3泊4日で利用しましたが、朝食のメニューが毎日 一緒というのにはガッカリした。 メニューの種類も他のホテルに比べて、やや劣る 1泊ならまだ我慢出来るが、連泊となるといかがなものかと。

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026ロビーや廊下など華やかに作られていて、目を楽しませていただきました。また、時期によるものも大きいでしょうが、リーズナブルに広いお部屋に泊まらせていただきました。お風呂も大きかったです。客室が高めの階にあるので、窓から街がよく見え、閉塞感を覚えませんでした。総じて、快適な滞在であったといえます。
セルフチェックイン•アウト機がフロントよりだいぶ手前にあり、私はいらっしゃいませもありがとうございましたも耳にすることなく、ホテルを後にしました。もうこのホテルに泊まることはないと思います。 加えて、7:00からの朝食で6:58に会場の前に着きましたが、そこには既に団体がいてごった返していました。こちらもかなり不快でしたが、まぁ、これは仕方ないことですかね。以上です。

Reviewed Aug 14, 2026Great location. Very nice hotel. Staff was very kind and with very good English. Perfect location to visit Chiba, close to transportation and walking distance to everything. Rooms were very clean. They offer buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner at good prices and very complete.
The TVs ( old and small flat screen with very few channels and no apps options) and maybe the bathroom needs some updates, but everything worked fine.

The WiFi kept freezing so it was unusable. The bathroom had a couple malfunctioning things (washlet and hot water controller). They probably need a look at. There was also someone jumping up and down above for 2 hours so the ceiling was banging - probably nothing to do with the hotel though.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026It has everything you need and regularly find in a japanese hotel. Rooms had good space and included a small fridge and desk to work on. Bed was comfy. Ammenities provided. Cleaning every day (unless asked not to with a door magnet sign). Coin laundry available. Lots of options in the breakfast. Really close to monorail station and totally walkable distance to the train station too. Plenty of nearby restaurantes and shops (really good Ramen shop in front and Takoyaki stall 1 block away). I'd definitely stay here again.
Just a couple suggestions: - Water bottles are provided if rooms are cleaned, but could also be provided when cleaning is not requested (e.g. together with the towels which are changed every day and hanged outside if no cleaning was requested). - Occasional weird smell in the corridors, maybe some kind of deodiser could be installed.

酒店走廊会放音乐，哪怕晚上11点了还是放，房间内可以听到（若有若无但是很清楚） 前台服务人员里有个别一两位会在对应客人的时候摆脸色，或者客人转身瞬间摆脸色。有点令人惊讶。

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026- Lunch buffet is cheap, plentiful and delicious. - Rooms are very clean and the cleaning service is very efficient and detail oriented. - Water bottles, tea and coffee refreshed with every cleaning. - Easy luggage storage at front desk and helpful employees. - Lots of lighting options in the room. - very reasonable pricing per night. - fantastic placement, 10 min walk to either chiba station or chiba chuo station.
- Need to go out into the hallway to use the singular microwave. - The AC is pretty weak even on the highest setting. - a bit lacking in extra amenities, no pool, bare bones compared to other hotels when it comes to extra toiletries/tea and coffee selection.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026朝食会場はガラス張りで景色が良く、和洋食共に種類豊富で美味しかったです。ホテル正面斜め向かいにはラーメン杉田家が徒歩4分では妙見本宮 千葉神社があって散歩が楽しかった。
浴槽が詰まり気味でした。
