Ein Ambiente wie aus 1001 Nacht, alles super sauber, der Chef des Hauses sehr nett. Abendmenü war lecker, wenn auch mit 100MAD nicht günstig.

Kaffee zum Frühstück kostenpflichtig. Anfahrt absolut abenteuerlich auf einer unbefestigten Straẞe mit Schlaglöchern und groẞen Unebenheiten bei starker Steigung und Gefälle.

I spent 3 nights in this hostel, and I liked it, clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower, and beautiful view overlooking the mountains and the blue city, all this at an affordable price.I would definitely stay again here.

Ein einzigartiges Haus mit einer atemberaubenden Sicht auf Chefchaouen! Die Straße zum Haus schlängelt sich über mehrere Kilometer nach oben! Für Wanderer gibt es einen ca. 2 Kilometer langen Weg über die spanische Moschee in die blaue Stadt. Die Unterkunft kann man nur weiterempfehlen!

The road to the hotel was not easy to ride on and to find.

我们入住时候可能刚过雨季，门口常用道路损坏(土路)较为严重，不让车通行，导航导了另外一条小路（谷歌能定位到），底盘低的小汽车晚上开还是有点压力的，还好顺利抵达。非自驾建议不要住，除非请房主安排接送。 别墅内外环境都很值得，周边吃东西不方便，可酒店吃，性价比高的。 早晚只需花10分钟轻松步行到西班牙清真寺赏日出日落，小镇全景尽收眼底~

Un 10 todo. Desde el alojamiento hasta el personal que son exquisitos todos. La amabilidad, el detalle. El alojamiento tiene un rooftoop con unas vistas maravillosas. En verano debe de ser precioso. La distancia al pueblo, son unos 15-20 minutos caminando por un sendero precioso.

Me encantó todo. La cocinera una exquisita que me enseñó cómo cocinaba los postres. La experiencia de las cenas de 10. Una exquisitez todo.

The room was very clean and comfortable, with beautiful view. It's not so far from old town as I thought, just 20-30 minutes walking along the beautiful trail. The road wasn't so bad, we were able to drive through in Renault Clio.

It was pretty cold in March. There was an air conditioner but without remote control so I guess we couldn't use it. If you're going here during winter time you should check your heating options in advance.

Os dias que passei neste hotel ficarão para sempre em minha memória. Um dos melhores lugares onde já me hospedei; a vista dos quartos é simplesmente magnífica, sendo possível ver o pôr do sol e todo o vilarejo de Chefchaouen. As refeições servidas eram deliciosas, preparadas com um imenso capricho. O anfitrião Chafik é uma pessoa extremamente agradável, eu poderia passar dias conversando com ele e ouvindo suas histórias... De fato é necessário uma caminhada de aproximadamente 25 minutos para chegar à acomodação, mas sinceramente o lugar é tão especial que compensa qualquer esforço.

Não tenho nada do que reclamar. Talvez apenas sugerir que deixassem um secador de cabelo disponível nos quartos, nós mulheres agradecemos :)

Son emplacement est parfait

Il fait très froid aussi bien dans les chambres que dans la salle à manger. Un petit chauffage serait le bienvenu.

Wunderschönes Haus auf dem Hügel mitten im Grünen (man muss ca. 20 Min von der Medina bergauf laufen oder ein Taxi nehmen). So entkommt man etwas dem Trubel der touristischen Medina. Das Zimmer war ein Traum, sauber und das Bett bequem. Der Inhaber und das Personal sind sehr gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Man hat die Möglichkeit, dort zu Abend zu essen, was ich bei der tollen Köchin sehr empfehlen kann.

Het was super! Heel erg mooi hotel op een super mooie plek. Heerlijk eten en ontbijt onder het genot van een muziekje en uitzicht! Leuk personeel en leuke eigenaar. Alleen de weg er heen kan spannend zijn, zorg dat je het in het licht doet.

A reggeli kínálat nagyon szűkös volt. Az út, amin a szálláshoz lehet jutni elég nehezen járható. A legnagyobb probléma viszont az volt, hogy semmilyen fűtés nem volt a szobában és rettenetesen hideg volt. A klíma nem működött, minden ruhánkat fel kellett vennünk éjszakára. Vacsorázni is mindenki kabátban vacsorázott. Reggel alig vártam, hogy elinduljunk. A tulajdonos láttam, hogy több ilyen visszajelzésnél is írja, hogy a hegyekben hideg van. Igen, de ez nem azt jelenti, hogy bent az épületben meg kell fagyni, a szobában látszott a leheletünk. Senkinek nem ajánlom télen/tavasszal, borzasztó élmény volt.

