environment not nice..At parking dirty and massy. toilet need to clean before customer stay. no water heater. bed very soft mattress.

Room for improvement : Socket plug is not available in most room, only had 1 in master and that intentionally for iron ( far form table and bed) Water heater is not available Not prepare the tissue Lift sensor is not intact, very dangerous for family with small toddlers. My kids almost trap in the lift because of elevator door very automatically close in second. Have to push and hold the open button for precaution action Parking quite confusing and homestay level did not explain in details (most homestay I’ve check in they stated already) luckily found resident and asked him about the floor. Owner late refund the deposit. Compared to most homestay i ever checked in. Not update when done transfer.

Situated closely to the town.

Upon arriving home, we found rubbish left by the housekeeper in the sink. I informed the homestay manager, but she offered no apology. One of the dining chairs was outdated and no longer functional; the owner should consider replacing it. Additionally, the cupboard in the first room was locked and unusable. Our stay at this homestay was merely adequate; don't expect more. Although there is a swimming pool, it is situated in Block B, while we stayed in Block C.

1. HOST/AGENT - the host/agent was very2 helpful. she even texted me clear instructions on how to check in a day before. really saved me a lot of time and trouble due to her clear instruction. 2. PARKING - u got 2 roofed parking spaces allocated to u side by side. didn't need to worry at all about the rain. 3. ZERO HASTLE CHECK IN PROCESS - i was so thankful for this. so easy, so satisfactory. you just need to fill up a log book for guests at the security hut. then, you drive and search for the parking space. the house key was in the lock box. masuk code then walla boleh dah buka pintu. ain't nobody got time to be troubled by complicated check in process. 4. THE HOUSE - omg, when i 1st opened the front door my jaw dropped because of how welcoming, HOMEY and calming the house is. just like when you balik kampung. my mom said the same thing. rumah spacious. 3 rooms - all very comfortable and calming. meja makan besar. dapur lengkap. water pressure kuat. ada balcony. SUPER CLEAN. mesin basuh pun ada tempat sidai baju ada. truly felt like home. even got extra pillows, blankets and toto! mantap. sejadah ada. kiblat arrow ada. penapis air minum ada. microwave ada. 5. CHECK OUT PROCESS - ZERO HASTLE.

1st thing as the host and the staff contact privately and ask us cancelled the booking as they only offer the house for muslim not for non muslim. After explain they say ok to check in as we check in with family. 2nd no water heater but have electrical kettle. No big bucket to fill in the hot water to bath the baby. Master bed room comforter a bit thick and nice, 2nd room comforter like towel type material not so thick. Add on at 2nd room light shadow very bright from outside as the staircase light on full night, not so suitable for baby to sleep. Others all ok, comment for improve purpose only. nothing else, Thank you for the stay.

The house is dusty and full of dust. I had to use a vacuum to vacuum the house back. Both bathroom floors are slippery so I had to buy shoes to wear in the bathroom. In the bathroom, there is no additional water heater. I have a baby, so it is very difficult for me to bathe my baby. There is no front door light at night. In addition, there was also no corridor light, so we had to use our mobile phones light to walk. The mattress near the master bedroom tilts to one side and sinks inward.😢 Aiyoo... Cards to enter the building are always unusable. You can go out but you can't go back in. Last but not least, at first I asked to check out at 1pm because my son got TCA at Hospital Serdang. I Scare we will be late, after I asked the Owner she said that an extra charge would be required if I wanted to check out an hour later. So I decided canceled and say that I would leave before 12 noon. On the day of check out, Puan Rumah and Puan ic Rumah messaged me at 10am to leave before 12 noon. This is not the first time I rent a homestay. Never other Owner message and remind me to leave the house. Sorry to say, this is a statement and I don't think it's wrong for me to comment for my view sitting in this homestay. Hopefully Owner will upgrade n perbetulkan. Thank you.
