Je suis arrivée avant 16h pour poser ma valise, et je n'avais pas encore reçu mes codes. La personne qui faisait le ménage m'a ouvert et a été extrêmement sympathique. Tout était oarfait!

Location was excellent, couple of minutes to tram, 5 minutes to R. Heróis de França for amazing fish restaurants and 5-7 mins walk to the beach. Communication was very good and we enjoyed the pool during our brief stay.

Best suited to a couple as the bathroom and shower are not particularly private - no locks on any doors. The walls are quite thin so sound travels between apartments and being close to entrance we did get noise from the entrance hall - a small entrance hall inside the flat would have solved the problem. Shower was a bit small but worked OK, however there was no rack to dry towels or swimming costumes after use.

Super schönes und geräumiges Zimmer. Dort könnte man sehr schön auch eine längere Zeit verbringen. Der Strand, mehrere Geschäfte und Restaurants waren nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß enrfernt. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft

The apartment was modern, spacious, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of cupboard and storage space, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent. Michelle, the cleaner, was also absolutely lovely, kind and helpful.

We specifically booked this apartment because of the pool, but when we arrived the pool was filled with algae and was not usable. We contacted the property and someone came within around an hour to start cleaning it, which we appreciated, but it took approximately 18–24 hours before it was usable, meaning we lost the entire first day of pool access. The garden area also needs more maintenance and did not look like the photographs advertised. The grass needed cutting, the area was messy and the sun loungers were dirty. There was also a broken toilet flush button. We contacted the property about the pool and asked for a small goodwill gesture/reimbursement for the day we couldn’t use a facility we had specifically booked and paid for, but this was refused. We found the customer service disappointing, particularly as we were told the pool issue was outside of their control.

Thé ground floor was rented out there was a huge party between 10-20 people and they played loud music and yelled and screamed from 7pm to 4.15 am not permitting us to sleep at all, I would never ever advise anyone I know to reserve this location ; they have zero consideration for their guests

Lovely, well appointed room. Close to beach, market and amenities. Easy to access. Helpful personnel. Nearby bar for breakfast

Interior war gut, Pool gut aber auch ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Lage als Ausgangspunkt auch gut.

Garten nicht sehr gepflegt, Liegen und Auflagen billig! Aber das negative Highlight: eine Dusche im Schrank obwohl es in der Wohnung viel Platz gibt. Generell wirft die Gestaltung der sanitären Einrichtungen Fragen auf. Was sich der Architekt wohl gedacht haben mag...für eine Suite absolut unwürdig! Die Zimmer im ersten Stock haben ja auch moderne Badezimmer!

El alojamiento era exactamente como en las fotos, aire centralizado, baño amplio con dos lavabos. Todo era tal como esperaba, excelente limpieza tanto en habitación, como en zonas comunes.

It's a wonderful suite. Spacious and comfortable and with a nice garden (including the clean pool) where it's sunny until the end of the afternoon. The location is convenient for going to the beach, enjoy bars/restaurants of Matosinhos or Ubering to the city center of Porto. They work with an AI concierge tool, which worked perfectly fine for us. The kitchen, fridge and tv are quite large, good stuff.

The shower is kind of tiny, not a lot of space to move around; it feels like they could have made smarter choices when renovating the place. Also parking wasn't that easy, but if you don't mind walking a couple of meters it won't really impact your stay. Most of the time we could park in the street or the street next to the appt and (un)loading was never an issue either.

Dentro de los atractivos del alojamiento se muestra la piscina y zona común a la que luego no se puede acceder al menos desde todas las habitaciones, ni se oferta opción de hacerlo de forma sencilla ni con un sobrecoste. Sospecho que el contacto del chat con el usuario se realiza mediante IA con sus correspondientes limitaciones.

Muito giro, muito confortável e acolhedor. Zona calma. Fácil acesso. Pedimos para fazer o check in antes da hora e foi nos facilmente dada essa possibilidade. Gostamos muito. Experiência a repetir

Tolle Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber, er hat auf Fragen unmittelbar geantwortet. Kaffee und Kleinigkeiten, Snacks wurden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine unkompliziert benutzbar ! Relativ großes Appartment- viel Platz und Stauraum- , modern und gepflegt! Wir konnten zweieinhalb Stunden vorher einchecken und die Reinigungsdame hat uns freundlich empfangen und eingewiesen.

Das Auffinden der Location, selbst der Uber-Fahrer übersah das Mini-Hausummer-Schild ( Nr 600) , ansonsten war der Check-in mit den Codes sehr einfach und unproblematisch! Vielleicht wäre es hilfreich gewesen zu sagen, dass sich die Appartements gegenüber der Bushaltestelle befinden! Leider wurde unsere Nachtruhe durch einen permanent bekleiden Hund aus der Nachbarschaft gestört. Uns ist bewusst, dass der Vermieter nichts dafür kann.

