Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Le lieu, retiré de l’agitation urbaine avec grands jardins, L’accueil, la disponibilité, l’attention et la gentillesse du personnel, du patron (collectionneur et amateur de voitures), la cuisine et le service, délicats, et mention spéciale pour le pdj (cadre et qualité des produits) et l’adorable petite dame qui s’en occupe !!!!
Rien, mais nous n’avons pas vu la piscine et personne n’en a parlé, et comme le temps venteux ne se prêtait pas à la baignade, aucun soucis.

The staff were extremely nice, but they didn't speak English and my Spanish is dreadful, which actually made it entertaining trying to communicate. The food was excellent, in particular, the breakfast. It'll be my main stop over in future if I'm doing a similar route south. And once the Aircon is in, I'd probably stay a few nights.
Lack of air conditioning. When we arrived it was 38° and no Aircon...I hadn't noticed in the reviews that there was no Aircon! Our room didn't drop below 29° all night and despite both a ceiling fan and a floor standing fan, we cooked! All that said, they are having it installed and the sensor for it was in the room so I guess it will be fully installed soon.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026A very original property in a lovely quiet location. Although it is close to Zaragoza airport it does not seem to spoil the ambiance. A small hotel with very intimate service. Dinner was beautiful and was served outside on a quiet, warm and still evening.
It doesn’t have air-con but somehow I think it would spoil the charm. Beware, the hotel has some rooms 3 minutes away by car but this is not made clear on Booking.com. I cannot comment on these rooms but I would assume that the standard would be equally as high.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Super Obiekt, Piękny i cudownie położony. Możliwość skorzystania z posiłków zarówno śniadania jak i kolacji. Właściciele z troską dbają o klientów. Mieliśmy problem z przebitym kolem w samochodzie i personel był bardzo pomocny służąc radą i podwózką.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026L’hôtel c’est une belle maison bourgeoise de 1915. C’est tout le charme de cet hôtel. Un grand jardin accessible librement autour de la maison permet de profiter de la quiétude de l’endroit. Également il faut savoir que la réservation ouvre droit à l’usage de la piscine située dans un deuxième hôtel très proche.
Pas de climatisation dans l’hôtel ni dans la chambre.

Estéticamente había algunos problemas de pintura, quedaban mala imagen, además el baño no tenía puerta era con una cortina, lo cual suponía intimidad cero. Una pena porque la finca es muy bonita. Está lejos de Zaragoza , pero también eso es parte de su encanto

Luktet litt kloakk på rommet og null aircondition. Hadde de innsatt aircondition hadde dette hvert 10 av 10 men med 40 grader på rommet i natt ble det litt slitsomt og tungt å sove.

It would be easy to install A/C but it would requite a lot of investments. 10 months a year it is as good as it gets, but it was 38º in Zaragoza when we were in the hotel. The rooms were liveable at 26º+

We have stayed here 4 times before but not in hot weather. The room was extremely hot even though they had a ceiling fan. We asked for another fan they didn’t have one. So a very uncomfortable nights sleep. We suggested that we try to book another hotel but it was going to be another long drive to the nearest dog friendly hotel. The outragious 25 euro charge for the dog was the most we’ve ever encountered!

Unfortunately it was exceptionally hot so the fan in the room wasn’t able to cope. A relatively minor issue was the lack of anywhere to hang wet towels. More tricky was the isolated position meaning that public transport or even taxis are very limited.

No unnecessary fuss, just very good flavours done well. The staff deserve a special mention. Friendly and attentive without being intrusive — they struck exactly the right balance, making you feel like a guest rather than a customer. What we didn’t expect was the wonderful collection of classic cars on the property. It adds real personality to the place and gives you something to admire on an evening stroll. Above all, Finca Almenara de Copau delivered something increasingly rare: complete silence and genuine relaxation. No noise, no distractions — just countryside, good food, and good company. Highly recommended for anyone looking to truly switch off.

They recommended a couple of restaurants 6km away but they didn't allow dogs. Ended up with take-away pizza. 25 euro charge for dog somewhat excessive - previous hotels were 5 and 10 a night.
Lack of restaurant , dog charge and building was a bit tired.

This hotel was perfect for my requirements, but what made it a very memorable and enjoyable stay were the staff! They always went out of their way to make my stay comfortable, and they made me feel at home. I ate in the restaurant each evening, meals were always enjoyable, and some nice Spanish wines to go with it! Many thanks to all the staff for a lovely stay, I hope to return in the future! 😊

The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the room was huge! Our dog loved the veranda where he could keep an eye on the local cat wandering around the grounds. The food was delicous and breakfast alone is worth visiting for. The omelette is sublime!!!

Una de ellas era bastante espaciosa, el baño también grande. - Al tener pocas habitaciones, no hay muchos huéspedes por lo que es muy tranquilo y muchas veces estáis solos en la piscina, cenando o desayunando. - La cena y el desayuno riquísimos. - Aunque la piscina está en otra finca, el sitio también es una pasada. - Es un detallazo que no cobren la cama supletoria por niños pequeños. - El trato del personal muy familiar y atento.

Amazing hosts that were attentive and friendly. Beautiful old Spanish house. Comfortable and exceptionally clean room; had a brilliant nights sleep.
Issue with the TV - it had been changed that day but unfortunately did not connect to internet. Host tried to get it to work without success. We had travelled all day and a movie and bottle of wine was our preference to unwind. Had a great local wine and listened to music instead. Felt breakfast was expensive for buffet style although eggs cooked fresh and tea and coffee served to the table.

Jammer dat het restaurant niet open was. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam, maar spreekt alleen Spaans.
