Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Bilik sangat spacious dan selesa. Pool untuk Superior Villa pun besar dan memang puas hati. Cuma perlu tahu yang villa ini tidak boleh menggunakan swimming pool hotel. Sebelum masuk ke pool hotel, staff akan check booking dan nombor bilik, jadi tetamu yang menginap di private property memang tidak dibenarkan masuk. Tapi sebab private pool di villa ni besar, kami okay je dan memang puas hati. Perlu berjalan sedikit utk ke villa sebab buggy tidak disediakan, tetapi tak jauh—lebih kurang 150m dari pintu belakang lobi hotel. Pantai pun dalam walking distance. Overall, memang sangat berbaloi dengan harga!
Ada beberapa ruang penambahbaikan 1. Kebersihan pool, air agak keruh 2. Internet not provided - boleh pakai hotspot sendiri

The grass near the swimming pool is like a bushes. The bottle water is drinking water not mineral water. Only 2 Sachet of Instant coffee given but no spoon avail.

Unit ini bukan di bawah pengurusan Grand Lexis secara rasmi, jadi tetamu tidak mendapat akses kepada kemudahan hotel seperti kolam renang dan perkhidmatan buggy. Selain itu, deposit RM100 perlu dibayar terus kepada pengurus unit. Dengan syarat dan kemudahan yang terhad, saya rasa lebih baik menempah terus dengan pihak hotel untuk pengalaman yang lebih lengkap dan tanpa kekeliruan.
Keadaan bilik juga kurang memuaskan. Air kolam agak keruh, hair dryer tidak berfungsi, perabot dan bilik sudah mula kelihatan usang, serta TV tidak dapat digunakan kerana tiada sambungan WiFi disediakan. Kemudahan yang ditawarkan tidak setanding dengan harga yang dibayar.

1. Only one air conditioner, located in the kitchen, so it couldn’t cool the whole villa. 2. No sink in the kitchen/pantry area. 3. No direct bathroom access from the pool; had to go through a bedroom, making the floor wet. 4. Refrigerator was small, old, and not cold enough; even the ice cream melted. 5. No windows, natural light, or views, making the villa feel enclosed. 6. Only one small dustbin, located in the bathroom.

Bilik cantek. Ruang bilik agak kecil. Mmg masa booking dh tau size bilik. Ok la ada kitchen area tp tiada sinki & tong sampah disitu. Bakul sampah & sinki hanya ada dlm bilik tandas. Mungkin utk jimat ruang. Tp penat sket la asik kne ulang alik ke tandas utk buang sampah & guna sinki. Ruang bilik tandas besar cantik sgt. Tp pintu bilik shower & tandas takde lock. Hanya boleh lock kt pintu utama bilik tandas. Agak susah utk yg ada fmly. Keperluan toiletries takde. Harap ada penambah baikan utk 4 perkara ni ok. TQ
