The size of the apartment was good. The pool was great. The staff were pleasant.

It is a little far from amenities but a grab is usually easy enough to get. A bike is very useful to get. The hotel could not help with that when we were there but we got one locally. The kitchen is very basic.

Room smelt since the day I arrived, kettle was dirty and couldn’t be used. Poor maintenance all around, definitely not worth the price point being charged would much rather stay in a resort with much cleaner rooms and closer access. Nothing special.

Beautiful and stylish boutique hotel conveniently located between Alona and Dumaluan beaches. Friendly and welcoming staff making our Bohol stay a wonderful experience. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel to others and would definitely visit and stay again.

The room is fantastic. Living room and separate bedroom. Very unique. The fans are strong. The aircon is fantastic. The beds are comfortable. The pillows are great. The pool is an added benefit and perfect for exercising. Location is amazing on a quiet road but very close to everything Bring your own food and alcohol. The beers are 120 pesos As a local Foreigner living on island, I recommend this as a staycation or a destination short-term or long-term rooms

The hot water heater can be turned to temperature number three but it will flip the breaker and turn off in about 5 minutes in room number five. Not a major issue because on number two hot water is decently In the morning they don't tell the bread guy to turn off his speaker. So for 15 minutes he will scream on the loudspeaker selling bread with cheese

Очень большие просторные номера. На кухне есть всё необходимое для готовки. Большая терраса с мебелью. Есть две вешалки для сушки одежды. Красивая и ухоженная территория, чистый бассейн. Во время нашего отдыха в отеле была занята половина номеров, но не было ощущения, что на территории много людей. Комнаты расположены таким образом, что сохраняется приватность. Дайверы в бассейне нам не мешали, они приезжали не каждый день и плавали недолго. Прибирают очень хорошо, персонал приятный и улыбчивый.

Отель находится далеко от всего. Нужен либо байк, либо придётся выходить на главную дорогу и ловить трицикл. В ванных нет сетки на окне, окно приходится закрывать, когда уходишь, в ванной стоит сильный запах плесени.

Все!! Просто потрясающие аппарты и приветливый персонал. Спрашивают сами когда убрать и согласуют время. Бассейн шик, чистота, просторные номера. Почти самое лучшее место на филлипинах по сервису и состоянию.

As we’re staying for over a month not enough cupboard space in the kitchen nor is there any exhaust fan for cooking? We bought an induction top to cook out on the balcony.

Read to the end❗️We arrived at 2 AM and we got a very dirty and smelly room. There was no hands soap or hand towels and the sink in the bathroom was rusty (I got electrical shock from it). The day after we talked to the staff and they moved us to another room which was cleaned properly and they really paid attention for our concerns and made sure everything is ok and that we’re satisfied :) We booked for 7 nights but we stayed for 11. The staff was very nice, helpful and kind🫶 Two more things, there is a scuba diving course using the pool almost every morning which is very unpleasant since the pool is occupied by non-guests. The location is a bit far away from the center but it’s like 10 mins ride with a bike Overall, it’s good value for money and the room is very big and comfortable.

*Kakerlaken! Im ersten Appartement waren 3 davon und wir haben das Appartement getauscht, im 2. Appartement war nur mehr eine und die haben wir selbst eliminiert, haben dort aber mit einem unangenehmen Gefühl geschlafen (ja wir sind sehr kurzfristig angereist, aber wenn dieses Problem bei euch in den Rezensionen schon Mal angesprochen wurde, wie wäre es wenn man das Appartement noch Mal kurz vor der Vergabe an dem Gast nochmals checkt?? *Seifenspender in der Dusche (siehe Foto), sorry also ich glaube es ist in meinem Leben in keinem Hotel passiert (und ich war jetzt ca. nur in den letzen 2 Jahren in 15 Hotels auf den Philippinen) dass ich die dort vorhandene Seife nicht benutzt habe weil es ekelig ausgehen hat. *Klimaanlage funktioniert aber kühlt eher schwach, bedeutet, das Wohnzimmer wird nicht mit kalt. *Kein Wasser vorhanden *Kein Kaffee/Tee *Kein Föhn *Kein Spülmittel Ok diese Dinge müssen nicht unbedingt vorhanden sein, aber wir waren eine Woche davor in einer sehr ähnlichen Unterkunft die all das hatte, ebenso günstiger (ohne Kakerlaken), besserem Licht, besserer Klimaanlage.

