Reviewed Aug 10, 2026The house has plenty of space with the large open plan entertainment area catering for memorable get togethers. The bedrooms are spacious, each with each own bathroom. It is well located with shops and restaurants a short drive away as is the entrance to the West Coast National Park.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Upon arrival the host was most unfriendly. The welcome to very cold and rushed, almost to the point that I wanted to pack up my guests again and drive back to Cape Town. This was all due to arrival time and we were a few minutes late, as I had mentioned that there was alot of road works along the Westcoast road. Being in the same hospitality industry, I am aware that plans change. Travelling throughout the entire Western Cape and abroad, this has by far been the worst host experience ever. To top it all off, I had used my company vehicle, which is a mini bus to transport my family, reason being it had more leg room and space. This had the hosts commenting and making me feel even more like a third class citizen. Which I felt was so unnecessary on her behalf. "Your guests mode of transportation has nothing to do with you. Other than you classing them. This I felt placed a very unwelcoming and bitter taste for my entire weekend stay.
It's was a stunning house. The host I feel should screen her guests better if she has the attitude she does. Clearly we were not the client's she wanted as I left my fancy at home.

Reviewed May 11, 2026The house had everything we needed and more! And the views were fantastic. Also very close to the golf course. Nicholene was very helpful and on-hand if we needed her which we did not. A perfect golfing stay over.

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026The host ensured all the smallest details are taken care of, eg. Extra utensils, cleaning supplies, toiletries, toilet paper, braai supplies. She really goes the extra mile, even gave us access to DStv for our stay. The house has everything you need and is quite close to the beach and the town. We loved staying there, and will definitely be back!

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026The bedrooms were spacious and all had spacious ensuite bathrooms. Only the downstairs room was smaller. The bedrooms had great views too. Good size lounge with big dining room table and we loved the indoor BBQ, especially as the weather wasn't great in the evening (does not have outdoor BBQ facility). Ample parking. Helpful host.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2026The house is so beautiful in a cosy, warm light and calming way. It has every creature comfort, done to the welcoming treats left on arrival. The bar fridges with bottled water and coffee station in each bedroom was such a welcoming and convenient add on. Nicolene, the owner was extremely friendly and welcoming and was available to us at all times during our stay. Her personally meeting us on arrival and being so kind as to leave a family event to give us early access to the property was truly appreciated. This is definitely one of those holiday homes that makes you feel like you are home away from home. I will 100% be re-booking this accommodation very soon. Happy as a clam

Reviewed Oct 11, 2025The property is exceptionally clean and organised. It is even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything has been thought off with the comfort of the guests in mind. The host was also kind and welcoming. We had a lovely time.
The bed in the bedroom located downstairs was hard and uncomfortable. That’s was the only thing I did not like.

Reviewed Sep 16, 2024Lovely location with amazing views! Very spacious, we were 5 adults and were well comfortable. Quiet, peaceful area with abundant bird life and even a little west coast wildflower life in the immediate vicinity with a lookout point on the doorstep. A relaxing enjoyable getaway indeed.
Nothing to complain about, we were happy with everything! The place was well thought out and the little finishing touches were appreciated. All exceeded our expectations.
