Reviewed Sep 2, 2026The apartment was good and clean. The staff were polite and did their utmost to be helpful. The apartment is located in the center of Osmangazi; all the old markets and the center of Bursa are just steps away.
The only thing I didn't like was that the lighting and air conditioning are controlled by the room key; the AC turns off when you leave, which is a downside for me given the hot weather.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026家族4人で泊まりました。立地は抜群で、トラムのHeykel駅のすぐ近く、時計台のある広場のすぐ裏です。部屋は非常に広かったです。 私が誤って電気調理を壊してしまったのですが、ホテルのスタッフは怒ることもなく、親切に対応してくださいました（もちろん、調理器の弁償はしました）。
キッチンの収納に前宿泊者の物と思われるパンが残っていました。

I could hear the next room’s talking clearly, walls were not sound proof so it might be uncomfortable of you’re sensitive like me.

Air conditioner wasn’t working and he told me to restart it when it stops working. I had to get up 3 times in the night to do it. It disturb my sleep.

Why oh why does accommodation use poison spray in rooms, after one night I was tasting the stuff in my mouth, even my husband who had the worse sense of smell could smell it, only one key per apartment, made it difficult to go out without your partner. to be fair it was cheap but wouldn’t stay there again for 2 couples,

Reviewed May 20, 2026We’re happy to agree with the previous reviewers - this hotel definitely deserves 10 points out of 10. The staff were absolutely amazing: super friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We arrived in a minivan, and since the hotel is located in the old town, parking nearby is almost impossible. The receptionist simply took our keys, parked the van for us somewhere safe, and brought it back whenever we needed it - such a great service and completely stress-free for us. The whole hotel was spotless, and the cleanliness really stood out throughout our stay. The location is also perfect - you can explore all of Bursa on foot without needing a car or public transport at all. There are plenty of good places to eat nearby, but don’t get trapped into paying tourist prices at the closest “super famous” Kebapçı İskender restaurant. Just ask the receptionist - they’ll happily recommend much better kebab places for half the price. Overall, this hotel was excellent from every angle, and we would happily stay here again.

الشقة التي تحتوي على غرفة وصالة ليس بها شطاف واطلالة نافذتها على خرابة، هذا مادفعني الى ترقية حجزي الى غرفتين وصالة حيث يترفر بها شطاف واطلالة نوافذها على شارع المحلات

Brakowało sztućców, liczba pozostawionych saszetek z kawą i wody mineralnej nie odpowiadała liczbie osób, które miały być zakwaterowane w apartamencie.

Немного ушатанные номера, потрепанные. В номере было очень холодно, как не пытались не могли включить кондиционеры на тепло. Не самый удобный подъезд на машине, но это не вопрос отеля
