Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Il personale in struttura è stato sempre molto gentile ed accogliente ed ha provato ad accontentarci rispetto alle nostre richieste. La struttura ha una piscina, offre servizi come tour dell isola, immersioni e Island hopping e affitto scooter ed al suo interno vi è anche una cucina che offre servizio di colazione, pranzo e cena. Camere spaziose e posto molto silenzioso. Se si ha un mezzo per girare e si vuole fare vita tranquilla da spiaggia senza vita notturna la posizione è ottima (a circa 7-10 minuti di scooter dalle principali spiagge dell isola).
La colazione seppur nella nostra prenotazione era inclusa, non era di buon livello. La stanza veniva sistemata quotidianamente ma in generale il livello di pulizia non era adeguato ad un 5 stelle (vi erano ragnatele sul tetto, gechi in stanza e a volte alcune formichine nel letto).

El agua de la ducha no salia muy caliente aunque con el clima de aqui no es un gran problema.

Restaurant was not in service, so no dinner no lunch. No shops or restaurants in the area. Grab delivery takes ages due to unattractive route for the drivers. You have to pay 300 Pesos per hour late checkout even when the hotel is empty.

The breakfast sets were good and served in a nice, cozy restaurant with tables covered in white tablecloths. The staff were friendly and professional. It is a bit far from the beach and restaurants, but you can easily use Grab or rent a scooter. You can also order food or groceries through Grab. I would highly recommend this place.”

Reviewed May 12, 2026large-sized room, with a big ceiling fan and AC, very clean and well maintained both inside the room and around the hotel, very good staff, apart from nighttime security, where we had to wait 30 mins to open the main door! The place looks amazing, the cost to get into the town was 150p, about 8 mins.
No hot water. It takes little effort to install a simple water heater. Directions to get there are poor. There is a diving place with the same name!

harto zancudo, solo estuvimos 2 días y supongo que por mala suerte un día no hubo cheff en el restaurant y no se podía pedir comida, solo sandwich. Un día al desayuno había pedido té y cuando pedí mas agua, la mesera en vez de llevarme el agua en una tetera, terterita o hervidor, llegó equilibrando el agua en una tacita pequeña.-

Reviewed Mar 8, 2026Ubytování je v klidné lokalitě, ideální pro mladý pár co si může půjčit motorku za pár korun přímo v ubytování. V pokojích bylo čisto a areál byl celkově úžasný na odpočinek u bazénu. Snídaně dobré a vydatné. Pro nás jako mladý pár to ubytování byla skvělá volba.
Ubytování je trochu dál od všech zajímavých míst, ale motorkou je to kousek, takže ubytování je opravdu spíše pro lidi, kteří si motorku půjčí.

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026Eine wirklich schöne kleine Anlage mit tollen Zimmern rund um einen gepflegten Pool. Das Serviceteam war sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer wurden täglich tip top gereinigt. Frühstück war sehr gut und bei uns im Preis inbegriffen.
Für uns war die Lage ein wenig abgeschieden und etwas isoliert von einem Dorfgeschehen o.ä. Trotzdem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026Blue Planet is perfectly located just outside the madness of central Alona, which makes it peaceful yet very convenient. Getting around is easy, tuk-tuks and Grab taxis both work well, and Grab is sometimes even cheaper than a tuk-tuk. Going out for dinner is simple using either option, although there is also a restaurant on-site. Lunch options at the hotel are limited to snacks, but the café next door, Blessed Café, is an absolute gem and perfect for brunch or lunch. The rooms are spacious and bright, with a large, comfortable layout. The bathroom is excellent, with strong water pressure and reliably hot water. Everything is very clean, tranquil, and comfortable, ideal for relaxing. The staff are extremely helpful at all times, and the laundry service is fantastic: fast, efficient, and very well done. Overall, an excellent stay that I would happily recommend.
A couple of points to improve: The quality of tours arranged through the hotel can vary, so it would be great if they partnered with more consistent and reliable operators. Also, the little puppy outside is adorable and clearly loved by staff and guests alike, it would be nice to see it get a bit more love and permanent care from the owner as well.

