Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Die Aussicht vom 14. Stock auf die Moschee ist sehr schön. Es ist alles da, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Kuantan hat ungefähr 10 Fahrminuten entfernt eine tolle Bucht
Ich hatte das Zimmer 1402 und es gab immer sehr seltsame Geräusche zum Nachbarzimmer hin, doch da war kein Nachbar, sondern nur die Außenfassade. Dort ist eine Plane angebracht, wer einen leichten Schlaf hat bekommt hier Probleme, denn die scheint ständig an die Wand zu schlagen, wenn der Wind weht

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Overall, we had a great stay and everything was good. The place was cozy and comfortable. However, there were a few things that could be improved. The bathroom was quite dirty and had quite a lot of mold, and there was also quite a lot of dust around the wardrobe and rack area. Hopefully these areas can be cleaned more thoroughly for future guests.

- Parking very bad. Dah kena brebut plak dgn pngunjung yg dtg nk lepak kt padang sbelah tu. Parking basement pun sikit sngt. - Staf pun kalau takda parking cakap lah awal2 takda parking, takda penat org turun basement pastu nk kna reverse plak kt basement tu sbb takda parking. - kebersihan bilik tak ok. Cadar ada tompok sikit. Tandas air bertakung. Bawah katil ada sampah. Karpet tak bersih. Suhu bilik susah nk control. - First & last hotel ni. Lain2 by Wyndham hotel ok ja stay. Tapi yg ni very bad experience. Harga langsung tak berbaloi.

1. The lobby is quite Hot, especially when you are waiting to check in/ check Out. The AC is not cold enough. 2. Nothing else apart from location was good. Water from shower area was leaking into the toilet area. Got the room changed... That room,the water in the handbasin was not flowing out..tv was not working and the worse was cockroach was flying in the room. Not only that,the carpet was sooo dirty, pillows were pre-war. Sorry to say, nothing was good about this hotel and will not recommend it to anyone.

I stayed at Centre of Main Hotel last weekend with my family. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The main issue was the air conditioner. It wasn't cold enough, making the room very hot, especially at night. My family had a difficult time sleeping because of the heat. I contacted the receptionist three times, from the evening until late at night, to report the problem. Each time, I was told that the maintenance team would come to check and fix the air conditioner. However, no one ever came, and the issue was never resolved during our stay. I was very disappointed with how this was handled. Better maintenance service and follow-up are needed to ensure guests are comfortable. I hope the hotel improves its response to guest complaints in the future.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Great location although the broadcast sermons from the central mosque are very loud (if that might be a problem to you). Staff are friendly and there is great Nonya Food set available in the hotel restaurant. Easy walk to the river esplanade.
We stayed here over 20 years ago and it was amazing. But it looks like the rooms have had little care and maintenance in that time. The carpets were dirty, and the room overall needed some love and attention.
