Hotel en pleno centro ciudad. Aunque declara 2* realmente está bien.parking incluido. Cama cómoda.habitacion amplia confortable, a escasos metros de todo. Zona de bares próxima. Pegado al bazar

No no tenga techos, se oye todo de otras habitaciones. Wiffi muy flojo.increible que no haya leche para el desayuno. Hay muebles y encimera de cocina pero vacíos ni un plato ni cubiertos .. que pena. Frigorífico estropeado no se ha revisado .

All the major places are walking distance, easy tram and meteo bus availability, you do need a taxi as it is expensive, you can go by buses...

I hear the breakfast is good -- I wouldn't know.

I wanted to refund this. I did not spend the afternoon or evening or night. Went to a different hotel instead. The wifi was terrible, the AC was either full-bore or had to be off 100%. the safe-deposit box was not working at all. The fridge was not working until I specifically requested support -- as I had to do for every little thing. The shower handle.. don't get me started. The window had to either be lifted all the way up to be opened or would just be shut. No in between. And it was hot. The window itself was very heavy to lift. l was a terribly uncomfortable experience altogether. I was recovering from surgery and needed just a few days' stay but decided to go to a different hotel within a couple of hours of being there. Recorded all the defects and wanted to refund but the hotel did not agree and Booking totally flaked out on me. Good to know for the future, Booking.

El parking y la ubicación

Está muy sucio, zonas que no han limpiado en años. Totalmente dejado. Se nota que el hotel no le han hecho nada desde que lo construyeron. Alfombras sucias, rotas, no hay aire acondicionado en los pasillos. Mobiliario roto. El desayuno solo vale el pan, el resto no vale para nada. No hay café a pesar de ver a la cocinera o limpiadora con un café. No repetiría.

Quartos com espaço. O pequeno almoço suficiente. Funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis. O hotel tem charme e a localização é excecional. Relação qualidade preço é boa!

A manutenção dos equipamentos e da estrutura, precisa de alguma intervenção e de subsitituição de materiais, por exemplo, na bonita casa de banho.

Sehr nah an der Altstadt und nettes Personal.

Tiefgarage ist vorhanden aber mit Dachbox nicht befahrbar. Direkt neben dem Hotel gibt es aber einen öffentlichen und einen privaten, zahlpflichtigen Parkplatz.

Beautiful, old building with an old Ottoman atmosphere. The room was spacious and there's a private parking garage right next door to the hotel. So, don't park your car at the paid parking in front of the hotel (like we did at first).

The personnel does not speak English. After repeatedly asking through Booking about where to park, we never got an answer. Communication at thr front desk was difficult. The room was quite old and really needs some renovation. We showered in the late afternoon, but the water was very hot and could not get cold. Probably, the sun heated the water during the whole day.

Die Lage und Tiefgarage.

Ich war vor 3 Jahren schonmal in dieser Unterkunft. Leider ist das Hotel sehr stark in die Jahre gekommen. Die Klimaanlagen, das Bad allgemein die Zimmer. Die Matratzen sind sowas von durchgenudelt, dass Rückenschmerzen vorprogrammiert ist. Das Hotel hat wirklich Potenzial. Aber ein drittes Mal wird sicherlich nicht geben. Wirklich schade.

The location is perfect, near many restaurants and cafes and all the city sights

I stayed for 2 days, they only provide 2 sealed cups of water, 2 tea bags, with no daily refreshment or room cleaning. No safe on the room, and i had to move with my valuable staff everywhere. The room B2 location is very bad, you can hear everything on the terrace, plus its near a stairs with glassy wall, so any one can spot your privacy if the curtains not closed The staff is not speaking english at all, even if the simplest words The worst thing happen, that i forgot my charger on the room, and after i left it for less than 30 min, i sent one of my friends to the room to check it, the reception told him that the nothing on the room, and im sure 1000% that i forgot it inside the room, this is very bad indicator of the staff honesty.

L'hôtel est vraiment charmant, il a un style ottoman que j'aime beaucoup. Le personnel est très gentil et souriant. Tout est propre et il est proche de vraiment tout à pied.

Грязь и пыль везде. Многолетняя грязь на окнах. Мы останавливались в этом же номере 2 года назад, и голубиные какашки на стеклах - на тех же местах, что и в прошлый раз :)) Мало света - из пяти ламп в шикарной старинной люстре работает одна, в ванной двигаешься практически наощупь. Антикварная красивая мебель, к сожалению, поломана и не чинится. Кресло с отломанным подлокотником... Завтрак (с 8.30 да еще с опозданием) - наша ошибка. За двоих за 2 ночи заплатили 1800 лир = 36 евро, причем деньги потребовали авансом! Завтрак: несколько тонких долек огурцов и пластмассовых помидор (где они их в Турции нашли?), 10 маслин, вареное яйцо, упаковочки джема, меда и масла, хлеб и слабенький чай (1 бардак). Воду принесли только после отдельной просьбы. В общем, я опечален... Больше мы не приедем в этот умирающий отель.

