바다 바로 앞 숙소. 20~50미터 사이 앞 바다에 산호초 거북이 긴꼬리 가오리 등을 볼수 있어서 우리 딸은 감동받았음. 선착장에서 5분 정도 걸어야하지만 조용해서 그게 더 좋아요. 포토 명소라 다른손님들이 우리 바다 옆에 사진찍으러 찾아옵니다. 캐리어 픽드랍을 해주고 세세히 신경써줍니다. 포함된 조식도 정성스러움. 오너가족이 운영하는 마마스 키친 식당 최고임. 입맛이 까다로운 저에겐 말레이시아 가정식으로 20년간 말레이시아에서 먹은 말레이식중에 가장 깔끔하고 맛있고 가성비 최고임. 점심 저녁을 다 거기서 해결가능. 미리 예약해야함.

The chalet is just in front of the beach.Mr Shukri, Cindy and nenek were very accomodating and can cook vegetarian food for us.Their food was delicious.They greet you at the jetty and help us with our luggage.They also sent us off and packed nice food and fruits for us.

Alles war wie erwartet. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt! Das Zimmer ist einfach und zweckmäßig, aber sauber. Die beiden Doppelbetten sind tiptop. Platz genug für die Koffer ist auch. Das Bad ist sehr schlicht, aber ausreichend. Unschlagbar ist die Aussicht von der Terrasse direkt am Meer! Abends geht direkt vor einem die Sonne unter. Schnorchelsachen für das vorgelagerte Riff kann man sich übrigens auch kostenlos ausleihen. Vor allem aber wird man von der Ankunft am Pier (Jetty) an sehr warmherzig und fast schon familiär von Shukri, Cindy (und dem ganzen „Home-away-Team“) betreut, die super Englisch sprechen. Das macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem! Das Frühstück, das „Mamas Restaurant“ zubereitet, ist großartig und jeden Tag anders. Dort kann man auch toll und abwechslungsreich zu Abend essen, auch wenn Vegetarier es dort etwas schwer haben.

Die Unterkunft liegt im autofreien genting und besticht vor allem durch das hauseigene korallenriff mit Schildkröte. außerdem sind die beiden Gastgeber extrem bemüht und freundlich. Das Essen im angegliederten Mamas Restaurant ist extrem lecker

Très bon accueil des hôtes l’endroit était magnifique et très dépaysant je recommande très fortement avec peu de touristes. La plage était superbe à 50 m de notre logement et des repas étaient très bon et pas cher et copieux. .

Fantastisk beliggenhed ved havet. Meget hjælpsomt personale som også arrangerer private snorkelture. Flot snorkeling direkte fra kysten ca en 100 m ud fra værelset. Lækker, frisklavet og varieret morgenmad, som laves på det ønskede tidspunkt.

Selve overnatningsstedet var skønt. Selve landsbyen overraskede dog lidt ved at mange af hotellerne/restauranterne kun havde åbent for deres egne gæster. Så udvalget var ikke så stort, hvis man gerne vil spise forskellige steder. Når man skal tage båden fra Mersing, så gå udenom Bluewater. Alt for mange mennesker proppet på en oldgammel båd. Vi skulle have valgt Cateferry, som også var mere punktlige og hvor du kan vælge faste sæder.

Everything was perfect. The location, practically on the beach, in the shade of a tropical almond tree and several palms, just a few meters from a small stretch of sea rich in coral and fish of every shape and color. A family-run B&B that also boasts the best restaurant in Genting. An excellent starting point for exploring the island. We thank all the staff for their warm welcome, kindness, and service.

None really. The sea water is wonderful, watershoes help with the presence of rocks and boulders in the water.

If you are looking for something really special this is the place to be: small home stay, with just two rooms steps away from the turquoise sea. Simple but with all the necessities available. Great fresh breakfast served each day, with a variety of local and international food choices. The family is organizing snorkeling trips if you wish and if not…just step into the sea for the most beautiful coral reef, fishes, turtles 🐢 🐟 🪸 There is a restaurant next door with great local food. And if you want a drink and western food a beach cafe just next door. Genting village is very relax and quiet, perfect for recharging your batteries. Just a note to those valuing privacy a lot, the house has just two rooms, so you will hear the neighbors very well. Also, the terrace is not private as there is no real separation between the rooms’ outside area. And you will have tourists walking along your ‘door’ as the room is directly located on the beach. But this is a matter of personal preference, but honest feedback to share.