Room was nice, building is very nice. Great views over town.

Access road was nearly impassable. No heat and it was cold during our stay. The main floor has a fireplace but the owner didn't make a fire. It didn't feel very "social". We only stayed one night even though we had booked two, because of forecast rain and concern that we wouldn't be able to get back out the steep, rutted, muddy access road in our rental car.

Séjour inoubliable dans ce gîte atypique et calme.Emplacement idéal pour les amoureux de ballades dans la nature. Hôtel excentré du centre de Chefchaouen, et route d'accès un peu difficile, ne soyez donc pas surpris, mais on y arrive. Pour les personnes qui seraient à pieds, un chemin , d'environ 30 minutes permet de rejoindre le gîte à pieds depuis le centre.Vue magnifique.Excellent accueil par le propriétaire et un bon menu du soir , à réserver, pour 100 dirhams.

When I lay down on one of these beds, it felt like I could relax for the first time in years. The beautiful surroundings and amazing staff made my trip wonderful, and I met this amazing guy, Abdou, who served us amazing dinners. In an ideal life I would revisit this pension, and stay for one or more weeks. Maybe in future times!

Fuimos mi pareja y yo de vacaciones a Chefchaouen y maravilloso. La entrada tiene un carril que quizás con un coche muy bajo, lo pasé mal, pero lo estaban arreglando. El trato por parte del personal fue maravilloso. Comimos, cenamos y desayunamos allí y todo genial.

The breakfast was very nice and complete, just like the dinner they offered. The views were so beautiful and the hike up the hill was not as bad as we thought it would be.

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable, and the shower had a problem where the water that flowed out of the shower area could not return to the sink, so that left the bathroom quite wet. No big issue tho.

Koud. Buiten onze kamer werd er niet verwarmd, ondanks het feit dat openhaard en houtstoof aanwezig waren. Drukt de gezelligheid en maakt het ook vochtig binnen. Deuren stonden de hele tijd open. S avonds ca. 10 graden. Dan wordt het binnen ook koud.

The stay was magical here! You must try the dinner, it was one of the highlights of our whole trip. Such a special place with comfy room and a breathtaking view of the town and mountains from the balcony. So peaceful and a beautiful property.

Warm and welcoming owner from an authentic Moroccan family. Excellent traditional Moroccan food, cooked with care and full of flavor. They kindly prepared a special pure keto meal for us, and it was perfect. Very quiet place with a beautiful view, even better than the photos. A wonderful dinner atmosphere that my wife and I truly enjoyed, with candles and a fireplace creating a magical vibe.

Troppo umido tanto che gli asciugamani e la carta igienica in camera erano bagnati, c'era acqua sulle scale, e camera troppo fredda. Inoltre la porta della stanza non si apriva/chiudeva a causa del legno umido.

The location is perfect. Amongst a beautiful countryside, and a short walk from the medina. Quiet and peaceful oasis after a day in the town. I couldn’t get enough of the view from the balcony and rooftop. Moroccan dinners were delicious!

Vermieter sowie das gesamte Team sehr zuvorkommend und sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit ,das Abendessen war sehr gut gewesen. Frühstück typisch marokkanisch. Ein wunderschönes Haus mit atemberaubenden Blick auf Chefchaoun ,das Doppelzimmer mit Stadt- und Bergblick ist sehr schön und groß mit einer tollen Terasse. Sehr abenteuerlich ist der Weg zur Unterkunft vorallem wenn es wie bei uns schon sehr lang und stark geregnet hat,aber der Vermieter würde einem sofort helfen wenn es Probleme gibt. Wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder😀

In den Wintermonaten ist es leider sehr kalt im gesamten Haus. Man könnte die Heizkosten mit in den Preis inkludieren oder in der Beschreibung darauf hinweisen das extra Kosten entstehen.

The view from the room and hotel is amazing. The house is really well decorated, stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed.

Be aware that the hotel may be less comfortable during very bad weather as the only access road can be challenging to drive and humidity may increase indoor. We also experienced an additional charge for heating, despite the room temperature being around 12°.

