Es limpio, bonito y muy céntrico. Personal amable
Really good location in the hart of Medina. It is a very traditional way to experience this beautiful city. You can ear the call for prayers and we loved the roof patio.
I liked the terasse,it has a stunning view.... great atmosphere
The room was small and old.....
Very friendly staff! Answered many questions and were very welcoming! Amazing rooftop terrace.
Bathroom was a little smelly and it could have been a little cleaner.
I like the Riad owner and the shared welcome lounge
Everything was good
The staff is very welcoming and friendly, the hotel is close to the old city gate and reachable without much walking, there is nice ambiance and typical decorations
Bathroom was extremely small and floor remained wet
Amazing place🙏💫
Everything was perfect🙂🙏🪷

The room was nice and big. The terrace was nice. Breakfast (Added) was good.
The bathroom was so small. The view outside was the street.
Fabulous hotel in great location with staff who went out of their way to accommodate guests.
The stairs! To be expected in Morocco, but a little difficult for those who are not as fit and nimble as we once were......
The hotel is nice, clean and near all restaurants. The personal was very friendly and nice. They allow you to let also the luggage at reception in the last day if you have late flight. The hotel have also one nice terrace up with a nice view.
My room was basic and with old furniture, but clean. They make some renovation in the hotel now. I saw some rooms already renovated and are very nice. Sometimes you can hear the noise from the street during the day, but in the night is quiet.
Good location. Beautiful place.
The location is perfect, right in the medina. The room was big and clean. And the hotel is beautiful, if you go upstairs you have an amazing view of the blue houses. **We had problems with some guys that were very persistent asking us for money and following us everywhere and we only had the choice of going to the hotel. The staff from the hotel talked to them and helped us to get rid of them.**
Room was spacious and very clean. Bed was comfortable with nice sheets and blankets. Good blackout shutters on the windows. The roof terrace was new, spacious and comfortable. And there was a small kitchen where we could make coffee. Our room was one of the older ones, but there are a few newer modern rooms that looked quite nice. Staff was very friendly.
We didn't get much sleep because our room was so noisy, being right on the Medina street and was right next to the mosque with the loud speaker for 'call to prayer'. Rooms on the other side might be better. The shower was in the middle of the small bathroom, so water went everywhere. The shower only had a handhold shower head.
Great location. Close to main square in the Medina. The restaurant around the corner is good too. Close to one of the entrance points to the Medina.
Blankets could have been cleaner. The room was cold
The hotel is beautifully decorated and was in a convenient location, right in the medina with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were very polite and helpful. Our room was cozy and comfortable. The rooftop terrace had a wonderful view and lots of couches to relax on.
The showerhead wasn't in the best condition and although there was a shower curtain separating the toilet and shower area, the floor was often wet, but that seems like a common issue in multiple medinas we've stayed at.
Great option for budget travelling. Very good value for money. The rooms and shared bathroom/shower was nice and clean. The hotel has a very nice terrace and the staff is friendly. The location is great. Good WiFi.
The room was very cold in January, and there was a lot of noise from outside. There were minor issues such as water pressure in one of the showers.
Great location and friendly staff. Got a free room upgrade as well. Highly recommend!
Great location Just in the blue center. Helpful staff can help you dealing with your problems. Cool.
Cold in the winter but i was aware - No AC, as descripted, however they gave us a few CLEAN wool blankets and after all it was pretty ok
Very nice hosts, highly recommendable
It was in a very good area
Good location, near the entrance of the medina, and close to the center of the medina on the other side. Staff was very nice and helpful. There is no breakfast. There is a nice terrace where you can stay and chill, eat or work on the laptop. The wifi it's very good (even for sending files), which I couldn't do at my riad in Fes. Clean shower, hot water.
If you room is facing the street you can hear the noise from outside. The bathroom from the top floor has only a toilet, the ones from the 1st floor have also a shower.
The hosts were incredibly kind.
My room had mould and there was a rooster making noise from 5 am
Nice and quiet place with a nice view from the terrace. Surrounded by a lot of shops. Friendly staff
Nothing to say here
Great location. The host was super nice and helpful.
Host was very friendly and helpful. Nice, traditional style room and whole hotel. It had everything we needed. Good price per value performance. Convenient location, all the main points of interest very close.
The biggest disappointment was the lack of sleep we got the night we stayed. The construction works on buildings facade started in the middle of night and continued till morning. Those loud banging, things falling off of building noises kept us up the whole night. Not sure if it's the hotel's fault, I guess we were just very unlucky..
