There is no door separating the bathroom with the bedroom. It smells bad in the room. The location is misleading and far away from the central Da Nang. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone!! Stay away and save your money! Book at other hotels at central Da Nang or Beach Front Da Nang!

Badezimmer & Ausstattung: Keine separate Dusche vorhanden. Das Bad ist lediglich durch eine Glasschiebetür vom Raum getrennt, was jegliche Privatsphäre nimmt. Zudem war die Schiebetür defekt, klemmte stark und ließ sich nur mit erheblichem Kraftaufwand schließen. Schlafkomfort & Akustik: Das Bett war extrem hart und erst nach zweimaligem Nachbessern mit Toppern durch das Personal überhaupt nutzbar. Zudem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig; nächtlicher Lärm anderer Gäste hat regelmäßig den Schlaf gestört. Service & Zimmerservice: Für ein 5-Sterne-Haus inakzeptabel: Kein 24-Stunden-Zimmerservice. Laut Karte sollten Bestellungen bis 22:00 Uhr möglich sein, telefonisch wurde die Küche jedoch bereits um 21:30 Uhr abgelehnt. Kommunikation: Die Englischkenntnisse des Personals an der Rezeption und im Service sind für ein internationales Luxushotel unzureichend, was die Klärung von Problemen extrem erschwert hat. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Stimmt überhaupt nicht. Günstigere Hotels in der Umgebung bieten einen deutlich besseren Standard und Service. Das ist für mich kein 5-Stern Hotel

Bố trí nội thất không gian sảnh và phòng nghỉ ko tạo cảm giác resort mà đậm chất condotel, thang máy nhỏ và đóng quá nhanh, buồng phòng ít nhân viên nên vào ngày lễ 3h chưa dọn phòng xong, sàn phòng đi sạn chân, bồn rửa mặt quá nhỏ trong khi vòi rửa dài nên đánh răng rửa mặt ướt hết chân và sàn, bố trí khu vệ sinh trong phòng ngủ chưa hợp lý, cách âm tường kém, phòng bên cạnh tắm rửa giặt giũ nghe còn rõ hơn tiếng trong chính phòng mình.

We were a family of 10, with grandparents, adults, young kids, and a 1-year-old, and we all had a great time! The rooms were huge and super comfortable, and the resort has so much space. It’s very family-friendly, with a kids’ club, foam parties for the kids, and a playground. There’s also great beach access with plenty of lounge chairs. The breakfast buffet was something we all looked forward to each morning. There was so much to choose from, and despite the resort being very busy, everything felt quite orderly. There aren’t many dining options nearby, but there’s a simple minimart right outside the resort for the basics. Old Town is about a 15–20 minute Grab ride away, which was really convenient. Overall, a great option for families, especially if you’re traveling with kids.

The food in the hotel was quite overpriced but that's expected for a 5-star resort. Recommend eating out and heading to the Old Town.

Chambre très spacieuse, très joli, très confortable, bien aménagée, literie au top. Piscine, plage et équipements pour les enfants parfait.

Absence de chambre de service pour un hôtel 5 étoiles. Avant le check in nous n’avons pas pu prendre une douche après le transport. Il n’y a pas de crème pour le corps. Le quartier n’est pas très joli.

This is a fantastic family friendly hotel , not so chilled for couples. The hotel has revamped and the staff are definitely trying: all staff absolutely fantastic! Breakfast is fabulous food but simple things like more glasses for juice, more coffee cups etc …staff and facilities needs to be able to accommodate the volume of guests: however we were there high season and weekend/ so need to take into consideration. More glasses / cups / coffee machines at breakfast, an adult only pool would be perfect

Great clean hotel with a large room. Close to beach and also a 10 min car to Hoi An. Breakfast was good. Pools also very good and overall good atmosphere.

Service was sometimes slow despite a lot of people. Food and drinks over priced.

If you are looking for a beach location in Hoi A this is perfect!

The room was big but not well laid out in my opinion. Some of the staff were excellent. But many were not very helpful.