Nous avons séjourné deux nuitées à Heaven Hills Social Club, à Chefchaouen, à la recherche d’une vraie coupure ... Et nous avons trouvé bien plus qu’une petite Escapade. Nous nous sommes littéralement perdues dans le paradis que Monsieur Chafik a créé. De la cuisine locale, aux expériences authentiques, en passant par sa bienveillance et son sens de l’accueil, tout était profondément humain, sincère et apaisant pour le corps , le coeur et la conscience. Les photos qu'on avaient prises ne peuvent absolument pas traduire la beauté de ce que nous avons vues et ressenties là-bas. C’est un lieu qui se vit, qui se ressent, qui marque. En tant que personne qui privilégie largement les hébergements touristiques locaux aux grandes institutions hôtelières, je recommande vivement cette expérience. Nous sommes rentrées chez nous avec un nouveau souffle, une énergie différente, et l’envie de revenir. Merci pour ce moment hors du temps. Our stay in Chefchaouen was simply perfect and amazing 🤍 Mr. Chafik welcomed us with such kindness and professionalism , true Moroccan hospitality at its best. The service was flawless, the food a real delight, and the place clean, calm, and very comfortable. Safety and secure parking made everything even more enjoyable. De retour a chefchaouen j'ai décidé de revenir ici. Toujours aussi bien. Accueil, repas, chambre. Rien a redire. C'était parfait. A l'année prochaine.

Havre de paix et beauté, nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour, c'était vraiment très agréable et leurs nourriture est incroyable, sûrement les meilleurs tajine que j'ai pû manger, je recommande chaleureusement et si on repasse dans le coin on reviendra avec grand plaisir 😊

Il fait froid, mais en même temps c'est la montagne et l'hiver donc normal, mais prévoyez des vêtements chauds si vous venez en janvier

Presque parfait même si l'accès en voiture est périlleux. Excellente cuisine et menu pour un prix très raisonnable.

Je peux comprendre que l’été la climatisation soit en supplément. Chacun peut ouvrir ou fermer une fenêtre mais faire payer le chauffage au mois de janvier alors que l'hôtel et les chambres sont glacées, cela je ne le comprends pas. Un point négatif donc.

Spannende Anreise mit dem Auto, aber machbar.

Были парой в ноябре 2025г. Этот отель оставил лучшие впечатления из всех, в которых мы побывали в Марокко ( их было 7 за одну поездку). Отель расположен высоко в горах, на город открывается прекрасный обзор. Вечером город весь в огнях - очень красиво! Потрясающий закат виден из отеля, а рассвет еще лучше! ничего красивее я не видела раньше. В отеле дух деревенской жизни, умиротворения. Доброжелательный персонал, вкусный ужин. Номер простой, но на одну ночь ничего больше и не нужно. Резюмируя, в этом отеле нас посетило ощущение романтики, покоя и счастья)

Местоположение в горах - это как плюс, так и минус может быть. Без машины там делать нечего. Вечером мы не отважились по узким, извилистым, темным дорогам спускаться в город, даже на машине. Как приехали вечером, так до утра в отеле провели.

Great location on a quiet hill that overlooks the city and the valley. The place looks amazing and is full of personality. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food was very good and at a good price.

The final part of the road might be hard with a car that has low ground clearance, also because it rained it was quite muddy. The room has only a small heater, depending on the temperature outside it might be chilly.

Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Kein Fliegengitter.. nachts viele Mücken..Das Frühstück war sehr einfach..Die Strecke dorthin war eine Katastrophe..

La maison était joliment décorée et la vue depuis la terrasse - qui était très agréable et rafraîchissante pour se poser à n’importe quel moment de la journée - était magnifique. Aussi, le personnel qui nous servait le petit déjeuner était discret et très gentil.

Nous avons été globalement déçus par: - L’hospitalité : Contrairement aux commentaires que nous avons pu lire, l’établissement s’inscrivait davantage dans une logique de profit nord-américaine bien éloignée de l’atmosphère de service habituellement vue au Maroc. - L’accès : A moins d’être un conducteur professionnel ou muni d’un 4x4, l’accès est quasi impossible. Si comme nous vous n’avez pas de voiture et une grosse valise, passez votre chemin. Sachez que les petits taxis de la ville ne connaissent pas et l’hôte va vous charger 100mad pour le trajet en justifiant le prix lui même par l’état de la route - ce qui rejoint notre premier point. - La salle de bain : L’eau ne s’écoulait pas. Nous avons dû essuyer et ressuyer la salle de bain sans quoi une odeur nauséabonde pouvait rapidement s’installer. Cette expérience s’est soldée par des remarques désobligeantes de l’hôte dès notre arrivée incluant entre autres un cours magistral sur l’utilisation économique de la climatisation suite à la simple demande de la télécommande qui n’était pas dans notre chambre à notre arrivée (nous sommes en été).

Great room and the owner. We had amazing view of the Chefcheuon city from our room. Beds were comfy and had a good sleep.

