Shree Nanda Guest House

Cette guest house dépasse tous les meilleurs critères d'hébergement d'Inde. Grande chambre et salle de bains, canapé dans la chambre, wi-fi 5G, télévision. Eau chaude parfaite. Propreté de l'ensemble irréprochable. Salon commun magnifique. Le mobilier est neuf et la literie haut de gamme. Balcon commun pour les fumeurs ou pour flâner. Les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle et d'une discrétion remarquable. La guest-house est située à 3mn à pieds du Sarnath Bouddist Temple et du Dhamek Stupa dans le quartier de Sarnath. Aucun bruit la nuit, ce qui est agréable après avoir passé une journée dans Varanesi. N'hésitez pas !!! C'est ici qu'il faut venir. Le rapport qualité prix est exceptionnel.

Nous avons tout apprécié mais nous étions autonome en moto. 15/20 minutes pour rejoindre les ghats de Varanesi ou le centre. Ce doit être la même chose en prenant un tuk tuk. C'est le seul inconvénient mais largement compensé par la qualité de l'hébergement.

What a place!!! Wow! I really enjoyed the stay. The rooms, the building, atmosphere and everything.

The caretaker brothers are really polite and have maintained the property very well. Owner is lucky to have people like them. Cleanliness is top notch. Service is exceptional.

Beds were a little too firm.

La zona es muy tranquila y llena de templos alrededor.

El desayuno muy escaso y el horario muy justo, prácticamente no desayunamos ningún día. Una tortilla y un zumo. El colchón muy incómodo, durísimo. Se iba la luz y el aire acondicionado a cada hora.

La struttura si trova a circa 200 mt dal Sito di Sarnath e al suo Museo Archeologico . Fra le strutture di cui sono stato ospite nel Nord Ovest dell India dal gennaio scorso è di gran lunga la migliore.

Ce que j'ai apprécié le plus lors de mon séjour C'est la gentillesse de Harendra et Nitti, les deux jeunes hommes qui gèrent cette guesthouse. Encore merci à eux ! L'emplacement est aussi très agréable car très calme loin des tumultes de Varanasi. Et enfin le rapport qualité/prix : très belle maison et très propre, salon et balcon a disposition, petit déjeuner compris dans le prix.

O quarto é grande, confortável , com tudo funcionando bem. Eu achei tudo muito bom! Café da manhã excelente, a comida muito boa. Mas oque eu mais gostei foi do funcionário Harendra, ele é muito atencioso, prestativo. Sempre disposto a ajudar. Tive dificuldade em trocar dinheiro e ele foi comigo. Uma pessoa doce e amável que torno o lugar acolhedor e mais agradável!

La habitación muy amplia y cómoda, limpia, luminosa, con smart tv y un área común con balcón. Los chicos que atienden son muy amables y están al pendiente de tus necesidades. La ubicación es excelente, a unos pasos del museo y la zona arqueológica. Sin duda me volvería a hospedar.

The only thing is that the shower doesn't work very well and the breakfasts aren't very good.

The place is very quiet and clean. Our room and bathroom were spacious. The staff is friendly.

There was no filtered water. And they brought us bottled water in the room without telling us that it's not complementary then asked us to pay for all of them at the end of our stay. (it's very cheap but it's not okay to pretend something is free if it's not) The location isn't the best as it's far from everything but we had known it before we booked. We ordered breakfast and after about 40 minutes we asked why we still haven't got anything. They said they need another 15 minutes.... As we had some plans we didn't really had time to eat up our breakfast eventually. Our first night was terrible as the room felt like a mosquito nest. We killed 60+ mosquitos and there were still tons of them. I think they must have come out of the drain as there were alway more and more in the bathroom (not sure tho). They kindly provided us with mosquito spray the other day but we couldn't let any fresh air in after using it as the windows don't have fly screens. The mattress was extremely hard for me.

We had two rooms with a wonderful adjacent common area with large deck. It felt more like a suite! This was our 2nd visit to Varanasi and we specifically opted to stay in Sarnath. Shree Nanda Guest House is walking distance to the Museum and Archeological Garden. There's also several restaurants ion the main road ncluding The Legacy where we ate several meals. Excellent service and a great value! Shivani the owner efficiently made arrangements for all our taxi needs including when we went to ghats in Varanasi. We stayed five nights and it was the perfect home base. We made the right choice.

It was absolutely amazing experience, as a host you are one of the best as I always opt airbnb’s during my travel. Your staffs are well trained and knowledgeable and having good manners as a whole they are good human being, cleanliness is good, still you can improve by providing waste bin. You can also provide kitchen facilities for purely jain people and those who are Vaishnav so that can have purely vegetarian food even without onion and garlic things like that.

