Vanilla Ubud Villa

Specious Villa with large rooms, big garden and pool. The host was very attentive to all messages and housekeeping was offered every day free of charge.

Leuke villa met lekker zwembad. Locatie was ook goed met het centrum niet ver weg. Lopend waren we er in 25 min, maar wel erg druk onderweg. Leuke is dat je rond Ubud ook wat meer kan lopen wat wij wel erg fijn vinden.

Het enige wat wat vervelend was, waren de scooters die constant voor het huis rijden. De woonkamer is buiten dus daar heb je wel wat last van. Het is ook een smal straatje waar geen auto's rijden, maar echt heel veel scooters. Ook is er geen uitkijk meer over rijstvelden helaas.

Great little 2-bedroom villa, nice and clean

No real view of a rice terrace but it is located in an area that is only a short walk from some lovely ones.

We had a great stay at this property. The rooms are very large, spacious, and clean. Housekeeping is done daily, and the bed linen is changed regularly, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant experience throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the host Mr. Raka, who is incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with anything you may need. His hospitality to making guests feel comfortable truly stands out.

Наша вторая половина отпуска на Бали началась с этой шикарной вилы. Мы долго выбирали, где остановится и тут мы сделали абсолютно правильный выбор😍 Мы были в восторге, когда первый раз в нее зашли и увидели всю красоту. Мы отдыхали двумя парами и нам было достаточно места для четверых взрослых людей, у каждого было свое личное пространство и в то же время было где провести время всем вместе. Эта замечательная вила находится примерно в центре Убуда, очень удобное расположение и в тоже время очень тихое и спокойное место , без суеты . Вилла совсем новая и очень очень чистая. Видно, что ее поддерживают ежедневно. На территории две большие отдельные комнаты с двухспальными кроватями и отдельной ванной в каждой комнате. Комнаты очень просторные, есть телевизор, шкаф, сейф, большое зеркало, кондиционер.По средине виллы большой холл с огромным обеденным столом, есть также кулер с чистой водой, холодильник, плита и все необходимое для готовки еды. Мы не готовили, но все равно каждый вечер проводили в холле, обсуждая наши планы екскурсий на следующий день. Так же есть огромный чисты басейн на территории, оформлен в Балийском стиле и зеленой зоной для фоток 😍Было очень круто проводить в нем время, после дневной жары в Бали. К нам приходили убирать каждый день, что очень нас удивило. Всегда меняли полотенца, выносили мусор, меняли постель и т д. И при этом всегда предупреждали и спрашивали когда удобно прийти и удобно ли нам. Нам очень понравилось отношение хозяина Рака. В наш отпуск мы застали их праздник в Бали , хозяин пригласил нас поучаствовать в ритуале, было очень мило с его стороны. Мы к сожалению не смогли прийти, так как каждый день старались посетить новые места и была запланирована в тот день екскурсия. Но вечером увидели , что нас угостили местными фруктами в честь праздника. Вообщем если эта вилла будет свободна, когда вы планируете свой отпуск, считайте что вам очень повезло и бронируйте, не пожалеете.

Die Villa war sehr gut ausgestattet, auch wirklich sehr sauber. Schöne Küche, toller Pool. Bequeme Betten, Duschwasser richtig heiss.

Leider keine Poolliegen oder Sitzsäcke. Sehr gestört hat uns der Motorrollerweg direkt vor der Villa. Den ganzen Tag Lärm und Abgase.

Maison bien équipée, nettoyage tous les jours, personnel et propriétaire très gentils et à l’écoute, peuvent même vous proposer des activités à UBUD ce qui est un gros + Comme sur les photos, je reviendrai vite !

Очень чисто, удобные и большие кровати, белье чистое и свежее. Очень понравился персонал, ненавязчивый, но всё делают хорошо, согласуют время уборки, поменяют полотенца. Хозяин Рака всегда на связи, помог с арендой скутера недорого и очень быстро. Главное, на вилле всё есть, удобная мебель, шкаф, столик туалетный, есть фен, посуда на кухне для готовки и еды. Есть вода в кулере и плюс каждый день приносят в бутылках. Бассейн небольшой, но чистый и вода не пахнет хлоркой.

Вилла замечательная, очень уютная и чистая! Встретил стафф, угостил соками, все показал. Хороший бассейн, кухонное оборудование, кровати, санузлы. Провожал нас хозяин, очень радушный и приятный Спасибо за все, постараемся вернуться)

Big beatiful villa at amazing location and well maintained pool. Raka was an amazing host and so generous that he even got my 2 yo old son cake for his birthday! Also, this villa is 100% accessible by Gojek/Grab unlike some other locations where local taxis creates pick up issues. So it was great stay for our family of three.

