Soggiornare a Varanasi significa immergersi in un contesto affascinante, ma anche molto complesso e, sotto il profilo sociale e igienico, piuttosto deteriorato. Proprio per questo, arrivando in città, non avevamo grandi aspettative riguardo alla qualità dell’hotel e dei suoi servizi. E invece siamo stati felicemente sorpresi. Pulizia davvero eccezionale, servizi di ottimo livello e soprattutto un grande senso del dovere e dell’attenzione verso l’ospite. Letti eccellenti e una doccia super: dopo le giornate trascorse in città, è stato davvero un piacere rientrare in hotel. Una nota di merito particolare anche per l’early check-in: per noi era indispensabile e, pur non essendo previsto, abbiamo trovato grande disponibilità nel venirci incontro, accordandoci per una cifra davvero irrisoria. Un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa da migliorare, direi la varietà della colazione, che potrebbe essere un po’ più ampia. Ma è davvero un dettaglio che possiamo tranquillamente tralasciare. Ultimo aggiungerei posizione centrale, con 400 rupie arrivi sul Gange tramite un Grab. Eviterei qui i tuk-tuk. Complimenti davvero a tutto lo staff. Bravi!

It was a fine hotel eccept the noise around and in the hotel was unbearable. Overnight delivery of clothing in the Shop downstairs. Very poor sound insulation.

Excellent location as connectivity for airport, railway station and some other tourist spots are all easily accessible. I had the requirement for all three.

Right from entry to check out everything was beyond expectation. Very helpful hotel staff. Stayed in FOUR bed bedroom. Very delicious food in the restaurant. Cleanliness was top notch.

Everything was perfect, from the friendly staff, who answered timely to all our requests, to the facilities, which were modern, clean, and comfortable. The double bathroom setup on our quadruple room was a game changer.

Breakfast could be a bit improved, with a wider range of options, but this is for a western palate, hence, I wouldn't classify it as a negative point.

The tuk tuk drivers always had problem finding the hotel.

The service was nice , food was good , the staff was very warm . The rooms were cleaned properly, size of the room was good. The hotel has impressive interiors.

The hotel is far from assi ghat and the traditional areas and hence the commute was very long.

Good breakfast, plenty of choice. Location out of the centre but with easy access by tuk tuk, very close to other attractions eg Sarnath. Staff very helpful and friendly Vikash in housekeeping especially so, he never stopped smiling.

Het eten is voor een Europeaan niet goed ( zowel ontbijt als avondeten). De aircon was voor mij niet zo in te stellen dat ik hem ‘s nachts de koude stroom over mijn bed ging In de badkamer zou er een rand moeten zitten tussen het douchegedeelte en de rest. Nu is de hele badkamer nat. Het hotel is echt ver van de stad.

Muito bem recebido, muito limpa . O quarto é espaçoso e há um balcão com vista pelo jardim. Não e muito barulhento, o que é muito bom na Índia . Pode reservar com confiança. Restaurante também muito bom

The staff was very cooperative and helpful. Rooms were neat and clean. If you are travelling with elder people or disabled person, this is the perfect place. Parking facility available at the basement from where direct access to lift is already there. They even have wheelchairs available with them. The breakfast could have been better since the variety offered is less in comparison to other hotels and at the price it is offered. I would rather suggest to avail the offer without a complimentary breakfast package since the hotel is already in the market place and you can try the street food over there which is much better in taste. Overall I would rate my experience as excellent in terms of stay, room space and neatness and the staff behaviour. This was my first visit to Varanasi and I would definitely consider this place next time if I do visit here again.

Spend 3 night at Hotel Alokha for our Banaras Visit with family. Clean room, courteous and warm staff. Absolute value for money.

The property exceeded my expectations. The room and the bathroom were very large and more importantly very clean. Quality of the bed and everything inside the room was superior. There is a restaurant and the food is also of very good quality. Last but not the least, the staff was very friendly.

The room was clean. Service was good. Food and Coffee were good though but somewhat costly.

Breakfast was costly for the limited items they offered. They should have given complimentary breakfast at the price we paid. Some of the tools ( e.g - Hair dryer) were not working properly. They said the bottled water is chargeable which is not acceptable.

Safety , I was staying in room no 312, the safety stairs from outside opening with a glass door In side the room. Any one can break the glass door and enter in room. Normally , there are fire doors , which can be opened from inside with door bar (little costly) I am a safety specialist, you may take my services to audit the hotels as per international standards .We may also see other safety issues related to hazardous spaces, fire safety, lift upkeeps, fire fighting equipment, mock drill , staff training for safety etc We can also issue certificate as per international standards to hotels to attract more customers . Rooms were very good and services like early check in was provided hassle free at a nominal cost.. this hotel is surely worth a try . Also the hotel staff was very co operative and dinner was arranged even during at late hours .In all a superb package deal

Location is quite far from the main streets of Varanasi…normally would not be an issue in other cities but because it’s Varanasi with complicated road systems (cars only up to some point, autos only upto some point and so on)

I came for work and had the most comfortable stay. Good bed. Clean floor and walls, and bed linen. Courteous staff . Good AC. Lovely tea kit in the room. Refrigerator. Spacious cupboard. Sofa with a small tea table. A working desk with a straight back chair. Everything was perfect for me. Room service was promt and food taste was good. A balcony with 2 large armchairs. What more can you want at this price. I hope to stay here again on my next visit. The rooms are exactly as they are shown in the pictures.

Restaurant staff was too slow and mismanaged Ordered some snacks and it showed us 25 minutes to prepaer ,but it took approx an hour. We booked a room with breakfast included in our package yet the restaurant asked us whether the breakfast was included in our combo on both days of our trip

From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, making check-in seamless. The room was good, well-equipped, and offered a cozy atmosphere. A few of the highlights were - sanitation, delicious food, excellent Interior which is tastefully done etc. The amenities were well-maintained and added to the experience. I appreciate all the staff members as they were putting all their efforts in serving us till the last which was precious for me and for the organisation as well. I would definitely recommend the Alokah Kashi hotel to anyone visiting Varanasi. It’s a great spot for families. My stay was relaxing and enjoyable, and I would consider returning in the future.

While the overall experience was great but there are always a few areas that could be improved. For instance - the seating arrangements for single tables is bit awkward and discomforting while sitting, the waiting time for ordered food was long being there was no rush and the given food instructions were taken lightly. It wasn’t a major inconvenience, but addressing this would make the stay even more enjoyable. I suggest to add more healthy food options and to provide regular homely north Indian food.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Alokah Kashi. The room was very clean and comfortable, which made for a relaxing experience. I was particularly impressed with the hotel restaurant ,it not only offered great food, but the staff, including the waiter, room service, laundry, housekeeping, and reception, were all incredibly helpful and attentive. Restaurant services are very slow . You have to keep that time in your plan. But food quality was good

Courteous staff, clean rooms & safe location - not overcrowded

The property is as shown in the photos. You will get really good service ,reception desk is available all the time and resolves your any need. Housekeeping service is best ,you will get super clean room. The property has in house restaurant which adds to the conveyance of guest and food is good. The location is 4-5 km away from city centre but you will get ola/uber easily. As it’s far from main centre but still in city ,everything is accessible and you will get good sleep without any disturbances. We had stayed at road side view room,there was little noise from 8am that wasn’t really noticeable.So all in all,I would highly recommend this property.