The hotel was good, nice structure, it was very far from the city and not recommended if do not have a motorcycle or a car.

The owner was quite strict and requested us a lot of money to take us to the city while the facility should be included in the stay as the hotel is far from the city, the place was also very cold and no Air Conditioning was working and the owner gave us a very small heater

1) Il faut signaler aux clients qu’il faut absolument un 4x4 pour accéder aux lieux ( attention GPS aléatoire). 2) il faut afficher clairement le but de l’établissement : A) soit c’est un refuge de montagne : on a froid avec plein de courants d’air malgré l’appoint du chauffage , c’est le cas lorsque nous étions sur place B) soit c’est une bonne auberge confortable car après des excursions dans la montagne (froid l’hiver et chaud l’été), l’établissement a des atouts pour recevoir CONFORTABLEMENT les clients (beauté du lieu, bonne cuisine, personnel sympathique) moyennant l’isolation des fenêtres avec occultants et avoir correctement la chaleur en hiver et la fraîcheur en été

The host and staff were gracious and accommodating. The proprietor speaks French and English perfectly and is a charming, interesting fellow. The place is a new construction with views to die for. The house dinners were tasty and elegant. Breakfast, as well. I felt completely comfortable here.

Lo malo es la ubicacion, esta arriba entre las montañas y el camino esta todo el obras y muy mal hecho

El alojamiento está situado en una ubicación fabulosa con unas vistas a Chefchaouen inmejorables. El personal es muy atento y amable. La cena estaba muy rica y el alojamiento es muy bonito.

Teníamos reservado cuatro noches y solo estuvimos dos. Llegar al alojamiento supone recorrer una camino de tierra que con lluvia y un cinquecento se convirtió en algo peligroso. El dueño se ofreció a ayudarnos con su 4x4 a salir si nuestro coche no podía. Preferimos irnos ante las previsiones de lluvia. Otro inconveniente ha sido la calefacción, el alojamiento cuenta con aire acondicionado que creo que tiene aire caliente pero el mando del aparato no está en la habitación. En una consulta por Booking.com me contestó que podía contratarlo por 5 euros más al día. Como no quería pagar este sobrecoste le consultamos en persona como podríamos tener la habitación caliente ya que hacía bastante frío en todo el alojamiento, el hombre nos dio un radiador pequeño con el que pudimos sobrellevar el frío

I’m writing this review to help future guests make an informed decision, as the description of Haven Hills in Chefchaouen is very misleading. The road leading to the hotel is extremely steep, narrow, muddy, and unsafe. Even experienced drivers would struggle, and several taxis outright refused to drive us there. This critical detail is not disclosed and should be, as it can pose a real safety risk. The room was unbearably cold, reaching -1.1°C, and we were charged extra to use a heater that barely worked. Charging additional fees just to make a room livable in freezing conditions is unacceptable. To make matters worse, there was no electricity or running water for over an hour. When we informed the manager, he did not apologize, offer assistance, or attempt to resolve the situation. Instead, he was rude and dismissive when we asked for help.

Séjour juste extraordinaire. Très bien situé avec vue magnifique sur la montagne et surplombant la ville bleue de Chefchaouen. Merci à Chafik qui parle français et nous a conseillé sur les choses à faire alentours et rando. On a mangé tous les soirs les repas incroyables traditionnels et fait maison, un réel délice, le petit déjeuner est également divin !!

Nous sommes venus début décembre donc assez froid en montagne le logement garde naturellement la fraîcheur de par les murs de pierre et il n’y avait pas de chauffage. Mais juste un petit bémol comparé au reste du séjour !

If you are after some piece and quiet and love nature this is the place to be. The house I lovely and has an amazing view. I recommend having dinner there as the food is amazing, probably the best you will get. It’s properly home cooked like your nonna would do! The staff is lovely and the owner is always available to help if you need something.

If you go during winter season it get really really really cold. Bring extra layers (more than you think) as there is no heating. This is not a downside, but just to be aware if you book when it rains taxis might not be able to drive you until the property, however the owner is available to help and come and get you.

Dit is de 2de keer dat we hier waren, dat zegt al genoeg. Het is een fantastische plek, de Riad is zo mooi! Je kijkt uit op de stad en de bergen. In 20 min loop je de Medina in, leuke wandeling naar beneden. Het ontbijt is heerlijk met prachtig uitzicht. De Riad is veel te goedkoop, de prijs mag echt omhoog. Dank je wel weer en tot de volgende keer.

No heating, difficult to access in extreme bad weather with road tyres as it’s on a steep hill.