Morgenmaden var rigtig fin. Der var en blanding frugt, brød, lokal morgenmad, pandekager, æg, juice, kaffe og te. Der manglede ikke noget. Personalet var virkelig søde og hjælpsomme. Vi havde Cindy med på en heldags snorkeltur, og det var SÅ hyggeligt at være sammen med hende hele dagen. Værelset lå lige ud til stranden. Og selve stedet er godt placeret i byen. Der var en behagelig og rolig stemning hos Homeaway Tioman, også fordi der kun var 2 værelser. Man kan snorkle lige ud for stranden, og der er både badehåndklæder og strandlegetøj til børn. Vi har været meget glade for vores ophold og kan anbefale det til andre. Og så kunne vi virkelig godt li, at der var aber, egern og store varaner rundt om i byen.

Det eneste der ku være lidt bedre for os, var at sengen var lidt for hård (men det er jo en smagssag).

Dostępne ręczniki plażowe, codziennie wymieniane. Pyszne śniadanie serwowane o wybranej godzinie. Częścią obiektu jest kameralna, domowa restauracja z pysznym lokalnym jedzeniem. Super miły i zaangażowany personel. Zorganizowali dla nas wycieczkę na snorkeling. Rafa koralowa dostepna również bezpośrednio z plaży. Piękne miejsce, kameralne, bez masowej turystyki, wielkich hoteli czy kurortów.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely little place on Tioman Island. The cottage was in a perfect location, just steps from the beach. The food was absolutely delicious, and the hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The adorable little kittens completely stole our child's heart and made our stay even more special. The customized snorkeling trip was an absolute must! It was tailored just for us and turned out to be one of the highlights of our visit. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would love to come back someday.

Wunderbares Paradies! Strandzimmer direkt an einem schönen Strand. Geeignet für Kleinkinder mit Sandstrand. Sandspielzeug und Schnorchelausrüstung stehen auch zur Verfügung. Das ganze Home Away-Team is unglaublich nett, hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und kompetent. Die Kommunikation ist persönlich wie per WhatsApp sehr gut und unkompliziert. Das dazugehörige Restaurant bietet typisches und authentisches Essen. Das Frühstück ist toll und abwechslungsreich. Alles Super: 100% Empfehlung!

Tout était parfait : accueil (dès notre arrivée sur le quai), repas les meilleurs que nous ayons mangés), literie ferme, emplacement les pieds dans l'eau (surtout à marée haute), équipements (prêt de parapluie, serviettes de plage), excursions (mené par l'hôte, possible de payer en carte bancaire avec commission de 3% même les repas mais nous avons payé en espèces chaque jour), très bon débit d'eau chaude à souhait, douche extérieure privée pour la plage et jet d'eau pour les pieds avant de monter sur la terrasse. Accès direct au restaurant sur réservation pour le soir essentiellement. Beaucoup d'ombre grâce aux arbres. Épicerie à proximité si besoin.

Manque juste des prises vers les lits mais il y a une multiprise fournie. Faire attention à ne pas attirer les fourmis en gardant la nourriture à l'intérieur de la chambre. Manque un peu d'intimité sur la terrasse avec les voisins (pas de séparation).

Wow! A stunning location on the beach in the shade, very peaceful, with beautiful views, and easy walk into the village. This is a true family run guesthouse. We were met at the jetty and our luggage transported for us. Our host Cindy was so welcoming and helpful with local info, as well as arranging a boat trip. We were pleasantly surprised to find a really lovely home-cooked breakfast was provided each day. Lots of variety - our kids loved it! Lunch and dinner is also available and it's honestly the best food in Kampung Genting. We loved our stay!

Nothing. The only thing I would mention for other visitors in case it's a concern for you is that there are quite a few ants around. It didn't bother us, and I suspect would be the same at any guesthouse on the island when you're in amongst the beach and the jungle!

