Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist relativ schnell in Da Nang und Hoi An

Die bauliche Anordnung der Bäder 🛀, mit den Lüftungsöffnungen zum Flur. Wenn man Abends am Pool saß, war es manchmal schwierig etwas zu trinken zu bekommen.

The smart construction of the building let the breeze blow through the lobby and the dining area. This is very pleasant.

Nahe am schönen, fast menschenleeren Strand, großes Zimmer und gutes Frühstück. In 10 min ist mit dem Taxi Hoi An zu erreichen. Unser Flug ging spät und wir konnten kostenlos das Zimmer bis 13 Uhr nutzen.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war reichlich mit einen großen Obstteller. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist ein kurzer Weg zum Strand mit Liegen und Restaurants.

Das Hotel ist etwas abseits der Stadt gelegen - haben wir aber gewusst. Um abends außerhalb Essen zu gehen muss man mit dem Taxi fahren. Direkt daneben ist eine Baustelle. Nur zur Info!

Clean room, large bathroom, walking distance to a beach.

From the rooms with the shared balcony facing the lake, which is a large dirty pond, you can hear cockerel very early in the morning and loud speakers waking the village from 5:30 to 6:30 am. You can’t hear them as much in the rooms facing the other way.

Around it is construction area and the water reservoir next to hotel is dirty, so the view from any side is not nice at all.Bed matresses are very hard, not comfortable sleeping.

das ist kein Hotel , welches sich 3 Sterne geben kann, es ist eher eine einfache Herberge inmitten von Bauruinen und verwahrlosten Grundstücken , leider alles sehr abgenutzt , die Hochglanzbilder aus der Vergangenheit sind bestimmt 15 Jahre alt , alles sehr hellhörig , Matratzen ohne jeglichen Schlafkomfort , da das Haus offen gestaltet ist , sind auch immer wieder andere kleine Gäste im Gelände unterwegs gewesen, der Aufenthalt war zwar günstig , aber mehr war es auch nicht wert , schade . Das Personal konnte diese Missstaende auch nicht ausgleichen

Le rapport qualité prix étaient très bon. La chambre était confortable. Le personnel était très agréable et attentionné.

L'hôtel était trop éloigné de la ville. Il y a une construction qui est à l'abandon à côté de L'hôtel.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und stets bemüht, unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Man ist schnell am Strand. Der Strand direkt am Hotel ist aber vermüllt. Wenn man Richtung Süden geht, findet man aber schönere Abschnitte. Die Power Bowl zum Frühstück war sehr lecker.

Die Zimmer sind bei Booking nicht gut beschrieben. Auf den Bildern ist der Balkon abgebildet, der bei den Standardzimmern gar nicht dazu gehört. Daher kann ich die bessere Zimmerkategorie empfehlen, die sind auch ruhiger. Eins von unseren Zimmern hat sehr unangenehm nach Abfluss gestunken. Da das Hotel ausgebucht war, konnten wir das Zimmer leider erst nach zwei Tagen tauschen. Das Hotelpersonal war aber sehr bemüht und der Wechsel inkl. Upgrade dann auch unproblematisch. Die Lage ist nicht so ideal. Weiter südlich gibt es viele Cafés, Restaurants und Strandbars, aber die sind 2-3km weit weg. Und zu guter letzt wurde man früh vom Baulärm der Baustelle nebenan geweckt. Da kann das Hotel zwar nichts für, ist aber dennoch ärgerlich.

Our family enjoyed our time at Hestia HaMy Beach House: the personnel are friendly and welcoming, breakfast was amazing. Everything was clean, just the same as on photos. The seaside is only 5 minutes away, and the Old town is 15 minutes away by car. Want to come back again there!

This was my first time visiting Hoi An city. I found this hotel very suitable for solo travelers, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

The surrounding streets and nearby beach were not very clean.

Ingannato dalle recensioni.Si trova in una zona isolata, con cantiere vicino, spazzatura ovunque, anche in spiaggia, camere con porta con il vetro,il bagno puzza. Arrivato e partito. Orribile.

Zelo prijazno osebje, vse pohvale, vedno so bili na voljo in vse uredili, zaslužijo si biti v boljših nastanitvah.

Hotel je zastarel, okolica in pogled z balkona na zapuščeno gradbišče je grozno. Tega pogleda ni na nobeni sliki. Obala umazana. Lokacija ni najboljša.

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr sauber, die Zimmer werden täglich gesäubert, leckeres Frühstück, nur zwei Minuten zum Strand, nach Hoi An nur 12 Minuten per Auto (Grab). Die Betten waren nach meinem Empfinden sehr rückenfreundlich, eher hart für mich gut.

Jeden Morgen gab es um, ich glaube ca. 6 Uhr von einem einige hundert Meter entfernten Lautsprecher vietnamesisches Radioprogramm, wohl zur Information der Bevölkerung, dann heißt es Fenster zu,

Гостиница рядом со стройкой, день и ночь идут работы. В номере муравьи сжирают все что можно, в том числе и тебя. Инфраструктуры нет совсем. Как будто в деревне живёшь.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The staff was very friendly and helped us with everything. They also gave us lots of great tips about places worth visiting. We rented a bike directly from the property, which was very convenient. The location was perfect — just a 15-minute ride from the city center by bike, yet the beach nearby was quiet and perfect for an evening swim. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We were really sad to stay only one night — we would have loved to spend more time there. The staff also took great care of us and prepared a delicious breakfast. Many thanks to everyone for their warm hospitality!

