Reviewed Oct 6, 2025Communication très efficace et facile, instructions pour le check-in très claires. L'appartement correspond aux photos, bien équipé, grand frigo. Machine à laver la lessive tres utile, l'air conditionné fonctionne très bien. Nous avons pu profiter une fois de la piscine. A 20 minutes à pied du centre.
Salle de bain pas très propre, les linges synthétiques fournis n'essuient pas vraiment, l'eau de la douche ne s'écoule pas correctement et stagne dans la douche (il faut racler après chaque douche pour évacuer l'eau), dans une des armoires il y avait des boules de naphtaline très très odorantes. Nous n'avons pas rouvert cette armoire, mais l'odeur était très forte (on s'habitue en étant dans l'appartement, mais à chaque arrive, il faut un moment), lit un peut dur à notre goût. C'est un peu dommage, car dans l'ensemble l'appartement mérite une meilleure note.

Reviewed Sep 27, 2024I arrived close to midnight after a very long trip (from Europe) and the instructions given to collect the keys for check in was so easy so I could get in with no hassle. The apartment has one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in this year (I'm traveling a lot). I'm also very happy with the pillows. I was in Kuching for a scientific conference and needed to iron some clothes. When I asked to borrow an iron, later that day the host delivered a (new!) iron and ironing board. Amazing service!
It is no fault of the host and more the building management. The pool access is not very straightforward, it's also closed at random hour. I ended up not using it at all (I do not have much time hanging around the apartment anyway).

Reviewed Aug 15, 2024Check in instruction was sent a few days before arriving, it's helpful and clear. Room was clean and had great river view. It's convenient to get a Grab at the lobby, sometimes it takes more than 15mins to order a car, so it's always good to plan earlier. Kuching is an amazing city, I will definitely visit again!
Pillow was a bit too hard, overall it's good.