It’s definitely the best hotel in Genting, Tioman. Personalised service, very friendly, helpful and respectful staff. Comfortable room with AC and hot water. Beds are very comfortable, room service in request. Direct access to the beach — in fact it’s just a few meters away from the water. The best restaurant belonging to the hotel with home food at very affordable prices— make sure you order in advance, as there is a limited capacity and lots of other guests want to eat here. Highly recommend if you choose to stay in Genting Tioman and you like swimming and snorkeling — the coral reef is right in front. If that’s not enough, the staff can help you arrange snorkeling trips at competitive prices (I recommend you to experience other parts of Tioman and neighbouring islands to compare). We were lucky to see sharks, sting rays and dolphins, apart from thousands of fishes.

Genting village in Tioman is more for adventure tourists and those who enjoy immersing into the local culture and do not just want to be shielded from the world by the resort boundaries. Yes, there is some noise from passing motorbikes and morning ferries, there are cheeky monkeys everywhere (if you do a jungle walk take a long stick). There is only one basic shop (another one was closed all the time) and a handful of eateries serving local food in the area. We enjoyed our stay, however I understand it’s not for everyone, especially if you have limited travel experience in Asia. I also recommend foreign tourists to take Cataferry and not Bluewater ferry to Tioman , as it’s a much more pleasant experience and you don’t need to fight for your seat

Spending 3 days & 2 nights seems not enough to satisfy the cravings for the beach vibe, however as a 1st time tioman island goer, it is definitely a great start and the best experience for the kids, especially the snorkeling trip arranged by the very helpful owner, mr.syukri. As the island has so many eatery spots, we choose almost all of our meals from Mama's restaurant just next door to the chalet. The room is spacious and comfortable, no tv (you don't need it anyway), the beach is just a few steps away from your door, and don't worry about your luggage as they will help you carry them with adventurous transport and if you're lucky you might get to ride with it to the chalet. Overall, it was a very calm and nice experience, the type that makes an introvert traveler want to return and stay longer next time..

The chalet is located right by the beach, and the beach itself was absolutely stunning — crystal clear water and gently sloping during low tide, making it very kids friendly. You can even snorkel and spot fishes close to the shore. The entire place was clean, cozy, and well maintained. Shukri was also very helpful in arranging a snorkeling trip and a visit to the turtle sanctuary for us. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come again.

Bardzo przyjemna lokalizacja obiektu, otwierasz drzwi tarasowe i już jesteś pod palmami na pięknej (bezludnej) plaży. Okolica jak z pocztówki (woda kryształ, biały piasek, pusta plaża, wzgórza i dżungla w tle). Coś pięknego. Personel bardzo miły i uczynny, jedzenie bdb. Standard pokoju, jak dla mnie, wystarczający. Woda, klima, ręczniki i czysta pościel jest, więc jest dobrze :). Typowo malajski klimat wioski zrobił na nas duże wrażenie. W bliskiej okolicy lokalne sklepiki i knajpki. Jeżeli nie bawi cię atmosfera zatłoczonych resortów, to miejsce jest dla ciebie.

Wir haben 5 Nächte im Home Away verbracht und können es wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Das Bungalow ist direkt am Strand. Die Familie kümmert sich mit viel Detail um den Aufenthalt. Insbesondere das wunderbare selbstgemachte Frühstück und Nachtessen haben wir sehr genossen!

Un séjour absolument parfait ! 🌴✨ Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse absolue et vraiment aux petits soins du début à la fin. Le chalet est entièrement conforme aux photos : propre, intime et littéralement les pieds dans l'eau ! Quel bonheur de se réveiller ainsi. Côté cuisine, c'était un sans-faute : le petit-déjeuner change tous les matins. Le restaurant de l'établissement se trouve à seulement 10 mètres de notre chambre. C’est la maman qui cuisine : des plats locaux, ultra-frais, super bons et vraiment pas chers. Le village en lui-même est très sympa, on y trouve absolument tout ce dont on a besoin. Bref, tout était parfait, nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Un accueil super de la part de cuki et sa famille. Les chambres ( il y en deux) sont simples, grandes et propres avec une terrasse et une vue magnifique sur la plage. Les petits déjeuners sont très bons et variés et différents chaque matin. Nous avons mangés à plusieurs reprises au restaurant que nous conseillons. La journée snorkeling avec cuki est un un superbe souvenir (tortues, petits requins, des nemos et des tas de poissons de taille et de couleurs différentes)