La residenza ha un buon rapporto qualita'-prezzo. L'appartamento (insieme al balcone) e' bello spazioso rispetto ad altre strutture con tariffe simili. La piscina, anch'essa molto ampia e' ben curata e pulita. Ho visto molta dedizione da parte dello staff nel curare il giardino e nella pulizia generale. Arredamento e utensili cucina abbastanza soddisfacenti

Da rivedere la qualita' dell'arredamento. Per esempio il materasso era troppo duro: i cuscini soltanto 2 e imbottiti in maniera differente. Comunque poco comodi. La porta del bagno e' intasata d'umidita' e si sta lentamente scrostando dal basso. Lo specchio aveva un grossa macchia rossa che non ho capito se fosse vernice o ruggine. Il bottone dello scarico del WC a volte si bloccava. Consiglierei caldamente di aggiungere altri asciugamani, magari altri 2 piccoli oltre ai 2 gia' presenti. Infine ci abbiamo messo un po' a capire come regolare la potenza del piccolo fornello elettrico...

Very nice clean and comfy family-run hotel about 5 mins to the main Alona beach, restaurants and shops etc by moped or tuk tuk. Excellent staff. Great pool with multiple depths so good for both kids and adults. Pool closes 10pm so prefect for an evening swim. This is a small hotel. We stayed there for 2 months and the place was never busy.. In fact we mostly had the pool to ourselves. Huge and very nice rooms - mini apartments actually - with cooking facilities if you want to eat in. Frequent change of linen and towels etc - with free water provided daily. 5 mins by taxi or tuk tuk (£2) from the airport to the hotel so no stress about getting to or from the airport. Pangloa Airport is brilliant because its never busy, so check in etc takes about 5 minutes. Loads of movie and news channels etc on the 2 (bedroom and living area) TV's. Staff can arrange moped hire and/or taxis.

Nothing - it was all great. There's no gym, but there are a couple of gyms (e.g. the excellent very friendly Bob's Gym) 5 mins away if like me you enjoy the gym. Note there's no restaurant - but that didn't bother us because we cooked quite a bit in the apartment and popped out for breakfast etc now and then.

I was taking a nap and heard the neighbors dogs going crazy barking. I step outside to see what’s going on and four dogs are killing a cat. Was the worst thing I’ve ever seen.

The pressure of the water on the shower and unless that you ask , they don't change towels or fix the room Btw here is a tip , don't ask to them to find you a transportation, it's very expensive, around 200 pesos to go to Alona beach instead get out of the hotel go to the street and wait a tuk-tuk the price goes down from 50-100 pesos

Our unit had lots of ants. We didn't bother reporting the ants because we thought it is going to away after we cleaned the ant trail but the ants came back the following day. We only had a two night stay. The soap dispenser kept on coming off the wall. The tvs in our unit were not functional. We reported it to the staffs and they immediately attended to it.

Everything exceeded my expectations, from the staff to the front desk to housekeeping . It was truly a great experience . The pool was clean and well maintained. The location perfect. I will stay here again..I stayed 6 weeks!!!

It had a swimming pool and I saw you couldn’t rent motorcycles or a car for one day two days three days and the staff was very helpful in that way

We really like this place, our flat was confortable and with everything we need for our stay, I love to have a balcony to have my coffee in the morning. All the staff was polite and ready to help when need something, I booked a scooter and got it delivered in 15 mins The location was perfect for us, not too far from Alona, but far enough to relax after a day out. Definitely recommend this place and we will come back if one day visit Panglao agsin.

I had such a great experience with the receptionist and the housekeeping staff, they were so friendly and accommodating! If I ever come back to Bohol, this is definitely where I’d want to stay again!

I wasn’t too happy with the ripped duvet cover they gave us to use, it was torn on the side, and even after they cleaned the room and changed the bedding, the new cover was also ripped. It would’ve been nice if they’d swapped it out for one in better shape. You’re already putting in the effort, so why not go the extra mile, right? Also, the manager could’ve smiled or at least acknowledged me when I was right in front of her. No big deal, but a smile never hurts!

The location and price was great for what you were getting.

The neighboring family with small kids was really loud late at night and very early in the morning.

The units were very spacious. The staff, especially the manager during our stay was very helpful and considerate. It was not so far from the beach, just a few minutes drive/ tricycle ride.

It would be better if the toilet windows had some curtains or oneway window film on it to provide more privacy. The air conditioner is only in the main bedroom, the living room/kitchen does not have an AC so it gets really hot during summer, leaving the door separating the bedroom and living room helps a little bit to cool both rooms but would be better if both had their own AC.
