Priced well

Ease of access is an issue, there is no reception it's a serviced apartment so you are met by the manager on arrival. The unit we were in is dated with the floating floor falling apart. The area is ok but I think on reflection we could have done better but is was good value

Good location, beautiful city views, mostly friendly staff, aircon was cold.

Somewhat dated, unclean in some areas, found bugs inside, aircon was leaking onto the floor, showers were poor, bathroom sink drain a bit blocked.

Location was good. PM was nice to deal with but charged us 10% fee to cancel when it states full refund.

Pictures are dated. Place is very dingy. Old. Smells. Hard to access elevators and slow. Wouldn't stay here.

3ベットルームあり、それぞれのペースで休めたこと。 リビングで飲食したり、ゲームをしたり、旅行の打ち合わせもできた。洗濯機が室内にあるため帰国前に洗濯ができたのも楽だった。スタッフの配慮で荷物を夕方まで預かってもらえたこと。

シャワーを浴びるとトイレまで水浸しになること。 一つのエアコンの効きが良くなかったこと。

A great apartment with amazing views over the park and looking towards the Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral and Walking Street - see the sunrise and night time photos taken from the balcony. We were able to follow a walking tour route straight from the entrance to the building, and enjoy easy access to many highlights of Saigon district.

The location was excellent and lots of restaurants nearby.

The kitchen did not have enough cutlery and was a bit dated.

The location and size of the apartment. Had a fantastic view and all the amenities.

The bed was hard and very uncomfortable to sleep. Lucky we were only there for 2 nights. The smell in the bathrooms drains were awlful

Location is great, view is very nice, very spacious.

It's not a big problem and can be fixed easily. it's missing one pulb at the sink in one bathroom, drainage is slow in one shower, the other shower does not have a curtain, water splashing everywhere.

No gym, no cafe, no pool, only two lifts.. both of which were extremely slow.

I wish the sofa was a bit bigger as me and my sone wnated to wacy netflix together, but the sofa wasn't the type to chill ou ton, too small for us. But the place and beds were great.

Posizione ottima. Appartamento molto curato e dotato di diversi comfort. Personale gentilissimo. Lavatrice, microonde, bollitore, due bagni, vista top. Siamo stati benissimo. Struttura consigliatissima.

The location was so convenient. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and big balcony with spectacular city views. Beds were very comfortable. Host was professional and super helpful.

The plumbing system in the bathroom is not the best. The big bedroom is cluttered with mattresses, the TV in the bedroom doesn't work since I was there last October.

The apartment is good and the location is convenient.

The air conditioners in two rooms were working poorly, and only one room was cooling properly.

Location was perfect. Nice big apartment with amazing view. everything about the stay went smoothly and met our expectations. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the great amenities really enhanced our stay. The location was also very convenient for exploring Ho Chi Minh City.

There was nothing to complain about as everything was excellent.

Good location. Beautiful view of HCMC. Has a balcony which you can watch the sunrise. Great facilities provided by host Jayden. A pleasure to deal with and very accomodating. Allowed us to check out late and also provide luggage storage until our flight. Thank you Jayden.

No convenience store close by. There is one down the road, which is a short walk.

Leider sehr ungepflegtes Appartement, schmutziges Besteck, kaputte Lampen unter dem Bett und viel Staub. Ein Bett war unbeschreiblich hart, eine Klimaanlage tropfte aufs Laminat

Check in & check out. Sliding door to balcony no handle-hard to move. Reception staff rude. No tv channels or Netflix. Wet bathrooms.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Direkt im Distrikt 1. Man konnte entweder zu Fuß alles erreichen oder mit der Grab-App sich jederzeit ein Taxi buchen und abgeholt werden. Der Gastgeber Jayden konnte uns stets jederzeit helfen, falls was gebraucht wurde. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Küchen-Ausstattung könnte man ausbauen aber nagut ich war immer draußen essen.

Good location in the city, restaurants and sights were walkable, spacious apartment.

The cleanliness was not great. At first it looked cleaned, but we found hair on the toilet, a fake eyelash in the bedroom, lots of dirt and items behind the master bed and the kitchen and patio doors did not seem clean enough.

A lovely apartment in a great location. In fact I’d love to live in it. Big windows and plenty of room with really nice staff.

No disrespect but it needs some refurb to grab hold of its 5 star rating. Also there was confusion about the actual apartment we booked. Something like, “The pictures in the booking may not reflect the actual apartment” would be helpful so there’s no confusion.

Value for money and good location. Washer facilities.

Beds very hard. Not brilliantly equipped. Settee very lumpy and not comfortable to sit on. Only 1 key provided for 4 adults.

Not the cleanest of places and certainly not 5* as advertised. No simple things like a kettle. The photos are clearly old. It’s quite dated. The chap who checked us in was in quite a rush to take the money and go. The people who are on the reception don’t even acknowledge you.

The property is located in the head of District 1. All shops are nearby for less than 20 min walking.

Toilet is not dry quickly after showering. Some equipments could not use.

Łazienka wymaga remontu, po przyjeździe okazało się, że nie ma dla jednej osoby łóżka pomimo opisu że jest to opcja dla 7 osób. Dobrze że to tylko na 1 noc.

The property manager Jaden is nice, polite and very responsive. The location of the property is very good to access to different sites . The apartment is very large with all the necessary kitchen utilities plus a washing machine for a comfortable stay .

The bathroom is the old design: no shower door and the sofa shows sign of age, should be replaced soon.

My daughter felt itchy in her bed and said there were bugs so we didn’t use 1 bedroom. Also the electricity switched on and off a number of times.