Świetny obiekt - bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia , ( na uwagę zasługuje lodówka z filtrowaną zimną wodą i lodem, co bardzo przydaje się w upalne dni ), czystość, komfort w apartamencie. Bezproblemowe wcześniejsze zameldowanie - mimo wczesnego przyjazdu mogliśmy zostawić bagaże w apartamencie ( obsługa pozwoliła nam zostawić walizki w mieszkaniu ) , a o umówionej godzinie otrzymaliśmy kody do drzwi głównych i do mieszkania. W obiekcie znajdował się basen i taras gdzie można było spędzać wieczory . Lokalizacja - bardzo blisko oceanu i plaży , blisko małych knajpek , niedaleko sklepu Lidl . Super połączenie z Porto - stacja metra 3 minuty pieszo, autobus 500 - przystanek obok Lidla. Kilka minut spacerem do Mercado - rynku z super świeżymi owocami. Rewelacyjne miejsce na dłuższy wypoczynek i krótki wypad.

Transfer wykupiony w aplikacji obiektu - nie polecam, transfer z lotniska z problemami, ale się odbył, natomiast wykupiony, opłacony i potwierdzony transfer z obiektu na lotnisko nie doszedł do skutku , mimo potwierdzenia - czekaliśmy 15 minut zanim zadzwoniliśmy na numer obsługi klienta, gdzie poinformowano nas, że wskutek błędu systemu taksówka nie została przez nich zamówiona i nie przyjedzie, mimo że była opłacona , zasugerowano nam zamówienie taksówki na lotnisko samemu , na własny koszt ( pieniądze za opłacony transfer miały być oddane w ciągu kilku dni, minął tydzień i nie ma ani przeprosin, ani pieniędzy ) . Bardzo stresująca sytuacja - na nasze szczęście firma oferująca taksówki wywiązała się z zadania, taksówka przyjechała w krótkim czasie, a dzięki temu , że zawsze robimy sobie zapas czasowy a transfer odbywał się w godzinach porannych inie było dużego ruchu - udało się dotrzeć na lotnisko na czas.

Não tem direito a pequeno almoço, mas tinha um "miminho" no quarto para alguma eventualidade.

Very nice, clean, not far from the beach and almost perfect! They even have a small kitchen with a fridge and coffee machine!

Modern, comfortable room in Matosinhos. Nice, quiet area, shops nearby. Some confusion with checking in, but it got resolved and we had a good stay.

This was a modern and clean hotel near El Camino.

If you are looking to interact with staff or other pilgrims while walking El Camino, you may consider another place as this hotel gives you a pin to enter. There is no interaction with anyone.

Adorámos a nossa estadia! Os dois quartos eram excelentes, com camas incrivelmente confortáveis, provavelmente dos melhores colchões que já encontrámos num alojamento. Tudo estava muito limpo e a decoração foi pensada com muito bom gosto. Sentimo-nos verdadeiramente confortáveis e em casa.

Confortável. Viemos na época da festa do senhor de Matosinhos e não se ouvia nada da rua, no entanto dentro do espaço já foi diferente. Em relação ao quarto temos um cesto de boas vindas agradável, no wc temos várias toalhas a disposição, secador de cabelo e gel de banho. O espaço tem uma divisão comum com um pequeno frigorífico, máquina de café e microondas.

A casa de banho tem alguns pontos a melhorar que estavam estragados. Ouve se bastante os hóspedes a subirem as escadas, a marcar o código do quarto e a andar no quarto. O facto de não haver staff se por um lado gostei por outro sinto que fazia falta, pois se houver algum problema não está ninguém presente.

Remote-Checkin nervt, bevorzuge persönlichen Kontakt gegenüber PIN-Schnitzeljagd. Buchen Sie NICHT Zimmer 101: vor dem Fenster steht eine Straßenlaterne, die sich die komplette Nacht durchgängig im Minutentakt an und aus schaltet. Es bringt nichts, die Vorhänge zuzuziehen. Der Raum ist abwechselnd hell und dunkel - ich konnte etwas schlafen, als ich mir ein Handtuch über die Augen gelegt habe. Matratze und vor allem die Kopfkissen sind durchgelegen und unfassbar unbequem. Sauberkeit / Schimmel siehe Fotos.

Super schneller Service, hat sofort reagiert wenn man fragen hat. Super sauber. Kann ich nur empfehlen

Good location, easy to find and close to restaurants, a grocery store, the beach and the Camino. Joaquim, was a wonderful host, kept in contact. Check in was easy, she sent us the the code and the best part was we able to check in early.

The air conditioner shut off in middle of the night, tried to turn it back on but, displayed a "memory" error. And in the morning, around 7, it turned back on. We were able to open the balcony door, and the room stayed cool for the night. Not a problem 😀

Almofadas terríveis, extremamente moles. Duche com muita pouca pressão e uma das portas estava perra. Quarto virado para o lado da rua que fica em frente a uma escola. Durante a tarde foi impossível descansar, porque mesmo com vidros duplos, ouvia-se tudo.

Location, close to beach and airport. Lots to do around here, good neighborhood and quiet. Beds are very comfortable! Not too many restaurants.

Wifi wasn’t working. Lights by bed not working. Couldn’t take a bath, bath plug not working. Patio door handle broken. No outside furniture on the patio. Nowhere for two people to sit, so room is only good for sleeping. Only 1 extra blanket, pillow, and large towel. 3 coffees despite having two beds… should be 2 coffees each. I took this place because it said it had wifi, a bath and free shuttle to the airport. It had none of those things. Also, everything was handled through an ai agent. Didn’t appreciate this.
