Hotel Sunroute Chiba

Connected to Chiba station

Coin laundry. Clothes not dry Pillow not so comfortable

Hotel in edificio attaccato alla stazione. Pulizia e sicurezza.

The breakfast is buffet and the time is long until 9 30 and near chiba station

Room is a little bit smaller is I think

Close proximity to train station.

Washing machine doesn't seem to dry jeans properly. Clothes feel a bit damp after wash and dry cycle.

Great location

Nothing

Everything was superb from the roomsand the view to the amenities, staffs and breakfast!

Nothing

Location, access to restaurants and shops

Room is perfectly closed to station and need not walk far. Even though it was very close to station, but it was quiet and peaceful. There was drinking water facilities even at night.

The room was not so spacious and there was no proper paranoic view from the room. But was not so bad.

Very convenient location, right next to station. Accommodation is also near by.

Staff was very helpful, room was clean

Schoon, dichtbij station en voorzieningen. Bedden waren comfortabel.

Clean and modern, decent space in the room. We struggled with the temperature controller that was in Japanese and was complicated enough that front desk assistance was required and even they had a challenging time.

This is a great choice for Chiba as it's basically in the JR Chiba station. Once you manage to learn all the paths around the station you can get from the hotel to anywhere easily. It was so close to the station that we missed it first time around walking right past it. For the hotel itself, this is the second Sunroute hotel I've stayed in and this one was good too. Clean and modern with just the right amount of things you need without having to pay for lots of extras you don't need. The staff were great and really polite, especially the staff in the breakfast hall. Breakfast was very good with lots of varieties, like three different fish and two different egg dishes everyday, which I really liked. Also actual brewed coffee available for breakfast and not the awful machine made ones. Like all business oriented hotels in Japan the rooms are well equipped but on the small side. For this hotel though the bathroom was surprisingly roomy. The hotel is located from the fourth floor and upwards in the building and is well sound isolated so I slept great here.

I wished the room was a bit larger and better laid out. A seating area and small table would be appreciated. The TV is basic without modern apps. No bottled water as daily amenity. The AC in the room is fine but slow. Rooms were not pre-cooled on check in so it was steaming hot when we arrived. We had to set the AC on full blast and go out for a while in order for it to cool down. I wished the shower was updated as well as it's really narrow and with outdated/old shower heads.

Good location. Good Breakfast. Extremely helpful staff. Despite the language barrier, the staff went out of their way to solve my problems

Nothing as I had a great experience

Good location. Decent size of the room. Have a coin washing machine.

Not having a bottle of water in the room

Extra helpful staff, thank you. Location next to JR station.

All was fine.