Inoltre avevamo chiesto di tardare il check out, ma non avendo camere disponibili, ci hanno concesso doccia e bagno in comune per lavarci prima di andare all’aeroporto, ovviamente con la navetta che mettono a disposizione. Colazione buona e abbondante!
In camera era presente un odore strano che non abbiamo identificato, lo notavamo solo entrando dopo essere stati all’aperto. Ma per il resto tutto ok!

Reviewed Jan 6, 2026Väldigt fräscht hotell nära flygplatsen. Kanske man inte vill bo här många nätter då det ligger lite off. Men har man moppe är det inga avstånd på Panglao. Fin liten pool och väldigt lugn och avskärmad innergård. Mycket trevlig personal. God mat och bra frukost. Gratis shuttle till flygplatsen.
Läget. Bodde bara en natt innan flygning. Perfekt för det men skulle inte vilja bo där en vecka. Långt till andra restauranger.

Reviewed Dec 31, 2025It's one of the nicest places I've stayed in anywhere in the world. The condo was huge with a private garden in front and back and even had a guest bathroom. Beautifully decorated and well equipped with a large living room with a comfortable couch. Dining room table with seating for 8. Large kitchen with full sized fridge freezer. (However,no cooking or eating utensils supplied other than 2 coffee cups, which was a bit unfortunate) very comfortable bed with quality linens. Master bathroom with good-sized shower and luxury toiletries. There is plenty of wardrobe space. Access to back garden from bedroom and kitchen. Sliding doors on all rooms with partial one-way privacy coating. Nice view of the fantastic pool. Restaurant and bar on site with a good selection of food and beverages at very fair prices. Pool was spotless, as was every part of the grounds. Maid service offered every day for basic cleaning and bed making. All the ladies at the front desk and all the staff I encountered were delightful,friendly, and very professional. Very close to large supermarket,restaurants and bars. always available and fast. It looks like the property has a fleet of very modern scooters available for use or hire, including helmets. Only a few minutes away from Avila Beach and around 150 pesos for tuktuk. I could quite happily spend the rest of my life at this property. There's not a single negative to say about it.

Wifi was not good during our stay, they are waiting for parts to repair. Food preparation is a little bit slow, but it may be a typical Philipian style, Haha

A notre arrivée le coffre fort et le ventilateur ne fonctionnait pas. Un problème de piles qui a été résolu rapidement. Le frigo ne fonctionne pas. Selon le personnel c’est un cooler donc ça ne refroidit rien. Il sont semblables dans tous les chambres. On m’a invité a mettre mes chose dans leur frigo. J’ai eu droit à un coke complètement gelé. L’endroit est loin de tout. Vous pouvez louer une mobylette mais la compagnie avec laquelle il font affaire, nous en a apporté une en fin de vie. Pneus en très mauvais état. Elle avait plus de 35000 km. J’ai refusé. J’ai dut attendre 1/2 journée pour la faire changer. Il y a des averses très violente parfois. Des pneus en bonne condition s’est très important. J’ai demandé pourquoi c’était plus cher qu’en ville et le locateur m’a dit que l’hôtel prenait une quote sur la location. Je n’ai aucun problème avec cela mais il faut s’assurer de la sécurité des services. Leur shuttle débute à 10h le matin pour l’aéroport. Prenez un GRAB c’est beaucoup moins cher que leur transport proposé.

Problème d’insonorisation, on entend le voisin comme si on était dans la chambre voisine. Lorsque j’ai acheté sur Booking le paiement devait être réglé par carte de crédit par l’établissement. Lors de notre arrivée, on nous a demandé de payer 3% de plus si nous voulions payer par carte de crédit. Elle a mentionné que tous les réservations étaient traitées de cette façon. J’ai demandé à la réceptionniste de me montrer la clause du contrat de Booking qui indiquait ce surplus. Elle m’a répondu que c’était une erreur de Booking mais que rien n’était indiqué sur ce point. J’ai demandé une facture détaillée indiquant le surplus payé et j’ai mentionné que j’effectuerais des démarches via booking. C’est seulement à ce moment qu’elle c’est rétracté et ne m’a pas fait payer le surplus. C’est une question de principe. Les deux propriétaires sont Européens et connaissent assurément les règles de Booking.