L ile de Tioman est splendide avec des montagnes recouvertes de jungle, de l eau turquoise, des plages propres, des villages tres jolis et Home Away est situé sur la plus belle plage de l ile. Toute la famille est adorable et tres souriante et fait tout pour vous faciliter la vie. Le petit dejeuner est varié et copieux et change tous les jours avec une vue incroyable. Félicitations aux cuisinières pour tous les bons repas ! Je recommande a 300%

We couldn’t have chosen a better location on Tioman. We visited as a family with two young boys and had a wonderful experience. The room is literally right on the beach, which made the stay even more magical. The owner was extremely kind and helped us with our luggage both on arrival and departure, which made everything much easier. At our request, he organized a snorkeling trip with a visit to a turtle sanctuary one day, and a trip to a waterfall the next. Breakfast was excellent, and they even prepared fresh pancakes for the kids, which they absolutely loved. The beach was მშვიდ and peaceful, without crowds. If you swim a bit further out, you reach a coral reef where you can see a variety of colorful fish and marine life. We absolutely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in nature.

C'était tout simplement magique !!! Les pieds dans l'eau, calme, isolé de la foule touristique, nous avons vécu un rêve éveillé grâce à Cindy et Sukree qui nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup de bienveillance et de sympathie ! On les remercie infiniment pour ces jours passés en leur compagnie ! On espère un jour les revoir !

Le gérant qui a été toujours là pour nous, sa famille incroyable, des sourires tout le temps, des déjeuners super bons et des dîners parfaits ! Un petit coin de paradis au bord de l'eau et bien isolé ! Une sortie snorkeling organisée par eux qui restera un des plus beaux moments de notre vie !! Nous reviendrons ici et pas ailleurs !!! We absolutely loved everything about this place! It felt so cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived. A huge thank you to Chokri, who was incredibly kind and thoughtful — he even woke up at 4:30 in the morning to help us get to the ferry and surprised us with pancakes and fresh fruits before we left. That really touched us! We’re so grateful for his hospitality and care. This stay truly felt like home — we’ll definitely come back one day!

Everything was beyond expectation: En Syukri was warm and welcoming, friendly without being intrusive. The location had an awesome view, u could even watch sunset from the bed, nothing between u and sunset. The place was nothing fancy , no tv, because u wont need one, the view was stunning. but it has all u need, simple, comfortable and neat. The food! Tasty homecook food. Asam pedas was great! There were sand play stuff for the kids. En syukri also showed us corals nearby. The trip made us feel like we have family in tioman now. 🙂 Kids were so attached to this holiday they left personal letters for Syukri and his family. We'll come back one day.

Our stay came to an end. And we had to get back to reality.

We loved everything of our stay! From the location, to the staff and the restaurant just beside the rooms. Breakfast was great as well. We highly suggest eating at Mama’s Foodhouse which is run by the family and the grandma cooks so great, we had 3 meals there and just couldn’t get enough! The location is so relaxing and their friendliness just made our stay even more memorable. Will definitely come back here if we’re back in Tioman!

Nothing except that probably can provide sandal for the room because it’s understandable since it’s a beach front chalet hence the room floor is quite sandy.

Für uns als Familie hätte die Unterkunft nicht besser sein können! Einfach und Perfekt. Wurden bereits am Jetty empfangen und das Gepäck zum Zimmer gebracht. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und die Klimaanlage funktionierte perfekt, Frühstück nach unseren Wünschen serviert. Das Mittag- und Abendessen haben wir vorbestellt und waren die besten Mahlzeiten die wir im Urlaub hatten. Ausflüge wurden für uns organisiert und waren wunderschön. Wir werden uns noch lange an diese Tage erinnern!

Einfach traumhaft. Die Lage am Strand ist nicht zu toppen. Shokri, der Chef, hat uns von der Fähre abgeholt, das Gepäck transportiert und war mit uns gemeinsam beim Abendessen. Gastfreundschaft super. Die meiste Zeit haben wir im angeschlossenen Restaurant Mamas Foodhouse gegessen. Außerdem hat uns Shokri das Riff zum Schnorcheln direkt vor der Unterkunft gezeigt. Wir haben außer bunten Fischen eine Schildkröte und einen kleinen Riffhai gesehen. Danke, Shokri, wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder!

Gute Unterkunft mit top Lage. Direkt von der Terrasse unter Palmen an den Strand. Gastgeber war prima, kümmert sich und organisiert alles von Abholung vom Fähranleger bis zum Schnorchelausflug. Frühstück (malaysisch oder westlich) gibt es direkt neben an im zugehörigen kleinen Restaurant.