This was our favourite stay in Morocco. The property was beautiful, unique, and had spectacular views. The host, Chefik, was on of the most kind and hospitable people we’ve encountered on our many decades of travel. You can see the passion he has for his establishment and his guests in everything he does. Speaking to him was a highlight of our trip. The location is a perfect spot for this who want to rest and relax but also have the option for hiking or visiting the city. Each night we took our meals there, which were cooked by a lovely woman who clearly knows what she’s doing. We’re still dreaming of her tagines, days later . We would absolutely recommend this place as a must stay in your travels through Northern MORROCO.

The staffs are friendly! The guest house is remote but very beautiful and calm.

The views were great, but at the expense of a treacherous trek up the mountain. The chef and young gentleman who worked there were friendly. The room itself is okay, bed was comfy enough. The interior of the property was aesthetic.

The road to reach the property is horrible, narrow, steep dirt track and taxi’s and InDrives are reluctant to travel there. The owner was nice enough the first time when we arrived to give us a 2 min drive to the property as we were stuck halfway up the mountain because our original driver didn’t feel comfortable driving the rest of the track. Also, I know stated in the description, but charging for air conditioning when the hotel is already not cheap, was a bit steep. €5 a night and it wasn’t even that powerful, and the floor was cold as ice. The water was cold and took a long time to heat up. Also on our last morning before checking out, our water turned off for over an hour. Breakfast is included, but I wouldn’t call it breakfast as it’s just an assortment of bread, muffins and tea. Dinner is also poorly priced, the chef was friendly and made nice tagine though. The dining area was cold, music played until late, owner charges you 100DH for a lift into the city, if you want to walk to the city bring plastic bags to cover your feet as your shoes will be destroyed.

Im sure this place is beautiful in the summer. In the winter it is not fit for human habitation.

When we arrived it was freezing cold. We were shown to our room which was also freezing cold. We asked about heating and the owner walked away. All the windows were open adding to the coldness. When we went to eat the dining area was also freezing. A measley fire was lit in the reception giving no warmth. There was a gas heater but it hadn't been turned on. It was lit when we asked. We asked again about the heating and were told the heating was broken. By this time night had fallen and the road out of the accommodation treacherous, we did not feel it was safe to drive in the dark and that is the only reason we stayed the night. After asking again about the heating we were given 2 more blankets. We spent the night dressed in every item of clothing we had including coats, hats and scarves. It was so cold that my water froze in the night and we spent the whole time, freezing and waiting for daylight so we could leave. It is a real shame because we could see the place would be beautiful in warmer weather. To sell rooms when you cannot provide basic warmth is nothing but greed. Do not stay here in winter.

Tolle Lage (20min zu Fuß ins Zentrum/Medina) und wunderschöne Aussicht aus dem gepflegten Zimmer. Es gibt neben dem Frühstück auch die Möglichkeit für 10€ zu Abend zu essen. Bei wärmerem Wetter sicher auch ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Tipp, um aus der Medina zu Fuß zur Unterkunft zu gelangen: Gepflasterter Fußweg vom Wasserfall am Rande der Medina über das Kloster hin zum Haus.

Das Zimmer wird nur kalt vermietet - 5€ pro Tag für die Klimaanlage zu bezahlen, fühlt sich etwas komisch an - vielleicht könnte man das ja im Preis fest verankern. Aufgrund der Kälte waren die 15€ (3 Tage Aufenthalt) aber gut investiertes Geld. Leider wurde unsere gewaschene Wäsche (5€) sehr nass nach 2 Tagen zurückgegeben. An dieser Stelle hätten wir uns zumindest gewünscht, dass man als Geste der Aufmerksamkeit die 5€ zurückerstattet oder sich zumindest entschuldigt - denn so gingen wir am Ende mit einem nassen Haufen Wäsche und einem etwas unguten Gefühl (auch weil nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung erfolgte), was eigentlich sehr schade ist.

The place is amazing, as long as it is not raining. Great view, in the hills, friendly and supporting staff

We came in pouring rain, the road was nearly undrivable, muddy, slippery, the house was cold, it was snowing in the night on the hills, heating (aircon) was provided only upon request and for 5 Euro extra, we skipped the second night

I really joined the stay at the SC, . The owner is very welcoming and nice. The view is breath-taking, surrounded by the huge mountains of the blue city. unfortunately, it was too short however I won't hesitate to come back soon In'shae'llah. Special regards to Mr Chafiq 'the owner of the place.

I did not ruin all the amazing things, but the road is a bit rough especially on rainy days. Authorities must do the job and take care of this Bleu diamond 💎.
