Yello Hotel Harbour Bay

This was our second stay in yello hotel and still the best hotel we’ve stayed whenever we are having a short vacay to batam. - Room was clean and comfortable - Staffs were friendly and always makes you feel back at home - Free shuttle to ferry terminal which is the best perk! - Close distance to Morning Bakery, Seafood Restaurant, Circle K, Alphamart - Can drop your luggage in the lobby - Request for extra pillow and it arrived fast - There is a fridge in the room and got two can drinks for free - Reasonable additional fees for late check out, only 100k for one hour - Got netflix, youtube in smart tv - Great view of the bay and the city from the room, we booked Yello Urban Xtra Room and it was big enough for us 2 adult 2 child

- Nothing, but the room usually do not ready early as the check in time at 2pm, you need to wait if you came early

Our go to accommodation in Batam! Superrr clean. Excellent location - many marts, massage, food galore and near to malls. Exceptional service - professional, friendly and accommodating. Special shout out to Parry and Chandra who welcomes us with warm smiles and hospitality.

Esp Staff Dini and Gerados (Sorry if I spell it wrongly) were very helpful.. •Free shuttle service to and fro. •Love that they have a simple and short live breakfast performance on wkends. •Food spread are good n tasty. •Room are clean👍🏻 •Hotel near to terminal.

The Location is very near to Ferry Terminal and located inside a compound which make a safe place to stay. A few good restaurants, massage and coffee shops which make a great location to stay in.

Stayed here for 3D2N. Location is excellent—just a short walk from Harbour Bay Ferry Terminal, making it very convenient arriving from Singapore. Many restaurants, cafés and convenience stores within walking distance. Had a Triple Room, which was spacious, clean and perfect for our family of three. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was well maintained, and housekeeping did a good job throughout our stay. The hotel's signature yellow-and-white theme creates a bright, modern and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step into the lobby. Breakfast offered a good variety considering the room rate, enough to start the day well. Enjoyed a full-body massage after a day of sightseeing and shopping, which was very convenient without having to leave the hotel.

Pillows were soft and not enough, sleep could have been better.

We had a wonderful stay at Yello Hotel. The room was spacious and matched the photos online. A pleasant surprise was the sea and city view from our room. From check-in to check-out, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff not only delivered excellent service but also seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. Their camaraderie and cheerful teamwork created a warm atmosphere that made us feel well cared for throughout our stay.

The bathroom shower is not working well with hot water and the shower glass door very shaky like going to fall anytime

Poor management. No quality control before guest check in. TV, Phone, bedside lights all didn’t work. The lights were fixed eventually. No phone to call for services. TV was not working even after they checked and we could not view the room service menu or order anything. It was a miserable stay. No vanity mirror except for the one on the bathroom. No hand wash soap, I had to buy my own. Not a good impression for an Ascott branding.

the tap a bit loose n basin needed fixing but it was fixed upon request. Good to check the facilities are in good condition before guests check in.

This was my repeat stay, and once again the experience was superb, that’s why I came back. The hotel is very kid-friendly, especially the lobby area which has plenty of games to keep children entertained, making it a great choice for families. The location is excellent with many nearby facilities, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were well-maintained. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I’ve already recommended this hotel to my family and friends, and I’ll definitely return again.

Room was a little noisy at night, likely due to nearby clubs, but overall still a great stay.

The staff were friendly and professional. There was a person that always opened the main door for us. Breakfast has a good variety. The room we got was very big and clean. The facilities were excellent. Location is close to the harbour and a good variety of food options. Pricing is very worth it for the room we got.

Sound insulation was quite poor, we could constantly hear the neighbours outside (full conversations and all). We could also hear someone playing music in the other room at night. The toilet also had a slight mouldy smell after showering.

Anak2 seronok sangat menginap di hotel ni. Di sebabkan kami bawa anak2 bawah umur yg ramai ,dan kami ambil 2 bilik urban Xtra 2 . Tapi malang2 tiada bilik Xtra yg sama level jadinya kami di sarankan untuk menginap di penthouse.. kebetulan hari itu penthouse nya kosong. Rezeki anak2 dapat duduk penthouse Tak lupa juga ada zone game di bawah. Jadinya anak2 boleh bermain di bawah
