The staff are very kind and the location with the weather is amazing and the rooms very nice to sleep
The location and the cleanness of the resort is very good and the staff are good.
The buffet dinner is not the good choice. The hotel staff informed that, if the buffet is available, the no ala carte is provided due to the staff shortage. Buffet is not at all worth for the money, secondly there is no good items in the menu. But the breakfast is good.
The staff were amazing and the food was exceptional! Very cozy beds.
Great views of mountains Comfortable bed , easy parking Lovely place to sit outside
Room was chilly, shower open so complete bathroom gets soaked if anyone has a shower. Decor was ok but bit tired and basic
Our stay at your property was good.
location
unfortunately, no Wi-Fi in the room
Nice mountain view.
Location, location and location!! Vegetarian breakfast arranged by staff on our request was delicious😋
Few insects ...
Location, lovely staff, super food.
Nothing
Breakfast was marvellous. Great Location and tranquil and Staff are helpfully
Price is a bit higher if they consider reducing . I believe they will get alot of guest internally during off season
The location..is amazing. Have been a repeat guest for years
Staff members are accommodating and the rooms are comfortable
Amazing location and excellent staff. We had the buffet dinner in the restaurant, which was really good.
I booked the 2 room suite with private pool, which is divided into 2 separate rooms, because it was the only room available with one bed. Even though I used only one room, they still charged me for both. Also, the pool was not heated, so I couldn't use it.
We suppose booked a small chalet and we got a simple room in the complex.
The hotel is in a very beautiful location, you can see a really nice sunrise and sunset from here. English breafast - we liked it but some may prefer something different. Good dinner at restaurant.
In my opinion you pay for the location but no so much for the quality of the hotel. The hotel seems new from the outside but the rooms looked quite old. You can get dinner at their restaurant, which is a but overpriced. I really dont like when they bring you a big water that you did not order and if you open and drink it they charge it. It's a trick on tourists and I don't like to be tricked in this way. I would say the views and location are worth the money but the hotel itself is not.
Very nice staff 2 big rooms for 5 . Food was very good Nice location after exploring wadi awf Good spots and nice views around Full of nice Omani during the weekend
It’s good and good price for the value, should take attention more for cleaning, Other things all good , location is very good in top of the mountain and the weather is nice.
The room wasn’t clean that much
Location
Service worth the money..
Old furniture Need maintenance Very limited options on breakfast
Location and value for money. Pets allowed was an added advantage
Breakfast options are poor for vegetarians. Also had a scare with a scorpion spotted in the room. Quick action from staff sorted it out.
The vicinity of this location to incredible views, hikes, and climbs can’t be beaten! One of the most amazing sunsets you’ll find in Oman. Regarding rooms, the bed was actually quite comfortable. I expected something like a rock but it was very comfortable. I stayed in a cabana which have less than ideal showers (I’m 183cm and I think the shower was about chest height) that flood the bathroom. But the room had everything and more than you’d expect. Being winter, the heater was wonderful and the cute little patio was wonderful to sit at.
the meals fed us but were nothing you’d write home about and so given the price, it seems a BIT high for what you’re getting (but then again, your options are quite limited in this area).
Location. Friendly staff. Small play area for kids and access to pool table. Restaurant.
Could have been a double story for a better view of the mountains from the room.
Very nice location, good start point for hiking for W10 and W9 to Misfah, possibility to hire some guides locally, good welcoming. Overall good quality stay for price.
We had the half board rate (don't expect to find any restaurant up there). Good service, food is decent however very local, choice should be improved
Great location at the top of a mountain pass. Friendly staff. Clean, spacious room. Good dinner and breakfast.
No shower curtain, so the entire bathroom gets wet. Difficult to heat up the room since the A/C wasn't working properly and would turn off every few minutes.
The position is great! Restaurant excellent
It's a bit cold but IC did work
Good location for a one night stay. Walks nearby with lovely views. Restaurant was accommodating.
Emergency light in the room flickered at night making sleep difficult, otherwise room was basic but comfortable.
The staff here were awesome, so friendly and helpful.
The decor was a little dated, but not an issue for me.
Everything was fine, the receptionists were nice and helpful, the room and bathroom were clean and equipped, the bed is comfortable and there is a safe parking facility.
Quite Area, Relaxing, Excellent Weather
1. Dinner options were limited 2. Breakfast was poor (not tasty) 3. Restaurant staff were focused on saving cost rather than serving customers 4. Pool was not temperature controlled (useless) 5. Price was too high 6. Average room. 7. One electrical socket only and we have TV, Receiver, Fridge, Kettle (can't connect more than one socket), can't watch TV because received can't be connected to power!!
quite area, relaxing atmosphere, mountain views, cool weather
- dinner - breakfast - room facilities - WIFI is poor in lobby and not existent in room - facilities - pool with no temperature controlled (too cold) - overly priced (paid almost 100$ per pax)

the weather was very nice and sunrise is something amazing
bathroom was bad and dirty
Comfy beds, nice view, friendly staff.
With hindsight, the hotel is a little bit too much off the beaten track. From there, it'll take you 30-60 minutes to the next wadi or village to visit.
the location
the bamboo rooms were rubbish. paper walls. not sound proffered and more expensive than the normal rooms. there was not running water in the room because they ran out of water.
location staff security
old furniture cleaning need more
