Great place, large studio, lots of space, everything you need. Mandy and her partner are very friendly and made the stay very easy. Slept very well!

Stunning location. Very helpful and friendly host. Lovely, clean, quiet and relaxing space with such a nice set up and decor. I didn't want to leave.

The key was in the door and the Mandy met us at the gate.

Mandy & George were great hosts, accommodation was of a very high standard and very friendly. They were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and recommended some very good restaurants locally. Also there were Beach Items for us to use / and the beach just few minutes away absolutely stunning beach.

Wir hatten das Studio am Anfang nicht gefunden. Gemäss Beschreibung. Wir mussten jemanden um Hilfe bitten und de tätigte dann einen Anruf wohin wir Fahren müssen mit dem Campervan. Für ein Auto hat es Platz aber für einen Campervan wird der Platz eher eng. Wir durften den vom Nachbarn nehmen.

Dass wir am Anfang nicht den Standort fanden. Fast kein Platz für den Campervan. Keine Sicht aufs Meer.

A lovely, very private accomodation. Close to the beautiful beach of Coopers beach. Also nearby Mangonui is worth a visit.

Bright and spacious yet good value

Spacious, beautifully decorated and included all that we needed to make our stay amazing

Gorgeous body wash and shampoo supplied, lush and plentiful TP, to die for shower pressure. Spotlessly clean throughout, WI fi and smart TV also faultless and immaculately maintained property, George and Mandy(and Mussy, the pointer dog) are exceptional hosts and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, can't recommend it enough.

Just the best accomodation you could ask for, well appointmented, quiet, very comfortable, clean, fresh and Airy, excellent location short enjoyable walk to explore beach and handy to shops and coffee. Excellent hosts.

Everything was spotlessly clean. Mandy was super helpful and friendly, with local knowledge, offering Fruit off her Trees, just a lovely, kind Lady. The Studio was very well equipped with top quality Crockery, Utensils etc. A lot of thought had gone into making the Studio Guest friendly. Really appreciated Mandy's efforts.

Proximity to the wonderful Coopers Beach was magic, allowed us to have loads of walks on a carpet of sand. All the shops and restuarants were close by as well as the many short trips to must see sights. Both Mandy and George were so supportive of making us feel at home while maintaining our independence.

Genuinely struggling to get anything to mention, our only regret is that we should of booked all our holiday here.

Everything… it was spotless, extremely comfortable, and had everything you need for a very relaxed stay - including a loan of deck chairs and body boards for the beach. The location was great and the hosts were wonderful. Thanks for a perfect stay Mandy and George… we will be back!

Super friendly and helpful hosts, who made us feel very welcome. Had our own seperate house with a garden, complete with a barbeque and table and chairs. The room was spacious and showed concern for the wellbeing of the guests, with attention to details. Nothing was missing neither in the kitchen nor in the bathroom. AC worked well and was quiet.

Super friendly hosts. Tastefully decorated accommodation with everything we needed. The beach is stunning with trees for shade and only a walk across the road. I loved the back yard table and chairs too. Short drive to restaurants.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at the studio! Everything about the place was perfect—from the location to the hosts, facilities, cleanliness, and overall comfort. It truly had everything you could need while away from home. There is a folder filled with information about the local area and eateries which was really handy. The backyard area is a lovely space to relax in the afternoon and evening, sipping drinks and enjoying some nibbles. It's hard to imagine a better spot to stay, I can't recommend this place enough! We will definitely be returning, can't wait!! A big thank you to Mandy for having us and being such a great host 😊

It was an amazing location, wonderful hosts and so clean and has everything you need on a holiday!

The studio is tucked behind the owner's home. Very private. Unassuming from the outside with nice garden around the entrance. Inside is a spacious layout. Really well appointed to a high standard, but not over the top. A comfy lounge to relax in with a glass of red. Finally, we got a bathroom that is quite roomy. We found the bed is so comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. They supply a good wi-fi system. The JBL bluetooth speaker was a nice touch. Mandy and George make for really nice hosts.

The fact that we only stayed one night. Should have planned better and stayed longer as Coopers Beach is a lovely area.