De locatie en de oldtime gebouw, echter komen de fotos niet overeen met hetgeen op booking. De eerste foto is een AI GEMAAKTE FOTO bij aankomst moest ik de hotel zoeken dat niet er op leek te zijn, wel jammer. Ik had mijn vermoedens al maar goed, zonder het te gezien hebben wil ik geen beoordeling geven. Verder waren er wat minpuntjes in de kamer mbt het onderhoud dat niet alle deuren even goe dicht gaan, je moest keihard klappen met de deuren anders kijf je hem niet op slot. Bij aanvang receptie stond een mevrouw blijkbaar tijdelijk daar inchecken was niet zo soepel verlopen als het moet zijn.

Er stond een man omgeving van de receptie denk dat hij daar week. Helemaal zwart aangekleed hij praat niet groet niet kijk alleen naar je als je langsloopt hij praat niet kijkt heel vaag naar je toe helemaal stilletjes, als je eten besteld kijkt hij raar naar jouw op. Ik mocht zijn blikken niet als die een paar dagen zich had herhaald( hadden wij ruzie gehad zeker weten) het leek erop alsof hij de eigenaar was maar zijn gedragingen waren onprofessioneel. Zeer zeker voelde ik me wel veilig( mij overkomt niets) maar ik had wel mijn kinderen bij waarbij ik twijfels kreeg. De reden van die heer is dat ik niet meer bij het hotel in bursa zul verblijf en. Groeten is gratis vertel hem dat maar eens. Het was niet echt Gastvrij. Oh nog niet te vergeten, de weg naar ons kamers stond geen lichten aan ik moest met mijn telefoon flashlight mijn kamer zoeken, nog nooit zo iets meegemaakt

Awesome hotel. Very very good staff even the lady at counter helped us regarding direction of different spots even battling with language problem. Location is good. Rooms were comfortable. I liked interior designing inside rooms. Worth staying.

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже в третий раз. Привлекает отличное расположение ( основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности, рядом множество кафе и ресторанчиков с разумными ценами, магазины, рынок, остановки автобусов, в том числе маршрута 38 до автовокзала, и трамваев, близко станция метро ), антураж, чистота, невысокая цена, возможность взять завтраки.

Раньше мне доставались номера в основном здании, они имели некоторые недочёты ( о чем я писала в отзывах ), но в целом мне нравились. В этот раз меня заселили в дополнительное здание во дворе, и это, могло бы быть расценено как апгрейд, но... Из плюсов - номер большой, видимо, задумывался как семейные апартаменты, с большой кроватью, диваном, кухонным уголком. Из минусов - кухонный уголок оборудован только раковиной и холодильником, шкаф расположен на каменном фундаменте и пользоваться им неудобно, а протиснуться к нему между кроватью и столом сложно. Около кровати не предусмотрены светильники, а розетки были обесточены, также не работал кондиционер. Слышимость с соседним номером не критичная, но присутствует.

Birkaç saatliğine gündüz ziyaretime gelen misafirim için çıkış yaptıktan sonra telefon açıp ne kadar ücret ödediğimi? ödemeyi nereden yaptığımı? kaç kişilik yaptığımı sordular? Açıkçası ücret talep etmek istediler!!! İki gece kahvaltı opsiyonlu olmasına rağmen sabah erken saatlerde çıkış yaptığım için kahvaltı hiç yapmadım otelde o yüzden bu konuda yorum yapmayacam! Genel olarak çok nezaketsiz ve mesnetsiz bir durum sergilediler Kesinlikle bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim bir Otel bundan sonra

全体的に暗すぎです 部屋の電気は3箇所つかず，言っても直すといい結局直してくれませんでした 部屋は臭いので，バスルームのドアは閉め切っていました バスルームは清潔感に乏しい(臭いので，そんな気になります) 3泊しましたが掃除は一回もありませんでした。なのでタオルは交換していませんし，水は次の日からフロントにもらいに行きました

Cet établissement est extrêmement bien situé dans le centre de la vieille ville de Bursa. La petite cour est très agréable pour prendre un çay au soleil et les chambres sont très confortables avec un décor un peu rétro très sympathique.

