The environment.

No one came to greet us and show us around, the WhatsApp communication that resulted in delayed responses as a result we could not do all activities within the facilities.. No one communicated that we should bring our own cleaning detergents.

The fact that the lagoon makes us pay whereas we booked for the weekend2

Kein Schlüssel im Safe. Der Pool nur gegen extra Kosten. Der Zustand der Möbel ist nicht besonders gut. Es ist sehr laut dort, morgens und abends. Die Appartements liegen in einer Festung.

Guests must be made aware of exclusions during booking re extra costs such as beach entry, games, canoeing costs to better plan finances.

The property was not clean the blanket had this smell but the size of the room was okay.

The apartment was very comfortable, close to the Lagoon, and convenient as it's on the ground floor. Very beautiful and spacious. Host was communicative and we did not struggle to reach her.

The apartment was unfortunately not cleaned when we arrived on scheduled check in time due to previous guests leaving late which seemed a bit unfair. The rooms were then not thoroughly cleaned, and most of the bedding was still wet. There were some issues with supplies which we had to buy ourselves for some as they were not available.

Just liked the location

The apartment was very dirty, cockroaches all over, old towels,not to mention the bathroom. It was a nightmare.

Kitchen utensils were not there for us to use n also oven was not working Could not access the pool because we were told that we were supposed to pay hence thought that was paid for when paying for accommodation

The rooms were tidy and well organised, clean including the bathrooms and bedding. The bed was comfortable. Amenities were sufficient and of good quality. ☺️

Everything was perfect, the only thing that need to be done is to add more serving dishes and enough plates for the number of guests. 😉

The place was neat and accommodative for my family, the space in our apartment was big, kids were able to move around and play in the house as the weather was not so good for them to go for swimming, but we enjoyed our stay and looking forward to coming back in the near future.

Not, everything exceeded our expectations.

The place is absolutely beautiful. The photos don’t even do it justice, it’s even more stunning when you arrive and see it in person. It’s incredibly spacious, clean, and perfectly maintained. The host was great, and overall it was a perfect weekend for us. We truly enjoyed every moment.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no milk provided. There was sugar, coffee, and tea bags, but no milk. It would be great if the host could add some milk in the future, even if it’s just powdered milk. - overall we love your place host, you’re so perfect.

Place is user friendly and it does accommodate all genres,young or udults only if other occupants could also acknowledge visitors.

This unsubstantiated fines about noise while ppl are on vacation some closing all their stokvels and societies celebrating weddings , birthday parties it is no on.yes the law says from 9 pm noise should be reduced but for a group of 6 it is impossible.sobi plead with tenants to not only cause stress and financial difficulties for visitors by imposing all those fines ,this ppl are visitors give them the warmth and the live they deserve,yes we are moving out today a great stay indeed

Bongi refused to give us the password, she wanted a fine of R500 of which no one came to tell us that we making noise.We used someone's password to check out and she threatened us with our dirty underwear of which we forget at her Apartment

The apartment was exactly as on pictures, The communication with the body was good although we only communicated telephonically but it was great. The place was nice and clean and smelling fresh.. linen was clean ,

The admin of going to the lagoon was annoying ,going up and down like a headless chicken one of the security lady was a bit rude by screaming and telling my sister that she won't get access the way she dresses while she had a swim wear and a cover-up she said the cover-up is a see through . We ended up going back without swimming. I don't think I will go to The Blyde again or advise someone to go there . Security complained about noise at 14h00 ..Our aim to go there was to have fun but we were treated as if we were in jail.because of their stupid rules.

The water was exceptionally cold, but ultimately worth the experience. However, we were unaware of the restaurant’s dress code, which led to some inconvenience and we did not supper there. We will be sure to come better prepared next time.

its the code thing, bcz we were travelling as a family and we had organised to meet outside the property. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

A varanda dispõe de um espaço amplo, perfeito para reunir a família e desfrutar de um churrasco. A cozinha é completa e prática, equipada com tudo o que precisávamos para preparar as nossas refeições de forma cómoda — desde utensílios como copos, talheres e pratos, até equipamentos maiores como máquina de lavar loiça e de roupa. Foi um espaço que realmente explorámos bastante, sempre com muito conforto.

O Wi-Fi, apesar de disponível, oscilava bastante e em alguns momentos a conexão era fraca, o que dificultava assistir a conteúdos em plataformas como a Netflix. Este é certamente um ponto que, com pequenos ajustes, pode trazer ainda mais comodidade para os hóspedes. O sistema de segurança transmite confiança, embora seja um pouco antiquado. Em algumas situações, por exemplo, precisamos nos deslocar até ao portão para receber a entrega do Uber, já que o código de acesso só podia ser utilizado uma vez por dia. Uma atualização nesse processo certamente tornaria a experiência ainda mais prática, sem perder a segurança que o local já oferece.

I liked the fact that the host accommodated us last minute . The apartment is spacious and clean with a lot of amenities in the complex. I also liked the fact that the apartment is on the ground floor

The batteries from the TV remote died and we could not switch the TV On. That was a real struggle