Quality over quantity! From the warm personal welcome and luggage assistance to the many helpful tips, the team’s great availability, the private snorkeling tours, and not to forget the best food on the island (Mama truly is the best cook!) — Cuki and his family have created a little paradise. The view from the terrace is absolutely breathtaking. We felt completely at home and truly left a piece of our hearts here. Many thanks and warm greetings to Cuki & family!

Simple and spotlessly clean accommodation with two large double beds and a nice bathroom. Large terrace right on the beach overlooking coconut palms and the amazing rocks of Tioman. Wonderful owners who hosted with kindness and genuine care. Wonderful breakfast and dinners available at their restaurant. Genting is a perfect place to unwind -quiet and the beaches are stunning.

C’était parfait … Bien au delà de nos attentes ! Le logement est simple mais propre, et la vue … whaooou, quelle claque ! Les pieds dans l’eau, au calme, une jungle luxuriante à proximité, des plages plus belles les unes que les autres et une faune marine incroyable. Mais comment ne pas parler de leur famille formidable (Cindy, Chukri …), ils sont ADORABLES, disponibles, gentils, attentionnés, discrets … bref un vrai coup de cœur. La nourriture est excellente. Bref, C’est un sans faute ! Bonne continuation et à bientôt :)

Genting itself is a small, quiet, laid back village far from the crowds and a lovely place to unwind and relax. The beach is beautiful and the jungle behind is amazing. There are monkeys everywhere! Mama’s Foodhouse is the best restaurant in Genting and the family who own it also have 2 rooms next door, which are identical to each other. Each room has 2 large comfy double beds, great air-con and a bathroom with hot water shower. Everything is modern and exceptionally clean. Both have amazing views from the balconies with steps leading straight down onto the beach. The wi-fi is fast. Value for money is fantastic. Cindy and her family are all really helpful and very friendly. I definitely recommend the snorkelling trip they organise too.

De ligging is geweldig. Heerlijk rustig. De kamers zijn super netjes (ze hebben er in totaal maar 2) ontbijt is iedere dag anders (pancakes, kip, toast) En Mama en de vrouw van Cuki koken echt heerlijk ‘s avonds! We hebben een snorkeltour geboekt, waarbij ze zelf meegaan als gids, waar we 5 snorkellokaties bezochten en we hebben buiten vele vissen en koraal zowel zeeschildpadden als haaien gezien. Ze doen deze tours allemaal met respect voor de natuur en dieren. Zelf hebben we ook een hike van ongeveer een uurtje gemaakt naar paya (het naast gelegen dorpje) onderweg vele dieren gespot zoals slangen, vogels, flying squirrels en aapjes

Genting is een wat stillere plek. Je ziet de gevolgen nog in het dorpje van de Corona tijd. Het plekje aan het strand is heerlijk! zeker de snorkeltrip doen! De eigenaar is heel betrokken. - het personeel is erg attent en behulpzaam

- een waterkoker op je kamer zou heel fijn zijn - een bedlampje. Zeker als je in de familie kamer slaapt en je kinderen al op bed liggen zou een klein bedlampje een aanwinst zijn. nu kon je enkel gebruik maken van de grote/felle verlichting aan het plafond

Everything!! Location - the beach is right at your door step while the jungle on the other side. The room is super clean and neat. Like everyone else have said, Mama’s home cooked meals were delicious. Shukri took us for a half day snorkeling trip which was wonderful. Tioman has one of the nicest and well preserved underwater world. We saw baby sharks, turtles, live corals and many more. The beaches were very clean and beautiful

Nothing - we LOVE everything about this property but just to share some tips: book dinner with Shukri if you’re arriving later in the evening as there are not many eateries that are open at night. Also bring water shoes as some parts of the beach have coarse sand and sharp broken shells

Lovely ‘basic’ accommodation on Tioman. 2 villa’s at the beach; palm trees to protect you from sun. Beds are good. Bathroom is fine. Small fridge in room for your personal water, sodas and beer. Allowed to BYO beer/wine, even at restaurant part. Which has basic interiour but the food is great! Owner mr. Syukri and his mother and his wife are doing the utmost to make your stay as comfortable as you like!

