Atour X Hotel Shantou Vientiane City Convention and Exhibition Center

Location is good, near to food street. Room was comfortable although a bit small.

None.

The location is great. Near to a major shopping mall and famous food street

Staff were unhelpful. When we arrived, it was raining, I rushed in to borrow an umbrella but the staff just stood there and look. We arrived with old folks and 7 pieces of luggages but none came to help. Disappointing.

Location is perfect , and facilities great.

Nothing to dislike.

叫了早上叫醒沒有叫

Excellent location, free laundry and supper

Only found out booked room had no windows upon check in. Had to pay extra for change to room with windows. Due to no fault of staff, corridor smelt of cigarettes (rather common in China even at 5 stars hotels)

Good location, friendly reception staffs, complimentary porridge at 9.30pm, comfy bed etc

The room itself was perfect, however I feel that the housekeeping could have been done more carefully. For example, the dustbins and laundry baskets were not placed neatly, and the bed was not pulled tightly, especially when the room was made up the following day. In addition, the coffee and tea were not replenished the next day. A packet of tissue was simply left on the vanity top instead of being placed properly. One of the basin cabinets was also left open and the cleaner did not close it.

The property is in a strategic location with plenty of food options nearby, making it very convenient. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially attentive to elderly guests, which we truly appreciated.

It would be helpful to have a bidet spray or water hose installed next to the toilet for added convenience and hygiene.

酒店的位置及房間舒適

酒店大堂較熱，空調大一點會較好

Good location. Easily accessible to food and shopping mall Mix C. Very convenient and there’s a large bakery next door.

Location

Staff was not very helpful.

Location provided washing machine

Nil

Location, have free late night supper

Can do with more lifts. There is only 1 lift.

F ront Desk personnel are generally friendly and helpful including the housekeeping personnel. Staff Ms QiQi went the extra mile to help with our luggages when our transport arrived. Very pleased with our stay and keep up your good work👍👍

The location is perfect. You get to see the modern and old part of Shantou at the same time. The staff are super friendly; they are out to serve your needs.

None at the moment.

干净舒服整洁，房间很宽敞，员工态度很好，位置很好，附近很多吃的。酒店还提供免费的夜粥

Great location, busy area with lots of shopping, places to eat etc. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable and modern. The staff were friendly. Decent breakfast.

Nothing

Location is good and staff all very helpful n nice. Comes with free washing n drinks at the lobby everyday.

Lift corridors has smoking smells, guess always some guest did not follow the rules.

Though the hotel is relatively small, it makes a strong first impression with its warm lighting and welcoming essential scent upon arrival. It’s excellent location- just a 10 minutes walk to a mega mall and surrounded by a wide variety of food options along the street.

The only downside was the lift situation - there’s just one elevator, and wait times can get frustrating, especially when it’s occupied by the service robot.

Location is superb. Room is big and comfortable. Also hotel is surrounded by shops and eating places and a very short walking distance to the shopping malls.

there is only one lift and therefore takes a bit of time of waiting for lift.

Nice location with numerous restaurants and two large malls nearby The room itself was impeccable - clean, new with all the amenities fully equipped. The staff members were friendly and helpful although some had limited English proficiency. They made a great effort to communicate effectively. Want to go back again if I have the opportunity to revisit Shantou! Highly recommended!!