Diese Unterkunft war einfach perfekt. Vom Check in bis zum Check out hat alles super funktioniert. Check in war einfach, flexibel, ging schnell und unkompliziert. Der Gastgeber war 2x persönlich da und hat uns einmal einen Korb mit lokalem frischem Obst gebracht und uns auch gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Er war sehr nett und 24/7 erreichbar. Nun zu den Räumlichkeiten: Alles ist sehr, sehr sauber und neu. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Betten sind sehr komfortabel. Es gibt sogar Pflegeprodukte und Zahnbürsten und Zahnpasta für die, die nichts haben. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren sehr gut, weil das Haus ordentlich gebaut und isoliert ist für indonesische Verhältnisse. Es gibt auch zwei Router im Haus mit high Speed Internet, so dass man überall top Verbindung hat. Der Pool ist sehr gepflegt und hat eine gute Größe. Man kann tatsächlich auch ein bisschen schwimmen. Das Wasser war super angenehm, weil es nicht 35 Grad hatte wie in den andern Pools, die wir auf Bali erlebt hatten. Der Garten ist klein aber fein und sehr gepflegt. Die Gegend ist eher ruhiger, aber man ist fussläufig in 25 min im Zentrum. Der Supermarkt Bitang mit westlichen Produkten ist ebenfalls in 20-25 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Empfehlenswert für Familien, da sie auch Windeln, Babymilch, Drogerieprodukte etc. haben. In 5-10 min zu Fuß gibt es einige sehr gute Restaurants „Dinner Corner“, „healthy ubud“, „Fermeto Ubud“, „Tembaga“ mit europäischer, indonesischer und Fusionsküche. Aus der Küche hat man direkt einen unverbauten Ausblick auf die Reisfelder. Für uns war es eine Oase. Es gibt alles was man braucht, um sich auch selbst zu versorgen. Man kann sich aber auch alles super günstig und einfach über Grab nach Hause bestellen oder auch Grab für Fahrten nutzen. Das haben wir öfter gemacht.

Tout vraiment tout !! .. Tout était encore plus beau que sur les photos… chaque détail a été pensé du début à la fin. La villa est tout simplement exceptionnelle, et la gentillesse de Raka rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Toujours réactif et disponible, il sait répondre à toutes les demandes avec le sourire. 🌺 Je recommande vivement cette villa pour un séjour à Ubud : après de belles journées de découvertes, rien de mieux que de profiter de la piscine et de soirées paisibles. 🥰 donc n’hésitez pas vraiment Un grand merci à Raka pour tout 🙏

What a place to stay! A fantastic house, cozy, luxurious, with everything you need - and more. Raka and his team made our stay there a truly exceptional one, with little extra like fresh coconut, mosquito repellent - and, if you like, daily house cleaning. Communication was always great, even the transport to our next destination was organized. And most if all: Our kids (7 & 10) loved the pool. Thanks for an amazing experience.

This villa is absolutely beautiful! Stayed here with our family of 4 and the place is in immaculate condition. Plenty of space, the pool was amazing. We loved the location, far enough outside all the Ubud traffic and noise, and set out amongst real rice fields which were great to walk through and meet the locals! And really only a 5-10min scooter ride into the heart of Ubud when you feel like going in there. I feel like this villa area is where people staying in Ubud would like to come out to see, eat at the real warungs. Raka and his staff were lovely people and always contactable when needed for anything. We will definitely be staying here again next time we visit this region of Bali!

Absolutely wonderful villa and facilities. Raka and the staff were courteous gentlemen throughout our stay making sure my family was comfortable. The location is great and if I had to find one 'negative' it's that you can't drive a car directly outside the villa (approx 15m away). If you travel light it's no problem however we had 4 x suitcases and 3 x small backpacks plus a pram which made it a challenge. That being said the staff assisted us whenever possible. I would like to thank all the staff and recommend this accommodation for anyone looking to stay in beautiful Ubud. Terima kasih 🙏

Very clean property exactly same as in pictures and they provided required toiletries. House keeping done every day so we can feel relaxed after long day outs. Pool also maintained very clean. Owner Raka went above and beyond for everything required for first-time Bali visitors like us, especially with kids. Best villa in Bali👌which is near to all shops and restaurants.

Really superb villa that was spotlessly clean, tidy, and new. really loved the place, so cosy and calming. They were also thoughtful in providing insect sprays etc and would come over for daily cleaning. they also provided a hanging clothes rack (without us asking), when they noticed we had towels to dry. We slept so well every night. Thank you for the lovely hospitality!

Place is not accessible by car, and you will need to walk about 50m. It's a great place if you are fit and able, but not so much if you have elderly with walking difficulties or a lot of luggage. They are also pretty new that's why they are not on Google maps I guess, but things were a lot easier once they gave me the pinned location

The villa is amazing. Clean and well-equipped. Nice location as there is nearby warung/restaurant and local convenience store by walking distance. The owner and staff are very attentive, friendly and welcoming. The owner Encik Raka attend to our needs as soon as he can, really appreciate that. The villa itself is amazing with rice field view, we really had a nice stay here and would definitely come back in future. Highly Recommended.
