​Had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. A huge thank you to the hotel staff, who were incredibly nice, friendly, and helpful throughout my visit. The location is also perfect—so close to food courts, restaurants, and convenience stores. Highly recommend!

Wish the is a plastic bag in the bin for the rubbish.

The location is very convenient ie, near shops to buy food, get quick massage and not quiet even at night.

The hotel has limited facilities ie. no gym, no swimming pool, no bathtub and even the eating area were quite small and not much room to eat/walk to take food as the aisle were pretty narrow.

The strategic location easy to go around anywhere. Nagoya Hill Mall is just next door, 5mins walk away. Surrounding area has lots if options for food and necessities.

1 of our rooms, the AC has a musty smell when temp is at 23 degree. Pillow can be a bit more firm.

I would like to provide some feedback regarding my stay at room 800 Disturbing Noise at Night There was constant noise coming from the toilet area of the room. Between 11 pm and 12 midnight, I heard repeated loud bangs and knocks on the wall. This continued for quite a while and affected my ability to sleep. I could only fall asleep around 2 am, which impacted my rest and my itinerary the next day. I am unsure whether the sound was caused by plumbing or by noise from neighbouring rooms or just something else but it was extremely disruptive. Air-Conditioning Issues Although the air-conditioning was set at 22°C, the room became stuffy in the middle of the night. The airflow did not seem consistent, making it uncomfortable to sleep. Breakfast Quality The breakfast experience was disappointing. The hot tea had an unusual smell, the food selection was limited, and both the noodles and rice were bland. Overall, the breakfast spread did not meet expectations

All is good.. worth the price.. staff is friendly.. food is awesome..

Only problem is if u using their iron.. no iron board and also cannot keep for next day.. the staff will just go in to ur room and just take.. that i wat i dont like.. enter the room without permission.. need to improve on that to tell us if want to enter..

Location, comfort and attentiveness. Appreciate that the staff had tried to accommodate to our requests. They gave us a prompt solution whenever we faced issues with the room.

The lifts! Waiting time at the lift is exceptionally long. Only 2 lifts are catered for the entire block. During peak hours, it’s harder to catch one.

The staffs are really friendly, specially Minty. The room is big. The only downside is there isn’t gym room or swimming pool. But overall I hv a good stay !

breakfast was good but can be better with more food options especially local food. cold selection was very limited during our 3 nights stay. only one morning have cheese in the chiller, but very small portion. Lontong was excellent. Hoping for better/more local options, such as kuih and others. looks like under staff, same guy running pancake/roti jala/waffle counter and also the outdoor roti bakar and nasi goreng counter...so, kids have to wait sometime to get their food service was very good and attentive

Looks to be a new area. Good value for money. Two convenience stores next door with lots of food options. Will stay again.

The room is clean and breakfast had a lot of choices. Sastra was helpful with our luggages.

We stay 3 days 2 nights there, they provide us only 1 keycard. Whenever we request for an extra, they will ask to come again at 9pm but when we return to ask we never get an extra. So whenever my husband need to go down to smoke i need to wait and go down to tap the card for him.

We love the cleanliness and tech-savvy room. Everything was digital and room service did not fail us.

Only that we were even-numbered rooms so breakfast was limited to 6am-8am. Although we understand the space could not cater for a full crowd.

Very good places to stay

Stayed for 5 days /4 nights , 2 suites booked. Positive - Staff were very friendly, location was good. Bed was ok. Negative- booked 2 suites on the same floor via hotels.com but informed by reception suites were split on different floors via expedia( parent company). waited till pass the check in time at 1540hrs so had no choice to split level with elderly parents. The guest in front of us at reception were also informed that their rooms were not ready. For a suite, it was roomy but lacked furniture. Just one chair! Had to request another for my parents suite. No table/sofa/. Staff informed us that they were still not fully opened hence no furniture yet. Not all floors were completed. Staff cannot issue extra key although given the different floors given. This required us to keep meeting at lobby as keys were level specific. Other observation- breakfast had a decent to good spread. The elevator needed better ventilation. Hotel was new but simply not ready. Would not return for a stay until official opening with officially completed fully functional offerings. Otherwise there are many alternatives. Planned another trip in November and have chosen a different hotel.