雰囲気のあるホテルで朝食もゆっくり食べることができました。行きたい街への移動方法についてもすごく親身に相談に乗ってくださり、本当に助かりました。

設備が古かったのか、最初の部屋は暖房が効かず動くまで待ってくれと言われ、氷点下の部屋で2時間耐えました。流石に耐えられないと訴えたところ別の部屋に移していただきました。移った部屋は暖かかったです。 もし部屋に余りがあるのであれば早いタイミングで対応してくださればと思いました。

El hotel está super bien ubicado, está muy cerca de la mezquita, del bazar, de restaurantes, de comercio, pero sin el bullicio de estar cerca de todo aquello. El staff muy amable, la pieza muy cómoda, el baño también. La decoración es como viajar al pasado, pero con el confort de los tiempos actuales. Tiene parking cerrado. El desayuno con un pan muy rico, incluye té, no café (pero pedir un café tuco cuesta 50 tl) Como dato: en algunos restaurantes y tiendas NO aceptan tarjetas de crédito extranjera, les recomiendo preguntar antes. Bursa es precioso y a precio normal. Si van primero a Istambul y luego para acá, compren acá. Los precios son 1/3 o hasta 1/4 qué allá. Es una ciudad que sorprende para bien. Y el hotel tambien

Le mécanisme de la lumière avec la carte magnétique, pas du tout pratique il était cassé et s’éteignait toute les minute pour prendre une douche c’est assez inconfortable de sortir de la douche toute les seconde pour le refixer.

The cleanliness. Beds, bathroom all were a disappointment. Shower head fell, everything we needed a shower. Showers tall door was broken and was standing against a wall. WC seat was broken, faucet in the basin was broken, bedroom windows did not open. Lighting in bed and bathroom was not more than a couple of candles. I had the worst experience of my entire decade of regularly staying at booki.com recommend places. I strongly recommend to think twice before opting for this place

The decorations in the room and public areas are traditional and beautiful, I feel like I'm staying in a historical building. Nonetheless the rooms are well equipped, so I didn't feel it was old or outdated. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful experience. As for the location, it is walkable to all the main sites in the historical center. In addition, the hotel itself is quite famous among locals, so it's not difficult for the taxi drivers to find the place.

Нужно е малко по-голямо внимание към банята. На душ кабината и липсваха винтове на дръжките на вратичките. Релсите по който се движеха вратичките явно имаха някакъв проблем, на два пъти ми оставаха в ръчете и се налагаше да ги вкарвам в коловозите. Въртока на чешмата му липсваше едно от четирите уши. На мивката крана на топлата вода беше отдясно, а на душ батерията на душ кабината беше отляво.

The first night spent at this hotel was a horror night. I had asked during my reservation for a quiet room if possible, away from the street with the tram. This request was completely ignored. But the worst was yet to come. The little room I received had a strong toxic smell, not just sewage smell as is often the case in Turkey, but toxic, so strong that despite the cold outside, I opened the window and kept the door open for hours. The smell being the strongest in the bathroom, I kept the door closed and couldn't imagine using it. I used the public washrooms for that evening. At reception, they told me the hotel was full and they couldn't change my room, but they lied because a lady arrived with her suitcase later that evening. I wanted to leave the hotel, but it was already very late and I was very tired. I looked but couldn't find anything in the immediate surroundings (no car). After hours spent in the hallway, I returned to the horror atmosphere room, I had to keep the door open. After midnight, the person next to my room started smoking. I don't know what the walls are made of as not only can you hear everything but my room got totally filled with strong cigarette smoke. At around 2 am, I went again to reception to ask for help with the situation. He said he didn't know why it smelled like smoke (in the hallway too, obviously) and didn't do anything about it. That night I didn't sleep and it left a horrible memory. The second day, they gave me a room, probably the only one where the washroom has a window, as I got to see more rooms. The room was better, lighter, on the parking side, no strong smell this time. No noise from the tram, but lots of noise and cigarette smell from the guys working just underneath, repairing shop. In comparison to the first night, the two last nights were better, at least I didn't have the strong smell. My request of reimbursement for the first night was denied, horrible customer service.

Banyoda geçmeyen kötü bir koku var ve havalandırma yok. Duş eski ve yenilenmesi lazım. Oda küçücük ve kötü aydınlatılmış rahat edilmiyor. Camlarda bir sineklik yok. akıllı tv yok gereksiz bir ekran koymuşlar. Kısaca yıllardır aynı bakımsız halde duruyor.

Le bac de la douche doit être refait, il n'est pas étanche du tout, impossible donc de prendre une douche sans inonder complètement la salle de bain. Petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus.

Hyper bien situé, beaucoup de chose à faire et à voir près de l’hôtel sans prendre de taxi ou bus. Le personnel est très gentil et aidant en tout point. Certains parlent vraiment bien anglais, d’autre moins mais avec des efforts de part et d’autre et un peu d’aide technologique, on y arrive 😂 Le petit déjeuner était très bon avec des portions très généreuses!