The noise ,local construction all night , no towels supplied or toilet paper in bathrooms
Helpful staff Easy to find in Medina Great bed Good wifi
noisy-directly on Medina street (maybe another room INside the riad would be less?) my window was ON the Medina. Need to put some soap in bathroom sink area thanks
Close to the main square. Facilities and room were nice and clean. Offered to hold my luggage/use of main lobby for the day even after checkout.
I really liked its location, terrace, price and service.
The rooftop was great, the staff was really friendly, the price is amazing and the location is good, it's right in the medina.
Good location, but staff didn’t show any interest in customers. They rather lay in the dark, they arrange something
Staff didn’t show any interest in customers. Very noisy. The room with view and bathroom didn’t exist. It’s an OR. Stay just outside the old town and enjoy a bit of comfort.
Very good all! So kind
Very good all! So kind
Good wifi and great location Friendly staff and good price Great terrace area
Bathroom is basic
I asked for toilet paper a few times. 😏
The environment is really beautiful. Must go to the rooftop and get a mint tea. The staff is helpful and nice.
When you are having a shared bathroom. The water tank is not enough for so many people to share. There is either no hot water or you need to wait for 20 minutes after someone used it. I can’t sleep until 2am.
Our first room was small, on the third floor and the bed was hard so we moved. The next room was good and the bed was better. We were there in Dec and there was no heat and it rained. It was warmer outside than inside and we had to use the shared shower because the water never got quite hot in our shower. The staff was nice and helpful. It has a nice rooftop patio and they provide tea. It is just inside the medina so you need to carry your bags that far.
The beds were too hard in our first room.
Staffs were nice. My room’s cosy with sunshine. Great location. I had own hair dryer in my room.
Lack of toilet paper. It’s better to have a trash bin in the room.
The location of the hotel is good, in the city centre. And its price is relatively cheap.
The bathroom is too small. The hair dryer is not working.
Free mint tea and helpful
To loud , noise from mosque is very loud
Bright clean colourful
Noise righ5 next to the mosque
Great rooftop terrace with lovely views all around, easy to find, is by mosque of same name, breakfast and coffee just a short walk at good price. Very calm, welcoming and friendly. Private facilities for one night then shared bathroom the next, lovely shower and good hot water. Good value, we v much enjoyed our stay.
Nothing we didn't like.
Staff were lovely and accomodating
Not enough toilet paper provided each night for the shared bathrooms!
Very well placed, in the middle of the medina. Good price for the comfort offered. Clean, comfortable, traditional.
Astonishing view, amazing staff everything was great
The only good thing was great terrace and nice staff.
The place looks much better on photos and should be renovated some time ago. I've noticed some differences between rooms so maybe some are better, but mine was very basic. There's air conditioning, but I didn't see a controler, fortunately it wasn't so hot and I didn't need it. The bed wasn't comfortable and the bathroom stank almost all the time. In the description there's something about optional breakfast but I don't think they serve it. At least nobody asked us about it and in the morning we didn't see any preparation. However the worst thing is noice - we stayed in medinas in Marrakesh, Tangier and Tetouan so it's always a bit loud, but here it was much more. There's mosque just next to the property and we heard people from the street and other guests.
I enjoyed my stay in hotel Abi khancha, the location is great, the hotel and the room were super clean, the room was cute with the traditional Chaouen furniture. Hotel has a terrace which offer great view if the town, and a nice place to chill in the afternoon while waiting for the sun and heat to subside and in the late evening before heading to bed. Ismail who welcomed was nice and offered me a cup of mint tea on my arrival.
It was noisy at night, some guys were talking or playing things on their phone in the hotel, it wasn't a deal breaker because I had ear plugs to wear.
Clean + location + rooftop + comfy bed + staff
Everything. It was fantastic. The staff are super friendly, the views from the terrace are to die for, and the decoration of the Dar is majestic.
Nothing. I loved everything.
The bed and room were great, nice terrace with a windproof area (must be good when it gets colder). The staff was very friendly and the option of buying some late night drinks was much appreciated.
The bathrooms, although practical, sometimes smell a bit like sewage, and there wasn't always toilet paper available.
A beautiful place with helpful staff and a great roof terrace.
No fan or AC in the room
The staff was amazing and the location is excellent
Shared bathrooms
The atmosphere and terrace were lovely. The staff was kind and helpful. They have us great recommendations for places to eat and things to see. They spoke French, English, Spanish, Arabic. We had a private bathroom and shower in our room. The place is very clean! There was a refrigerator in the room and drinks available for purchase in the lobby. This hotel is near the main entrance to the Medina so it was really to get to with bags.
The beds were not comfortable. Our room was on the main walkway and it was very noisy at night. This made it hard to leave windows open for fresh air. The room only had a fan and was very hot/stuffy if the windows were closed.
