Once in the complex it was quite difficult to open what it supposed to be easy keybox, keybox was also loose box inside the toilet window. A kitchen cupboard was broken but it was made to look like it wasn't, it looked like where the dustbin might be but if you open this entire thing fell apart. Same with toilet roll holder. It was placed neatly but if you use it the entire thing fell apart. A lot of people were partying till late the night 1 or 2 am. We were suppose to get out early the next morning but the host never supplied us with a gate code to get out which got us held up like 10min to get out. Made a request to check out at 10Am instead of 9:30(which was only made availabe after payment) and the host never even messaged back. Ended up just checking out at 6.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026I managed to access the apartment without any hassles, the person that was managing my booking was professional and helpful, I didn't get issues from anyone even the security guards at the gate were friendly.
I didn't like that the apartment had cockroaches, I woke up with bites allover my body as if the beds had bedbugs and the blankets were worn out and not warm enough, we didn't even get warm water when we had to shower in the morning.

False advertisement. You don't get what you see on the advert page. The Lagoon from The Blyde used in the advertisement and the apartment is at a different estate altogether. The was a lot of noise around the area and the place is just not as clean. I feel scammed!

I think in one of the downstairs apartments, there has been a load sound coming out of that Apartment as a result, I had to go to the Library to concentrate for what I was doing.

It was difficult to get hold of the stuff. We couldn’t even get access to the advertized gym section. We stood for a long time waiting for a stuff member to open the gate for us.

The bathroom was well stocked with plenty of clean towels, and everything from the bedding to the entire apartment was spotless. Really appreciated the attention to detail - it made the stay super comfortable 😊
One thing that didn't quite work for me was the decor , it felt a bit dated. The little details like the flowers and decorations on the tables felt a bit overwhelming, outdated and took away from the space. I also felt the blanket covering the couch was a bit unnecessary, the couch itself was nice😊 A more modern aesthetic might be a good fit here.