Don’t forget to bring cash. On Tioman there’s only one village (Tekek) with an ATM. Few rocks in the sea; just walk or swim around them. Shoes are not necessary but do give some comfort.

The property is strategically located within a short walk from the jetty and convenience store. But most importantly a cosy “private” beach area right in front of the room unit with beautiful sea waters for a quick fun swim.

We spent three nights in Tioman at Home Away in Kampung Genting and had a wonderful experience. The place is family-run, with a warm, discreet atmosphere that truly respects guests’ privacy. The food was excellent—fresh, local, and home made. What makes this stay special is the authenticity: the accommodations are run by the villagers, and the area remains beautifully preserved and peaceful. We also had the chance to enjoy great snorkelling and a waterfall excursion with the owner. Beach access was fantastic—right at our doorstep—with amazing sunsets. It’s the perfect escape if you’re looking to unwind and experience the real Tioman. Highly recommended!

A fantastic location right on the beach. Our family loved our time here. The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable but the view is the stand out feature of this accommodation. Sitting watching the sunset out at sea is something I’ll never forget. The staff were amazing and arranged some fantastic days out at waterfalls and snorkelling. The food at Mama’s food house next door was delicious and part of the same family business. Lovely place and lovely staff!

The view and 20feet from water wonderful friendly owner and staff and Mamas Restaurant next door serves great food and made us very welcome to join them eating at the end of the day in Ramadan. Very courteous organising tours and helping attend with my disability. Very supportive.

We had the most wonderful stay. The family was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed delicious meals at Mama food house next door and our children enjoyed playing in the sand with the sand toys provided, swinging on the swing and paddling in the water which was right at our doorstep. I would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely stunning location. It's right on the beach with a little porch to watch the sunset from. All the facilities you need. Tasty breakfast. Added bonus that they offer lunch and dinner - it was absolutely delicious fish. The owners were friendly and very helpful. Will definitely go back for longer next time.

Clean and neat. The room was carefully thought through, with all the facilities you can ever need for a stay, hairdryer, extension cord, hangers, pegs, outdoor clothes hanging rack. The food at mama’s eatery is very delicious. Highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights, and it was simply amazing. The location by the seaside, the fantastic restaurant next to our room, and the kindness and hospitality of the owners made our holiday on Tioman Island the best experience we could have hoped for. We would gladly choose this place again and hope to return someday.

It's expectional stay with great hosts and perfect location. Amazing food cooked by the host's mother and easiness of doing all kinds of activities made it one of the greatest stays in Malaysia. It's a perfect gateway from bustling cities. I would greatly recommend it for family with children and couples who value peace and beautiful views. We stayed there a couple of days and never got bored. We saw so many amazing underwater scenery and animals while snorkelling. Great value to price! Definitely would stay there again.

We loved everything of Tioman and of Home away. The hospitality of Cuki and his family has been great! The room was big, clean and faced to the sea. The peaceful beach was amazing, juat what we needed to forget troubles and relax. You must eat at Mama's food house, as everething was good and flavoured. Do not forget to follow their suggestions for snorkelling trip!

Everything was perfect

As it's name, Home away Tioman truly feels like home. We were given a warm welcome from Sukri. The stay was very pleasant for families with kids, the homestay is just stone away from the beach. It gives a cozy front yard with wooden seats, a swing for any occasion be it to enjoy the beach or the sunset. We went snorkeling at the reef just in front of Homeaway Tioman, we spotted black tip shark, sea turtle and clown fish. The night is quiet and good for anyone seeking for a short Island gateaway. The food from Nenek is delicious and we have most of the meals here in this humble but cosy restaurant! She has a very high standard and takes pride in her cooking!We definitely will come back again!Will miss everyone here on HomeawayTioman

The chef is an excellent cook. We had all meals here, which is just next door.

There was a weird smell in the room initially. Owner did something when we were out and it was OK when we returned.

The location is exactly as mentioned, right on the beach. The room is spacious and clean. With the restaurant (Mama's Foodhouse) next door, we had no worries about getting food. Some more it's tasty. Apparently it's well recommended by everyone and rated mostly 5* on google review. Staying at Home Away gives us priority to have a slot (pre-order) because the restaurant always busy especially for dinner. With a young daughter, it makes our life easy. Overall great stay, food and family time. Highly recommended.
