that very stupid design. Also who makes the floor out of the most slippery tiles material ever. This bathroom is dangerous once it get wet, one day I forecast a very bad accident. Be careful when using the bathroom. Because of material used to build the bathroom and bad drain design the room have tendency to built up mold. At this time i would say there is about 2.9% mold which is absolutely nothing!!! compared to other place i have stay but in a few years.... that would be another story. A full bathroom renovation is highly recommended. Despite all this i strongly recommend this location, it was nice beside the drain and sink issues.

You are deployed right at the epicenter of the Shenzhen electronics hub, with HQ Mart and SEG Plaza immediately accessible. Logistics are entirely frictionless: the subway is adjacent, and essential infrastructure is within a 5 to 10-minute walking radius. This includes a solid concentration of halal dining options, alongside standard caffeine and calorie dispensaries like Starbucks and KFC. From a purely locational standpoint, the efficiency is maximized - zero complaints.

The promotional photos are a masterclass in visual deception. The room is tiny, and the furniture is visibly tired and cracked. There’s a constant battle with humidity, highlighted by suspicious black lines on the walls (presumably an indoor botanical feature). The second AC is strictly decorative, and you can forget about a microwave. The 1.5 sq.m bathroom is a literal "wet room" - taking a shower instantly transforms the toilet zone into a wading pool. The provided toiletries are low-tier, and hair conditioner is absent. Communication is an extreme sport. The staff's English is non-existent, so Google Translate is your only friend. The night receptionist operates on a frequency where even native Chinese doesn't seem to register. Elevator logistics are a daily 5-minute lottery. The cabins aren't synchronized, and residents tend to press every available button in sheer optimism. Acoustically, the walls are structural illusions. You will hear every argument, sigh, and life choice of your neighbors. Request a corner room unless you want to be an involuntary participant in their family drama.

Overall its in a very good location. Great local food around and a 24hr convenience store downstairs. About 5 to 10min walk to the electronic stores SEG n all them. 15min ride into downstairs pending traffic.

（1）洗烘衣機 沒有任何使用說明，導致早上洗衣服，鎖死取衣服的蓋子，用微信詢問櫃檯（就說他們洗衣機很智能，把問題都推掉），傳了一個解鎖的圖片相當粗糙，感覺大陸旅館還是很隨便. 後來還是請櫃檯上來處理才解鎖（2）晚上十一點入住，櫃檯說被取消，又說是剛交班不清楚狀況，又說臨時找到喔一個空房入住，就很隨便.

The front desk staff great help and very friendly. They provided excellent suggestions for me when trying to search for the best transportation option to go to Hong Kong. They even helped with the didi navigation.

The apartment was split into tow floors and the staircase was a bit narrow.

The apartment itself is quite spacious and well equipped with high-quality electrical household appliances. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided.

The first room I was given for my first night had a strong and unpleasant plastic or chemical smell, which appeared to come from the neighboring nail salon. This made the stay quite uncomfortable and, in my opinion, the room was hardly suitable to stay in. For the second night, I raised a complaint, but unfortunately it was a bit too late and all rooms at the same price were already sold out. As a result, I had to pay an additional 30 RMB to move to an upgraded room. On the first night, the reception staff member was not impolite but seemed somewhat reserved and not very approachable, which made communication less comfortable. On the second night, a different staff member was on duty and was much more welcoming and easy to approach for questions or requests.

The location of the apartment is in old town but at the centre of the town. Just in few steps is the electronics market and components market. The best location for business. The room was clean and neat. It had the basic requirements such as a small kitchen with stove, kettle and some teas. There was washing machine which was helpful. The place was compact with beds up above the living room. The bed was comfortable. Two ACs for living room and bedroom was available and worked good enough. Hot water was available anytime. The staffs are polite and helpful.

Though kitchen had stove but there are no utensils at all. As we aren't suited to Chinese foods we had to buy a pan and few other things to do the basic cooking for our breakfast. The room is super compact that you cannot have more things to bring on for two people. But it is adequate. During booking we are said the front desk people speak English, but they are unable to. But they are helpful to support with the help of a digital translator / phone. Not 100% sound proof, minute foot steps are whispers are heard.

I had a great stay at the Zun Xiang Executive Apartment. The location is excellent — very close to the Futian Exhibition Center and convenient for business or shopping. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped, giving a comfortable “home-like” feeling. The staff were friendly and responsive, making the check-in and overall experience smooth. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, accessibility, and great value in Shenzhen.

The check-in process could be a bit smoother, especially for first-time guests. Some areas of the apartment could use small touch-ups or updates to feel even more premium. The soundproofing isn’t perfect — you might hear hallway noise at certain times. Communication with the staff was good, but sometimes responses took a little longer than expected.