Very nice big house ín a quiet place. You can reach everything on foot. Clean, spacious room. Comfortable bed. Delicious food. The owner is extremelly helpful.

Madame Shivajini and her staffs are very attentive, excellent and each request was handled with care. They made sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible, from arranging a reliable taxi to furnishing our room. The room was quiet and had beautiful natural light during the day, perfect for remote work, so I was able to concentrate very well. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful, peaceful and serene stay!

Our host Shivani was excellent. He organised a car for both our arrival and onward journey and made sure we had the things we needed whilst there, including making the space mosquito free. The property was very spacious and clean and the security was generally good, although the key for one bedroom had been lost. We were given a choice of which suite we preferred - we were two friends with our own rooms so it was nice to have a shared living space between the rooms which was private and which we could also lock for added security. There was food available for us and breakfast was included as part of our deal - the paneer paratha was very tasty, albeit a little slow to arrive at the requested time.

The guest house is situated in a quieter area off the main part of Sarnath - which is either a plus or a negative depending on whether you are planning to walk along a dark path at night (take a torch if so).

Excellent place to stay. Large, clean and bright rooms, very comfortable. Quiet location, but within a short walk of all the main sites. The staff are extremely helpful and professional.

The rooms and the washroom were maintained. Staff was polite and reliable.

Staff availability was an issue for me as i usually sleep late at night and there is no staff assistance available overnight. Also, the staff had to be told to clean the room which is fine after they did.

The guesthouse is actually new, spacious and comfortable rooms, with all amenities and good renovation, good internet, quiet and peaceful area, close to Sarnath Archaeological Museum, Tibetan temple ta main Stupa. Very friendly, respectful and caring hosts. I really enjoyed my staying 😊

Food was delicious and clean. A big thanks to Nitin and his brother Hanadra and the cook. Nitin was an absolute star, so helpful and kind and joyful.

Hard mattress.

Very clean, nice facilities. Food available. But the best thing was how kind and attentive the staff were. Our favourite hotel during our month in India Location is in Sarnath which is worth a visit for sure. It's a bit quieter and we really appreciated being able to get out of the chaos and relax after a day in the city.

Large, clean room. Also had the spacious common area with comfortable couch and TV for myself so was like an apartment. Friendly, efficient staff. 10 min walk from Sarnath sights.

The staff were wonderful. Even going out of their way late in the evening to get me paracetamol - after I had a terrible headache. It was very clean.

The hot water wasn't working when I left.

The room is new, clean and beautiful. Although there is no elevator Harendra and his assistant were very helpful.

However, the house is still under construction so it is a bit dusty. It would be good if the road leading to the house was finished to avoid mud during this season.

The villa is beautiful, very spacious and clean. The rooms are designed in a modern style with nice big window fronts. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. They have a menu for food, they serve. All sights in Sarnath are walking distance, which is just perfect to explore.

This place is an Oasis in the noisy magic Varanasi. We relaxed and enjoyed nature, birds and silence. The staff was always happy to help with any question. It takes 30 minutes to get to the ghats by tuk tuk, 5 minutes walk to the ancient Buddhist stupa and museum. Thank you 🙏

Accommodation’s Interiors were beautiful, comfortable and clean rooms, Staff and services was very good, our stay was so relaxing we enjoyed stay. Locality is also very calm and pleasant,away from traffic and city clatter.

Bathroom’s shower and exhaust fan was an issue otherwise everything was great .

The staff were very helpful, friendly and j could get food at the hotel. It was based in sarnath which is a quiet area of Varanasi and I could walk into the local town centre, there was the beautiful stupa where Buddha did his first sermon and a magical spiritual wisdom garden close by.

It was a bit too far from the centre of Varanasi but actually I like having the peace.

I loved the large bedrooms and big lounge. Very comfortable indeed. Staff was excellent. Tended to all our needs, even at 3am, when I needed to leave early. They never faulted. Will highly recommend this stay.

For us personally the location was too far. We stayed only two nights and we came to see the ghats and the rituals but to take a cab to the centre it would take at least 30/40 minutes because the traffic is mental.

Our stay at Shree Nanda was simply exceptional! The lady owner took great care of us, she was extremely attentive to all our requests and doubts. Her staff also was very quick and reliable. They even changed our room simply because a more spacious one was vacant without charging us anything extra. Also, the food was really tasty. I must say this was my best experience on Booking!
