En la recepción había muchos “amenities” a disposición de los clientes, e incluso papel para hacer origami. El personal siempre fue muy amable.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Great location, right next to Nijojo and the metro and several buses. We had a comfortable sized room /beds and the staff were very kind and helpful. It was also very convenient that the supermarket was close by!
Cleaning was not very thorough, there was dust even after requesting cleaning , near the room corners and windows. As others have pointed out Aircon was rather noisy but we got used to it over time. Otherwise a great hotel, super convenient!

Reviewed Aug 13, 20265人で宿泊しましたがそれでも十分広く、最大8人が寝られるスペースがありました。特にリビングはソファもテーブルも立派なものでリラックスして過ごせました トイレが2つあるのと洗面台が2台あるのは便利でした。
よくなかった点というほどではないですが、駐車場があるとさらにいいですが立地上仕方ないですね。少し歩けばコインパーキングが点在しているので探せば空きは見つかると思います。

強いていうなら、コインランドリーを利用しましたが、熱気が籠り、とても蒸し暑かった点です。 今はとても綺麗ですが、湿気がすごかったので、将来的にカビたりしないか心配になりました。

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Fabulous hotel with friendly staff and large rooms. It’s close to Nijo Castle and the subway with lots of little restaurants and shops nearby. It’s a quiet friendly neighbourhood and we really enjoyed staying here.
It’s a bit of a walk out from the centre but that means it feels like you get a break from the busyness.

We especially appreciated the separate shower and toilet, making the bathroom very convenient for families. The housekeeping team replaced our towels every day, which was a nice touch. Most importantly, all the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their warm hospitality made us feel at home. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Kyoto.

The major sites were more of a walk than I would have preferred.

Noisy floors, could easily here upstairs guests moving around, they where noisy. Pillows not great. Location is good, but do expect to use public transport and/or walk alot.

Everything was exceptionally clean, and the service was outstanding from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. We traveled with our two-year-old daughter, and the hotel provided a very comfortable and family-friendly environment. The room was well-maintained, the facilities were excellent, and we felt relaxed throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Japan and would be happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you for making our family trip so enjoyable

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026I loved this hotel! They had everything we needed and more. Origami for the kids, very welcoming and helpful. The hotel felt safe and quiet. The view was great. The beds were extra comfortable and the space was utilized well. Tons of space to spread out and be comfortable. My kids loved the bunk beds. I liked that the toilet was separate from the shower and farthest from the bedrooms so then no one was woken up if someone needed to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. It was easy to get to all sides of the city and especially Nijo Castle. Plenty of temples nearby as well. Would stay again for sure. Highly recommend.
I don't think there's anything I would change. It was one of our best stays while I'm Japan. Keep it up! And thank you!

Rooms felt like you could hear everything from above or below, we were kept up from the room above us walking and stomping around No room clean at all through our 4 days The other beds are literally just a thin mattress on the ground, kids were uncomfortable on the floor

Reviewed May 27, 2026It was wonderful to have a large dining table we could eat and work at, as well as a small kitchenette. Compared to a business hotel, this was spacious and even had a great view towards the mountains. The area around the hotel was super walkable, lots of little shops and restaurants nearby in all directions, but overall a quieter area so it was very calm and relaxing. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
We couldn't open the windows, so it was a bit hot and stuffy. The airconditioner made a loud noise when it was on so we preferred not to use it. Luckily it wasn't too hot.

Reviewed May 20, 2026フロントにスタッフがいること。チェックインが遅めでもいい設定だったこと。予定が変わり現地に早く来ても、スマホで伝えられたこと。フロントは日本人ではなかったが充分、対応できること。5人宿泊でも充分な部屋で非常にきれいで快適だったこと。トイレもバスも広い！バスタブも！オーバーヘッドで角形ワイドシャワー？が珍しかった。普通のシャワーもあり。隣に素敵なカフェが早朝からオープンしていること。駐車場がホテル並びにあり夜間は最大料金で停められたこと。駐車場は周辺にもいくつかあった。
特にありませんが私たちの場合は、駐車場がついてれば更に最高だったと思います。

Toegang appartement via open galerij. Bedden wat te stevig en de bedden in de bunkbeds wat hard en dun. Deze hebben we dikker en volwaardiger meegemaakt.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026Todo. El hotel es perfecto. Tuvimos una habitación de 4 siendo 3 muy grande y cómoda, con cocina y una mesa espaciosa. Decoración impecable y trato del personal maravilloso. Barrio tranquilo muy bien comunicado con zona de casas Edo cercana con agradables restaurantes. Al lado del castillo Nijo.
Nos gustó todo. Lo recomendaría a cualquiera con total seguridad

Reviewed Apr 28, 2026The staff is wonderfuly friendly and makes you feel like at home. Whatever you need they are there. They provide additional cosmetics for your convince. Rooms are nicely decorated. You feel like in Japan. Laundry facilities are downstairs for just a little bit extra money.
The pots and pans needs to be replaced.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026L'hotel est situé dans un quartier calme de Kyoto, à une dizaine de minutes du métro et des bus, ce qui est très pratique pour visiter la ville. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très gentil, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir disposer d'une machine à laver et d'un sèche linge. La chambre est plutôt bien agencé et la vue sur la ville est top !
Nous avions beaucoup de valises, et il manque peut-être de place pour pouvoir les poser sans que cela ne soit trop dérangeant.
