We liked everything.

Reviewed Jan 13, 2026We liked the that the facility is close to the University of the Philippines, but separate from the noise of downtown Los Banos. There are many little details which made the stay more enjoyable and comfortable including good air-conditioning, a kitchenette, a microwave and refrigerator and access to clean drinking water.
There was very little to dislike here.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2024The place is excellent and very well-maintained. Loved the design of the loft room; It allowed for privacy for myself and my two children despite being in a studio-type space. Bathroom, kitchen, and dining area are well-stocked with supplies. Owners were VERY friendly and accommodating.
The road outside is a bit rough and too many construction blockages. This was beyond the owner's control, though. Just a warning in case you need something that is accessible to and from the main road and if you're not too keen in walking around in 90+ degree humid weather, then this might not be the place for you. But if you have a vehicle then this place is great!
