Alla reception abbiamo trovato Nghi che ci ha accolto con disponibilità e gentilezza dal momento in cui siamo arrivati fino alla partenza. Hotel in posizione eccezionale, in pieno centro ma senza il frastuono della movida notturna, vicino alle attrazioni principali. Pulito, con l'ascensore, aria condizionata e tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Da consigliare.

C'est un hôtel confortable, propre, et avec un personnel très sympathique, disponible et très accueillant. L'hôtel est très bien situé au cœur de la ville Ho Chi Minh Ville dans le 1er district. Je recommande.

Sidewalk was fixing, difficult moving, staff willing to help, room is clean, should be placed the sign "No Smoking" on the doors and the halls.

Best location, near to many tourist spots. Walking distance to Benh Tanh Market, War Remnants Museum, Sai Gon Central Post Office, Notre Dame Cathedral and many others.

The toilet and bath. In one of the rooms we occupied (Rm 201), there's a not so good smell in the toilet. The blinds in the toilet window doesn't cover the whole window. The door in the toilet doesn't lock, the lockset is defective.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, within walking distance of touristic spots and good restaurants. The staff are polite and very helpful. Nghi even helped us with booking a tour. Room provided was a good value for money.

We had booked a king room, when we arrived we were told the white one was not available so the receptionist told us he would show us the red one or we could move to a different hotel, it was almost 10pm at night, when we seen the “king room” there was no window and smelt very damp, we didn’t want the hassle of moving hotels at 10pm at night as we had been travelled all day from Indonesia so we settled for the red room but we just feel the “red king room” should not be the price it is especially when it doesn’t have a window.

Good location with access to restaurants, cafes, etc. Nice bedroom and shower room. Staff were friendly and helpful, staff very fascinating look.

Beautiful, bright and comfortable room with a lovely view. The hotel reception were so kind and helpful with suggestions and even lost items! I am so grateful for their help. The location is perfect too - a 10/10 stay!

The pictures did not match the property, it’s not maintained at all. The rooms and bathroom were very bad quality, there were hair on the bed when we arrived. The rooms look super old, nasty and not at all like they have been cleaned. When we complained to the staff they did not care about that and since this was non refundable booking there was no choice for us.

It was ok for the price . Staff is almost busy but they do they best :)

The photos what was shown in the website is completely different in reality. No ventilation at all. Rooms are untidy with fungus on the wall. We stayed there for 4 days.. Not even once they cleaned the room. Not worth for the cost. Over all it was bad experience. I dont even recommend this hotel to my enemies

We also enjoyed the location. Good location but can be noisy at night and in the early morning when people start working. Really central to everything we wanted to see

This hotel was fully booked when we arrived so they moved us to their ‘better’ sister hotel called The One Hotel- the aircon unit may aswell not be there, room was boiling, bed uncomfortable and a lot of noise throughout the night. Although I do have to praise the company for paying for a taxi and sorting the new accommodation when the Ben thahn station was fully booked