The breakfast is superb, it has everything you could expect and more. Pools are great, enough sun beds although could do with some more by the beach with shades. Plenty of beds but missing shade

I know it’s an international hotel but the prices are really high end for lunch dinner when you compare the local area. 2 pizza to share and drinks for 4 is nearly £50 so you can save £35 inc taxi if you go somewhere local. Mad as I see really no one eating dinner and lunch at the hotel compared to how many are around the pools. Finding out what on it really hit and miss. Most of the activities didn’t seem to run and the front desk had to airdrop what they had to make sense of it. It’s really random and not much is going on within the grounds at night for evening entertainment. Taxi are so cheap it’s easy to escape but would use more if they were a little more reasonable. We had a 2 bed room. The main bedroom is smaller than the kids bedroom and bathroom is really very small. This is one of the smallest rooms I stayed in during my tour of Vietnam.

The resort facilities were great and well maintained. Lots of great areas to relax by the pool or beach.

The double bed room in the family unit was very small including the bathroom. No space to put anything on the vanity and could barely move in the shower.

The size of the main pool, the location close to Hoi An, the cleanliness of the beach though the color of the water is not very inviting. The room was comfortable.

A 5 star rating is misleading. It is closer to a very good 3 star hotel or pleasant 4 star. The main hotel building is giving a 70s vibe and is very dated. The room air conditioning smelled musty so we had to do without, or change to a room with a worse view. The buffet is very packed and it’s a high volume resort. Not at all a relaxing 5 star atmosphere. Food was blah and expensive for what it was. The beach pool at least had nice views and hammocks but the beach towels badly need to be changed. Some rough tiles in the main pool. We kept getting asked to pay for every incidental right away.

We moved some of the beds and sofas to create space for our son but we saw that under the beds were very dirty. They should have cleaned these spaces at least once a month

proximity to the beach, and some private beach area for hotel, comparably not bad facilities with lots of activities in grassland near the beach, shore is very calm and great to enter, very convenient for the kids

language was a bit an issue with the staff, they need to improve English communication skills, though always trying to be attentive and polite. We did not like those motor sports activities nearby, not safe and very unfriendly for the environment, the fresh air and a breeze from the see was polluted by all those motorbikes and diesel boats used for para-sailing, also quite noisy and disturbing. Pools are good, but need to install some soft covers for the bottom at least for kids area, as all my children got some small scratches and cut on their feet and fingers from those hard stones at the bottom of the pools.

The Hotel facilities are terrific, good sized room which were always clean the staff were great, the breakfast was excellent with many options.

The location is a little isolated and the in house food and drinks are on the expensive side. overall probably not the best value for money we have experienced.

تصميم الفلل جميل و لكن مكشوفه من كل النواحي حتى المسبح مكشوف على الممشى. بوفيه الإفطار ما كان متنوع أبدا أقمت في الفندق اربع ليالي كل يوم نفس الإفطار لم يتغير.

Good location for getting into Hoi An (10-15min taxi) and also either a 5min grab or 20min walk along the beach to An Bang where there a some great bars, restaurants etc. Pool was good for kids (although bring aqua shoes as the tiles are quite rough and a few kids were cutting their feet) and the room had a wonderful view towards Da Nang and out over the ocean. The beach is beautiful and the hammocks and loungers are great. Huge bed and really clean room.

Some communication with staff was a struggle due to limited English and there was a constant harassment for immediate payment of any extra. That was a bit off putting at a 5 star resort.

Veel te groot hotel voor het aantal zonnebedjes, personeel onvriendelijk, handdoeken VUIL, bij het ontbijt ruimen ze niks af, super slechte ervaring. We zijn naar de verantwoordelijke geweest of er een mogelijkheid was om het hotel te verlaten, maar dit moest via Booking geregeld worden anders geen geld terug. We hebben jullie gestuurd en nooit antwoord gekregen wat we dus heel spijtig vonden…

In dem Hotel sind viele Familien. Es ist sehr trubelig. Das bekommt man überall mit und muss man mögen. Daher ist es schwierig eine Liege an Strand oder Pool zu bekommen. Beim Frühstück fühlt man sich auch eher wie in einer Mensa. Dusche und WC sind nur durch eine Glastrennwand getrennt. Wenn man auf der Toilette sitzt wird man nass. Der Waschtisch mit Spiegel ist im Raum untergebracht.

Wyndham Royal Beachfront Resort & Spa is an excellent place for a family vacation. The beachfront location is amazing, with a beautiful beach that's perfect for kids and toddlers to enjoy safely. The food was delicious, and there are great swimming pools for both adults and children. One of the highlights for our family was the little animal area with bunnies and guinea pigs, which the kids absolutely loved. The playground also provides plenty of entertainment for younger children. Overall, it's a fantastic, family-friendly resort with excellent facilities, great food, and a beautiful beachfront. We had an amazing stay and would happily return.