Je suis canadienne, j’ai eu chaud😂 Mais en Türkiye c’est le début de l’hiver et l’ouverture du chauffage 🤷🏼‍♀️ Un gentil employé de soir est venu m’ouvrir une fenêtre!

Отличное расположение, в самом центре, рядом остановки трамвая и автобусов, от метро несколько минут пешком. Все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Отель оформлен в "старинном" стиле, в нём приятно находиться. Очень чисто, кровать удобная, бельё хорошее. В номере есть всё необходимое. Есть уютный внутренний дворик.

Освещение в номерах недостаточное, лампочек мало и они тусклые. Об этом уже писали в отзывах и другие гости, но хозяева отеля, похоже, исправлять ничего не собираются. Нет возможности продлить пребывание в номере до вечера в день отъезда, нужно оплачивать полностью сутки. Персонал был не очень любезен.

It has an old world charm. The neighbourhood has a nice market will plenty of food to taste. The bus (38) from the bus terminale drops you very close by. The staff was super friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast as well.

Fittings in the bathroom could improve but I am not complaining at this cost.

Хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Просторный номер. Близко остановка городского тоанспорта, удобно добираться на 38-ом автобусе от автовокзала. Удобное расположение, можно пешком дойти до части достопримечательностей в старой части города.

Завтрак слабоват, поэтому на второй день не стал завтракать. На ресепшн нет карты города, советуют смотреть в интернете, с которым у меня были проблемы.

Breakfast was good, it was complementary as we were given a room that we did not booked.

The dishonesty and no transparency. We arrived late just before 11pm, all we want is sleep and rest, we have entered the room and I felt the room they gave us is not what I’ve booked for 1 night - in my memory it was nice, looking clean and beautiful room. I’ve deleted my booking.com app as I don’t have phone memory left, but I’ve downloaded the app the next day as I was not satisfied with the room they gave us and indeed they gave us the room that we did not booked. My husband raised the issue the next day, however the daughter’s owner mentioned to us that the room they gave us was a “Villa” and it’s the best room in the hotel, unfortunately we are not stupid to figure things out. The Deluxe Suite room photos looks amazing online which we booked - is not even close to the room “villa” they gave us. The villa room looks like the lowest category in that hotel. My husband then asked if they can show us the Deluxe Suite room - so we can see the difference, the daughters owner said “oh it’s occupied at the moment as guests have decided to stay longer” She then called her father to let him know about the issue and she mentioned to him that they have given our room to someone else which was not mentioned to us when we checked in - that is DISHONESTY, trying to fool us. It would have been nice if they informed us upon check in and give us refund as the room we were was lower category than we have paid and booked. I don’t even care about the refund, I want them to honest and do proper business. I raised this issue to booking.com as we cannot tolerate this kind of operation. We don’t want tourist to experience what we have experienced. Room photos on their website or online is different in reality, be careful.

Bardzo spodobał się ten hotel, był w centrum, ale w tym samym czasie był parking, dojazd wydal się trochę nie oczywisty, ale daliśmy radę. Bardzo spodobał się hotel w środku oraz pokoje, taki historyczny wystrój, bardzo polecam.

Śniadanie, gdzieś przeczytałam że jest znakomite, a było zwykle serwowane, to by, poprawiłam, może dodałaby, kawę i td.

Hôtel au riche patrimoine historique. Le personnel d’accueil est aux petits soins, jour et nuit, rendant le séjour très agréable.

The location is perfect, next to a big parking lot which costs 100 TL/ day, close to eateries (although not many breakfast options, but plenty for dinner, including the most famous iskender kebap place at 5 min walking) and within walking distance of most sites. It is also in a beautiful historic building and the decorations are in line with that.

Being in very central location comes with its own disadvantages, in particular in Turkey: a mosque is close enough that the prayer call is very easy to hear, including at 5 am. Another rather common problem in Turkey is that the curtains don't cover well the windows, there is a lot of light entering the room. And I have to say that the place was far from spotlessly clean (I am not a cleaning freak by any means).

Heel degelijk hotel, vriendelijk personeel, heel lekker vers en gevarieerd ontbijt, goeie en rustige kamers met airco. En dat alles voor een heel redelijke prijs.

Moeilijk te vinden. Laat je niet afschrikken door de lelijke voorgevel.

We unfortunately had a broken AC in our booked room (can happen) and the staff kindly offered us another (bigger) room free of charge. Very positive experience. Good value for money. Location is also very central and great. Did not have the breakfast so can't judge.

Very close to the city center. The staff is very friendly. It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel with a very nice interior.
