Little House in KhauPha, Mu Cang Chai - homestay, cuisine, cafe

One of the most beautiful joyful experiences I have had, the food was amazing and the staff . Loved the warmth welcome of the staff, and the delicious food.

Such a nice experience in Vietnam! Small village, away from touristy areas. Some of the most remarkable days walking around the villages! Thank you, Si, for everything! We loved meeting you and our stay.

This place was fantastic! It's absolutely beautiful and super peaceful. The housekeeper is lovely, helpful and a great cook. The valley around is stunning and offered decent hiking. We were able to spend our mornings sitting by the river or garden reading our books and our evenings around a delicious hotpot. The owner was really kind and helpful. This would be our go to if we are in the area again

Beautiful place in local wey small village and on river bank. The host is wonderful and took care of simply everything. Hiking in the area between the villages is great. We also did Paragliding whose location is 10 minutes walking distance from the homestay.

Nothing. Really wonderful place.

very nice staff who took good care of us; clean facilities; nice surroundings in a small village; host and staff can arranged most things like scooter rental and motorbike taxi; good family dinner option - would recommend

the host got our booking mixed up so no one was expecting us when we arrived in the early morning after a local night bus ride from Hanoi; it’s more like a big room separated with wooden walls, so you hear the other guests in their „rooms“; even though the wooden walls don‘t go all the way up to the ceiling (therefore the guest „rooms“ are open at the top) it is hard to get some air ventilation inside so it gets quite hot and humid inside the wooden „rooms“ (they provide fans though); breakfast more on the simple side

One of our favourite place in Vietnam. Kind of place you do not want to leave. We did not meet the owner but Ms Si is wonderful, very kind and she makes her best to help you and provide everything you need. The salmon- sashimi-hotpot set for dinner was AMAZING!! And her help to organise our way back to Hanoi really appreciated. The place was extremely cosy, quiet and very clean. You do not want to miss it.

Breakfast could be better. Even if you have the option "breakfast included" drinks like coffee or tea are not included. And the option 'bread' is too simple.

Nothing

We spent 5 wonderful days relaxing and enjoying the rivers and scenic walks around the house. The host, Ms. Nga, was incredibly responsive and helped us organize fantastic scooter rides and hikes. Highly recommended for anyone looking to disconnect and experience the beauty of nature.

Maybe that the rooms lack a bit of space for the luggages but not a big issue

The breakfast was great. We tried the traditional breakfast of sticky rice and dried meat. It was unique and delicious. The homestay was in a beautiful location. It's in a valley surrounded by mountains. We particularly love the stream in the back of the homestay; beautiful, fresh, and cool. The owners are wonderful people. The staff are super helpful. We had a great relaxing stay there. Highly recommended!

We liked everything.

Beautiful quiet and nice location, the host was very sweet and welcoming, felt like home. Great food. Only the shared noise from rooms suprised some guests.

It was quiet and very peaceful in a small village right on the river

Amazing holiday. Extraordinary hosts. Hadn't it been for the typhoon would have returned again already....

One of the most amazing places we have ever stayed at! Nga put so much thought, love and attention into making the house, room and garden feel comfortable and cozy. It's paradise! She was also extraordinarily helpful in arranging our onward transportation. Very highly recommended!