L' emplacement un peu en dehors de la ville, a 150 mètres d une plage tres propre de sable blanc. Quartier en cours de construction, mais qui n' apporte aucun désagrément. La gentillesse du personnel, le petit déjeuner inclus, le confort de la literie, de la chambre, les massages pour un prix interessant, la possibilité de louer un scooter sans problème, la propreté de l' établissement, le rapport qualité/ prix, la piscine.

I asked for a quiet room before arriving, but they put me right in front of a construction site across the street. The work starts at 7 a.m., and there’s absolutely no soundproofing. I can’t upload a video of the sound of the construction but you’ll see by yourself. The hallway light stays on all night and the curtains doesn’t do the job at all, so the room is never really dark. The walls are extremely thin — I could hear the couple next door “enjoying themselves” until 1 a.m. I came here to rest, but I ended up more exhausted than when I arrived.

I stayed for 10 days, it was a comfortable and peaceful stay. There was a working desk too. Staff was quite helpful and welcoming, shout-out to Chi and Jade. Sea is within 200m, usually not crowded. A number of options for local coffee places around. Also, kitchen is available for use.

In primis lo staff è di una gentilezza e accoglienza esemplare. Hanno sempre voluto fare due chiacchiere con noi, sapere come stavamo e cercato in tutti i modi di farci sentire a nostro agio. Poi la struttura è a due passi dal mare, sulla sinistra c’è una fila di sdraio con i loro ristorantini in cui ci siamo fermati spesso a rilassarci e a cenare. Ti permettono di scegliere cosa vuoi per colazione il giorno prima ed era sempre di ottima qualità.

Ci è piaciuto tutto, è una struttura di recente apertura e ha quindi ancora molto margine di miglioramento. Posso garantire che per lo standard Vietnamita è già a un buonissimo livello.

Très bon emplacement pour visiter les environs, l'hôtel est à deux pas d'une belle plage très calme (nous avions la plage pour nous !) et à 10 minutes en taxi du centre ville de Hoi An beaucoup plus touristique. Le personnel est très gentil et attentionné, nous avons pu organiser des excursions à la journée, avoir des bons conseils de visites ou de restaurants dans les environs. Belle piscine qui a plu aux enfants, le petit déjeuner était très bien et varié Les chambres sont agréables et spacieuses.

Great place away from the busy places only 5 minutes in grab to an bang beach and 15/20 minutes in grab to hoi an. Nice peaceful place 2 minute walk to the beach. If your looking for a relaxing place near the beach this is the place to go. Well looked after the staff were exceptional would defo be back if we r in the area again

The place is very cozy, beach is 5 minutes walk but it's a local beach without many restaurants and not super clean. 5 minutes grab can take you to a tourist beach near Hoi An, ~15 minutes grab to Hoi An old town. The breakfast included was great, they prepared different stuff for adults and different for kids so that everyone really enjoyed the food. I really recommend the local seafood restaurant on the other side of the main road which serves amazing grilled fish, octopus, seafood, at very good price!

The light on the corridor is very bright and even though the windows are "blurred" there are no curtains in the room so if you like your room to be very dark it may be a problem. A solution would be to install a different set of light that could be used after 10:00PM.

The location is amazing because you can walk to the beach in 2 minutes! Besides that the pool at the hotel is also really nice. The rooms were clean and really spacious.

The site was away from the city, yet was only five kms from Hoi An. It was just a few hundred meters from the beach. A very good value. The building was very nice and clean. Service was excellent! It has a nice pool as well for cooling down and hanging out. The breakfast was delicious and made to order.

Was here for business trip and slept here for one night. The lady from the hotel really helped me with printing and scanning a document and we could store our luggage after checking out. 200 m from hotel is the beach with lots of seafood restaurants. Very good!

A fantastic host who was a pleasure to talk to and cooked us wonderful local breakfas. A 5 minute walk from the beach with 4 restaurants 3 seafood and one catering to local and western tastes. Free sunbeds and quiet empty relaxing miles of sandy beach. A short hop to the more tourist beaches by hotels free bycles and close to Hoi An by grab taxi. Nice for a complete chill out for a couple of days. Oh nice clean swimming pool

OK hotel layout is quirky to say the least with open balcony to all rooms. Kettle is provided for tea coffee etc but you need to bring your own. Shower room tended to flood the floor as did not drain very well. No tv in room

This charming boutique beach house hotel is an absolute hidden gem and one of the best places I stayed in Vietnam! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was struck by the immaculate cleanliness—you could quite literally eat off the floors. At first, I was hesitant to book because there was only one review, but it was a glowing 10/10. Upon arrival—very late at night, I might add—the staff welcomed me warmly and even upgraded me to a better room since it was available. It was only after meeting the incredibly kind owners and my own private chef for the week that I realized why there weren’t many reviews yet: the hotel had just opened! So don’t let that deter you—this place is an absolute treasure waiting to be discovered. The rooms are spacious, filled with natural light, and meticulously maintained. Breakfast was an absolute highlight—I could choose between a delicious Western or authentic Vietnamese breakfast, and I usually opted for the latter because the quality was outstanding. Best of all, I got to decide when I wanted breakfast each morning, making my stay feel completely relaxed and personalized. The hotel also has a pristine pool, and it’s just a one-block stroll to the beach, perfect for peaceful morning or sunset walks. They offer complimentary bicycles, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, and a wonderful security guard who was always there to assist with anything I needed—he even helped secure my suitcase to my scooter when I left! One of the biggest highlights of my stay was my private chef, Chic, who was not only incredibly talented but also so much fun to talk to. The owner herself was a delight—bubbly, welcoming, and passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience. It’s nice to see so many successful businesses owned by women in Vietnam and this owner was extremely beautiful both inside and out. I loved that this hotel was tucked away from the main road, offering a quiet, restful retreat.
