Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Appartamento molto bello, tenuto benissimo, molto pulito e attrezzato con stoviglie per cucinare, fornello, microonde, fornetto, pentola cuoci riso, frigorifero, acqua purificata, ventilatore, aria condizionata, asciugacapelli, TV con accesso a Netflix, armadio e tavolo con sedie anche sul balcone. Il letto è grande e comodo e l'appartamento è molto spazioso. C'è anche un secondo balcone privato dove poter stendere. Il bagno ha doccia con acqua calda. C'è un parcheggio privato gratuito e le persone che gestiscono la casa, sono molto disponibili e gentili, con loro c'è stata un'ottima comunicazione per il check-in e durante il soggiorno. Hanno un generatore che quando va via la corrente permette di mantenere tutto acceso. Ci tornerò di sicuro e lo consiglio vivamente.

The location of the property is a bit secluded and hard to access for commuters and for getting food. However, the owner and staff did try to accommodate us to either take us or direct us to where we needed to go and how to get back to the property.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026The place is perfect for us. It's clean and has everything you need. I live how thoughtful they are. The corners of the table and cabinets have corner guards. They have a WiFi passwords on a laminated sheet and a folder with all the information you need. The owner texted me with relevant details prior to check-in which is very helpful.

Rooms are clean and equipped with essential restroom facilities and toiletries, kitchen and utensils, water and coffee, suitable for short or long-stay. The Wi-Fi is fast and stable. The room is equipped with a television and access to Netflix, offering a wide range of movies and series for relaxation if needed. Navigation to the location is made easier through Waze, and provided signage.
Road infrastructure leading to the transient room can be uneven and sometimes congested.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2025We liked the size and cleanliness of the room. At it's price point nothing can beat that. We also liked that they have a dedicated parking area . The staff are nice and courteous. Water heater was great and working. There are enough utensils and kitchen appliances that you can use.
Wifi connection was so so for us who travel and work at the same time. I hope they can improve on that. We stayed there because there was a graduation to attend to in UPLB , in the map it looked like it is near but there are UPLB gates that you have to consider. It was a minor inconvenience for us though. We would still recommend this apartelle .

Reviewed Apr 6, 2025FLB Apartelle is the perfect place to stay if you need to be near the UPLB area. The ground floor room we stayed in is quite new and well kept. It has basic amenities one needs for a short stay - including a filled 5 gallon water dispenser. The beds were really comfortable, the duvet covers were a plus and made for a good night's sleep. If we do go back to the area, will definitely book here again.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2025Everything was top shelf. No banged up rice cookers, no small 10 year old hot pot, everything high quality and appeared new.
The location from a driving standpoint, had some sad roads. Of course not the owners fault. It would be normal for someone who knew the area. But I was just passing through and took a side road to get there as I wanted something peaceful away from city noise. But the drive was worth it as it was much better than I expected for the price.

Reviewed Dec 2, 2024I loved the complete facilities and amenities, the spotless unit, and the comfort and relaxation provided for us. The staff were also very accommodating and trustworthy. And the owner himself is very responsive and considerate of our situation.
It would be better to have the streaming services installed and set up already, to experience the full staycation experience.

The place can be challenging to get to if you don't have a car, but if you don't mind the commute on uneven roads, you'll be fine.

Reviewed Mar 28, 2024Conrad and Tita Susan were very accommodating and the check-in process was smooth. The property is easier to access if you're coming from UPLB thru Pili Drive as the route going to Maahas road is a bit narrow if you have a vehicle larger than a sedan. My husband and I brought our own car and the property was easy to find since it's in Waze and Google Maps. If you like a quick weekend getaway or even a place where you can remotely work, this place is perfect as the wifi speed is very good. This place is definitely now on my list if I need a quick break from the city.
There was not a thing that we didn't like although I did suggest to Tita Susan to put a signage on the Catalina Drive entrance as it is a bit difficult to see when driving at night. Other than that, our stay was awesome!