The only minor downside was that the bathroom was part of the open-plan room, which wasn't ideal when traveling with a toddler. A bit more privacy or separation would have made the room even more family-friendly.

Basin next to bed with open space of room make feeling that's unclean. I did sleep with basin 3 nights. Bathroom and toilet have different door that make unconvenient in some cases. It was noisy because of poor soundproofing.

Breakfast was standard ok. Basically the same thing every day, very little variation. Some items were better than the others and it was a bit chaotic every day at every hour. The private beach was nice.

Not sure why the pools closed so early at a resort. Keep them open a bit later also keep them cleaner - there was this cloudiness probably from sunscreen or other things! The shower drainage was very slow. You would end up standing in a pool of water after a while. The open bathroom was a bit weird, there was no place to change with any privacy. The bathroom mirror "on/off" light was lit up all night long when the lights were off. Point to note. We had booked the more expensive ocean view room. However, a lot of these rooms are overlooking an active construction site. I would suggest booking pool view where you will get some ocean as well.

The room was large, clean and had great A/C and plenty of hot water and pressure in the shower. Location right on a lovely beach with easy access by grab to Hoi An and Da Nang

There was a huge expanse of lawn between the club pool and beach. Plenty of room for some more sun beds which would be appreciated.

We booked and paid for a room with a king bed and balcony with sea views. We got two double beds pushed together with a gap in the middle and no nice sea views. The view was dirt and rubble. Photos of view attached.

Weinig tot geen variatie in het buffet. Zwembaden lagen ver van elkaar af, de zogenaamde karretjes waren altijd onbemand waardoor je zelf moest lopen als je naar het andere zwembad of stukje strand wilde. Fietsen waren volgens mij alleen voor de gasten in de bungalows en jammer dat sommige gasten (stellen) die een kamer hadden in het hotel een gratis upgrade kregen naar een bungalow, maar een solo reiziger niet. Ook was helaas de sauna en (voet)massage niet inbegrepen, met moeite een voetmassage van het huis gekregen nadat ik een bord zag waarop dat vermeld stond (alleen voor gasten die direct bij het hotel hadden geboekt)

The grounds were lovely! And the location was excellent.

The staff at reception were very unhelpful and very disorganised. They communicated poorly, not just with us but could overhear other bad commutation with other guests. The buffet breakfast was disappointing, staff assistance was limited, getting a decent coffee was non- existent. The room was VERY small for a two bed apartment. The minibar was free of charge however for two adults and two children, you provide one beer, one can of coke and one small pack of chips. And you expect no one to bring in outside food???? Throughout the resort we noticed a lot of maintenance required, doors hanging off hinges, loose tiles in the pool, paint off walls etc. The bar service for both the pool and the beach front bar was completely horrendous! No staff had a clue what they were doing!! No one approached us to offer drinks, even when we were standing at the bar and there were 5 people behind the bar! To get a drink was a tedious exercise and bar and food prices were extortionate!!!!! People come on holidays to relax and drink by the pool - perhaps this is something that could be improved!!!! As a result we predominantly ate outside the resort.

Calling itself a "Royal" beachfront resort is perhaps the most luxurious thing about this hotel. The entire experience felt penny-wise and pound-foolish. A so-called 5-star hotel with no body lotion, no milk for tea, and an empty minibar is hard to take seriously. When I asked about the missing body lotion, there was no apology, no effort to find a solution—just complete indifference. The frugality continued everywhere. Pool towels were handed out only after surrendering a room access card—one card per towel—and the towels themselves were worn and slightly torn. Asking for four bottles of water for our room resulted in being questioned about how many people were staying there. The rooms were basic, the reception was understaffed and often rude, and the overall staff attitude was unfriendly rather than welcoming. For a resort with over 200 guests, having only two treadmills says a lot about where guest experience ranks in their priorities. A 5-star hotel isn't defined by a fancy lobby or the word "Royal" in its name—it's defined by service and attention to guests. Unfortunately, this property delivered neither. If this is their idea of luxury, they may want to spend a night at an actual 5-star hotel.
